The best restaurants serving British food in London

Calls itself a bar, kitchen, but customers can't order at the par and have a "discretionary" 12.5% service charge. That is not a bar. No are conditioning available, despite it being a hot day and clearly having air conditioning units. No gluten free beer, which is unacceptable in 2023 London (especially Hackey).

There are much better Wetherspoons, food okay, it's not a Michelin star but, we know that. Some staff, not all, are completely oblivious to serving food that you ordered. One served me sausages and mash with a tuna jack potatoes, someone else of the staff came to fix it. The loos are a discrace, they don't employ cleaners, sometimes a barmaid turns up for a quick broom action and that's it. 💩

El dueño (a pesar de que no he tocado alcohol por más de 2 meses, debido al entrenamiento de resistencia, asumió mi comportamiento de estar borracho y rechazó toda bebida y servicio - tengo 42 años de edad, madre jugando dardos con mi esposo en una cita de noche) en un domingo cuando he Reuniones reservadas para los lunes por la mañana. Fue muy conflictivo y debería replantearse sus elecciones de carrera. Había personal muy agradable que podría reemplazarlo.

Disgusting customer service nothing short of racist!!!!!!! Definitely would not recommend I was shocked to experience people still acting so ignorantly

Not good. Had a “Cheese Omelette”. I could have cooked a better one myself. Egg not mixed properly whites showing. More like fried egg mass. Served inside out and didn’t taste of cheese, very oily. Coffee was bitter and very expensive £3.90 for a “large” but size was really a medium. I won’t be coming back in a hurry.

I enjoyed the food and good treatment and freesh ingredients .the food arrived very quickly , it was hot and freezh .perfect

Nos caímos encima de este restaurante bastante por accidente cuando aparcamos fuera de haber reservado en otro lugar, donde no pudimos ir porque, como descubrimos, había quince escaleras para llegar al restaurante y estoy discapacitado! Así que afortunadamente la ocupada cervecería Boundary tenía una mesa. Fuimos recibidos con amplias sonrisas por la gente que nos atiende que no podría haber sido más servicial, atento y encantador. Tuvimos el mejor almuerzo dominical que he tenido en mucho tiempo, las ostras más frescas, charcutería, costillas de repuesto con el crujido más crujiente y la selección de verduras más perfectamente cocinada que termina con un delicioso pudín de toffee pegajoso y helado. No podríamos haber disfrutado más.

Visited on Monday around 12 noon for brunch. Food was good but service was really bad. Asked for the table to be cleaned which meant dabbling here and there without giving a good clean. Ashtray wasnt emptied. Really wanted to show the waiter how to clean a table properly. He came across as lazy and like he didnt really want to be there. When we asked for the bill , it was as if I'd asked him for £100. This was my first visit and my last visit.

Food is disaster. Beef in burger was completely dry and hard like stone , you can feel it like burned hard meet cracker. Chips are wet and full of oil. It was mentioned in menu that all burgers served with chips and salat , but eventually no salad … Also it was cold in area , no blankets available … Our room was dirty. Do not recommend this restaurant and this hotel !

Personal increíblemente grosero. Esperamos 15 minutos para un café para llevar después del club de carreras y preguntamos dónde iba a decirse “solo espera afuera, será mucho tiempo”. Luego nos dieron café frío como castigo por preguntar dónde estaba. AVOID
