I really do understand when football is on in Wembley at 1900 hours, that you have to use plastic glasses,but if customers come in before 12 noon until 1600 hours you really should still be using the correct glass for drinks 🍸 please look into this as its really upsetting 😡 alot of the connesiures of drinking from the correct glass,there is obviously a way to fix this..I will try this establishment again in the future and if nothing has changed I will have to contact the breweries of certain drinks

Great ambience with lots of choices in the menu for drinks. Great value for money. Good place to spend time with friends.

Bought an 11" pizza, which is something i've had in numerous wetherspoons since they first introduced them. Absolute piece of junk. Almost inedible. Thin, poorly shaped (barely 11" at any point), burned and with next to no toppings. Did they get a drunk regular to make it/cook it? If this had been the standard of the first wetherspoons pizza I ever bought, I would never have bought another. It was also served with a knife only (run out of forks or couldn't be bothered to get one?) No customer service whatsoever either. Absolutely pathetic place to which I shall not return in a hurry.

Great pub, staff worked really hard except someone who I think was the manageress, strutting around like lady muck, never cracked a smile and sooooo miserable. Onlly good thing she served us the same round £5 less than before. Sunday night 2nd July.

We have visited Wetherspoons pubs in the past and we know that we usually get a good value meal, but this was shocking. The beer was fine but the burger was vile, dry and unappetising. I’d have been ashamed to serve that to anyone. Won’t be returning to this venue.

Great value for London friendly staff. Went here before Harry styles got a table quick and had refills coffer and squash as driving. Why do you not put tap water on menu when solo you don't want to leave table

Truly dire. This must win the award for the worst Wetherspoons ever. When you walk in it looks dirty, I ordered a pint of beer, it was flat cloudy and was vile. The person serving me couldn't take my money as he was explaining he hadn't been allocated a till. Then we come to round two. Because the beer was so vile I thought I would go for canned beer as that would be safer. I placed a food order as well as 3 cans which were on offer for £5. The food was £8.95 so it should have come to just under £14 whereas was charged nearly £16. It wasn't until after I paid I realised this. The person who served me wasn't sure what had gone on so they eventually found someone to try and sort this out, as this turned out this was the most senior person on duty. The person concerned was very rude just kept saying that is how the till had worked it out. I said (THREE TIMES) if you won't sort it out please print the receipt out (which I wasn't offered) and I'll report it to trading standards. She was still very resistant to refunding the difference, which she eventually did only after effectively throwing some of the money at me. AVOID.
