Lovely food, staff very attentive and very friendly. Service was great. Glad we stopped for a drink. Lively pub, nice place to spend an evening.

Had a lovely experience here today! The staff were very kind and friendly. The atmosphere is amazing when there is football on, this is why we decided to watch the Aston Villa game here today. The food was perfectly cooked and the sizzling skillets are extremely impressive.

Ela was such an amazing bartender! She was so warm and welcoming on our arrival and then made us the most perfect drinks. She helped us so much with the pool table and was so kind, friendly and made us laugh so so much! She was extremely attentive and hospitable; so much so that me and my two friends have definitely found a new local hangout because of Ela.

Paulina is amazing, all the staff are excellent but this one stands out, brilliant customer service with a beautiful smile, we share feline anecdotes and she has a brilliant sense of humour

We ordered on the app but after 45 minutes nothing had arrived at our table (food). I went to the bar and the very abrasive bar lady said they didn't have the food order on their system and I had to prove I had paid for it. I did, via PayPal so the manager came out. Still not on their system but she did retake my order. It then took a further 20 minutes but was tasty, but they did forget the pineapple ring on the gammon but we didn't have time to wait as we were going to a show. It also became quite noisy and rowdy..Would I eat here again....no, although the food was good. The customer service was shocking and no apology.

the place is airy and clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice and modern feel, lots of outside seating, gammon skillet was nice. function room on site, you can play darts, 2 game machines, pool table. i won't hesitate bringing my guests here for a nice pub meal.

Did a large company meet and greet there. Venue was pleasant and staff were very attentive. There was about 40 of us. Nothing was too much bother for the GM and the team. Will definitely be back.

Amazing service! I came here with my friend before our Taylor Swift concert, the lady with short blonde hair at the bar made us feel so welcome and literally made our day! She was so friendly and made us feel at home. Went above and beyond to ensure our night was what we expected and got us more excited before our concert spoke about what we was excited fand was interested in what we was looking forward too, after strolling in to the pub we didn’t even know existed, she accommodated us straight away and made us feel so welcome! We ordered the offer of BOGOF burgers on the Thursday, was up to expectations and we truly enjoyed it. The lady was so friendly and definitely needs recognition for her service as she was amazing and delivered amazing customer service!

Made a reservation for June 22 at 13:15pm. It’s the day of the Taylor Swift concert. I just got a cancellation email. This is the second time this place has canceled our table. We originally had one which was made months ago , it got canceled. I booked another table moments after we got the email just to see if they were still taking reservations for that day. The website let me book it. If this place isn’t taking reservations on days of events, fix the website so it will not book tables. Luckily I knew to make a back up plan. Due this error and lack of organization from Green King company ( the owners of this pub) I will never visit this place.

Considering it was a match day unbelievable service, unfortunately, the strongbow was weird. Could make an effort and serve maybe one or two handpulled at dedicated point like you did for some products. We lost.

I made a reservation for theTorch several months ago. We are attending a Taylor Swift concert at the stadium. That is why I planned ahead to make the reservation. I have stomach issues and need to eat before the concert. They canceled my reservation today. Guess they feel they don't need my money. I hope those going to the same concert not eat here! Shame on Green King allowing customers to be treated this way. Will avoid Green King pubs.

Would of done better having food on, even if it had been burgers and chips, could of been a burger van in the car park, staff were friendly and helpful pointing us to a pizza shop a few doors down

Sad that the Torch isn't the pub it used to be. High fences and ridiculous security. It was always one of the best parts of the Wembley experience hundreds of fans gathered having a pre-match sing song and drinks. Sadly no more. over officious security (fun police) kicking football fans out for having a laugh. Then the card machines broke. Shame because the bar staff were great. Owners need to direct the security to take a chill pill and let fans enjoy their day.

Stayed the night here for a game at Wembley. Clean, well priced by London standards, and very handy for the stadium. Noisy on the night of the game, but you need to be realistic about you'll get in London for that money and proximity to Wembley. If you're looking for clean, convenient, and no frills, this will do the job.

Standard pub with plenty of screens to watch sports in, would recommend it if you want to watch sports. Nice crowds in here and standard range of drinks. We ordered food and was a bit wet and mushy so wouldn't recommend the food at all.

Great atmosphere with plenty of choice of beverages and a great idea to split the bars! Definitely worth a visit especially if it's your team's pub for the day!

