Waste of time and money! This was a group of 14 people, and I can confidently say it was the worst entertainment we’ve ever experienced. The food was absolutely rubbish, the seating was so uncomfortable it felt like it could break your back, and the atmosphere was dreadful. Only four performers with low-effort acts and poor service throughout. Don’t waste your time or money!

Great conveniently located city pub. Service is always quick and polite, which is always made more pleasing because in the summer it gets very very busy because it's popular with the 'city types' of which I am one. It's got some nice upstairs seating for the tourists though. Couldn't comment on the food though, never had any there.

Popped in after making a deliberate choice to visit this place, which I think is quite new. Went in, sat down, it was quiet and Easter Sunday. Casually dressed guy offered me a menu and then a conversation between him and two other staff broke out next to the empty table beside me. One-off the staff was being told off for doing something wrong - I sat and wondered why no one had either a drink inform or even a badge to show they were staff. I decided what I wanted to eat from the small menu. All three then walked off and no one came back for 6 or 7 minutes. I decided that was too long considering how quiet it was and I was getting bad vibes from the place. For somewhere that serves sausages, pies and gravy there was no smell at all, I couldn’t even see anyone with food so I decided to trust my instinct and left. A restaurant that isn’t interested in making sure customers are enjoying the experience is no good. Won’t last long I don’t think.

We had very good seafood lunches st this conveniently located London restaurant, but the location and quality make it a popular lunch spot for those working in the area as well. Get there before noon to have a shot at getting a table without a reservation. Note to Loch Fyne: Please letthe servers tell us what the specials for the day are. Having to hold up the chalkboard for us to read is awkward, time-consuming, and implies that you don’t think they’re able to remember them. The wait staff was very good and they don’t need a prop.

We happened upon this pub and really enjoyed the fish and chips. The mushy peas were also surprisingly delicious. The bartender was very friendly. She took our order at the bar, had us go upstairs to find a table, and then brought the food up to us. Would recommend!

Went here for dinner. It was very quiet the waitress said its normally like that on Friday's. The food was all very nice Braked brie followed by shepherd's pie with pieces of lamb rather than mince it was very tasty followed by chocolate tart for me and ice cream for my husband. It was quite expensive but I suppose that's London prices. Would go there again if in the area

Alarms bells should have rung when the diners at the next table said the food wasn’t good at all. I ordered fish and chips which was just about passable but not worth the near £25 paid. Waiter taking my order was in no way hospitable or welcoming. He then became rude when I paid the bill which I had asked to be split between myself and a colleague. He made no attempt to hide his irritation at this request , making us wait and then flicking the credit card print out across the bar in an utterly disdainful manner. Appalling service and won’t be back .

Not welcome if you just want a drink on deck. We called on a Monday lunchtime for a bottle of wine on their empty deck but were turned away by the manager who said they were only accepting reservations. The indoor section was also virtually empty. We went instead to the nearby Tattershall where the wine was cheaper, nicer and deck was much more comfortable. Shame as we had been customers of the Hispaniola for many years.