What a manager! We visited early on Sunday before our team - Crewe - played at Wembley at lunchtime. Seeing we had three young children and they were due to have 100’s of patrons very shortly Cveti (the boss) ushered us in to choose a place to sit and get drinks before the rush, nothing was too much trouble on what for her and her staff was a very busy day. Staff and security were just as friendly and helpful too, would highly recommend this establishment for a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. 5 star.

What a terrible experience, the lady that was serving myself and my friend was rude, I asked for a bottle of coke and she gave me a glass of the machine stuff. When I said to her, I asked for a bottle of coke. The lady told me, " I didn't ask for that." I asked for a full English with scrambled eggs. I received sunny, sided, fried eggs. Another lady later informed me they only do fried eggs. Overall, my experience was poor.

It was the man city vs Chelsea game and a guy took his T-shirt off because he dose it for good look at all games and security grabbed hold of him there was 4 of them pushing him around to the entrance and the thing is they had no sign saying you can't take your shirt of so it is like they made rules up + one security guy took his strap of a threaten to fight all city fans

Best time for family and friends to chill

This is our first time dining here and it has exceeded our expectations. The ambiance is pleasant and the food is reasonably priced, yet the quality is not compromised. We will definitely be returning.

Since the refurbishment the main pub area and exterior is on point and welcoming. 2 staff members who have been there for around 18 years are extremely friendly and very professional. Visited The Torch today for a quick pint (O have had food here in the past couple of weeks). Bar staff are always pleasant and welcoming. Drinks are good and food is usually okay for the level of pub food. I usually eat from the ‘finger food’ or sharing parts of the menu and am always satisfied. The pub itself is a little rundown looking on the outside and but is clean inside. The gents toilets can be tricky to navigate though. All in all, a decent pub for a couple of drinks.

This is my favourite place to meet up with my colleagues as the atmosphere is amazing, staff is brilliant, especially Paulina and other ladies. Paulina also has amazing voice and when it comes to karaoke - shes the one to entertain the guests. Kitchen stuff is brilliant and the boys, I don't know their names but every one is doing their best, as a regular customer I can only praise them with what they have to put up with. Keep it up guys, you are superb!

very unpleasant service, the order was given incorrectly when trying to explain the situation, they jumped on us, they tried to convince us that we made mistakes in understanding English, the lady was unpleasant and the waiter was aggressive

I really enjoyed my meal at the torch pub staff very pleasant and helpful and friendly and great value for money and could of eaten for cheaper. It's worth checking the torch out even if you are going to Wembley arena and stadium of course it's going to be busy on event days but when I went it wasn't to busy

I was there once and the toilets smell just like men's toilets, now it was much nicer and I believe they have new people working at the front area. Keep it up, Clean toilets are good for everyone.

The food was priced perfectly for what you got. The food even though cost effective was not reflectove of the taste. My Sirloin steak was cooked to medium rare perfection and come with the usual suspects. My partner had to give the Chick n Mix a go which she thoroughly enjoyed. Over all a great experience and lively atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks. Should you find yourself at wembley park station come out do a left and walk over the bridge until YOU get to the TORCH.

Typical British pub, pob food wasn't too bad really I enjoyed my cider and the atmosphere.

Weds-Fri are always hits with live music and open mic, and these generally are fun to attend. Meeting people of different views and outlooks. Enjoyed the peace and tranquility of staying there as guests in residence, It's a s peaceful and quiet as the cemetery behind it; LOL

Was here on a Saturday. Fairly dead for a Saturday

The pub wasn't that crowded but there was a scarcity of staff. We ended up clearing a table ourselves to be able to sit down, which was then left uncleared for the rest of our stay (38 minutes). It was easy to get served and the drinks were well prepared, clean glasses etc. I would comment about the food but I was actually refused service because a staff member (at 8:50pm), and then the duty manager (8:53pm), told us that they were not prepared to serve a party of eight ten minutes before service ended at 9:00pm. If it wasn't bad enough to demonstrate miserable customer service standards, in stating a deadline and then not sticking to it, despite the three trips to the bar for drinks and to query the refusal to take our food order, at no point did a staff member mention that my vehicle had to be registered to qualify for the two hours free parking. I saw no signage at the time and left soon after. I have subsequently been stung for a £170 fine - for spending £30 on drinks and parking for 38 minutes in this pub.
