Very bad service - unresponsive and rude staff! The order was given wrong to start of with. When questioned, the staff were rude and the communication was appalling. I would not recommend. And Food is very bad and very unhygienic ! So we will not come again and i would not my friends and relatives

I have never seen such dirty service anywhere, never take yourself and any of your relatives for food! All staff is not good ! Staff behavior very Ruadly and they had neither good food nor light!!! Worst restaurant and Very Unhygienic.

We did not have a booking so did not know if we would be allowed to eat. But the manager, Frank, greeted us at the entrance and immediately put us at ease. He passed us over to a colleague who took us to the restaurant area. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, taking care they understood how we wanted our food done. Frank came around later to inquire everything was to our liking. The food arrived in good time and tasted just right. Generous portions too. For a pub/restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised to see the staff fuss over us as if it were a fine dining restaurant. Premium service at a reasonable price. Will definitely be returning.

Absolutely Terrible Experience at KFC Kenton Rd** If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I waited an unbelievable **20 minutes** for a simple bucket of 10 pieces of chicken. During this time, I watched multiple other customers receive their orders, while mine was completely forgotten. The service was excruciatingly slow, and the staff seemed utterly disorganized and indifferent to the growing crowd. How hard is it to hand over a bucket of chicken? Apparently, at this KFC, it’s a monumental task. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. This place doesn’t care about its customers, and it shows. Avoid at all costs!

Stayed at the Premier Inn and used the Beefeater for Breakfast and evening meals.Staff were amazing and helpful considering the restrictions faced.Half the food & drink menu was unavailable. The Beefeater needs some serious TLC. Leaking radiators in the restaurant,no seats on the male toilets and in serious need of repair and a clean.piles of bricks lying around the outside. Full of weeds,unlevel slabs,rotten window frames.The building looks seriously tired and dated. Major investment required!

order arrived on a motorbike, shop was 10 mins away, walk. followed map , he went past us somewhere else first? order then all arrived cold. so take it was sitting on counter then detour on top. was in edible cold over cooked to. Requested refund, which prob won't get

I ordered a chicken burger on Uber yesterday it felt like plastic it was probably cooked from the day before or I don’t no how many hours ago , I had issues at this place before avoid this kfc

First appearances it was old, tired and dirty! Mentioned the set menu and was told it’s only Monday to Friday where I then produced so many emails from beefeater stating it’s now run on a Saturday too! The lady said no and spoke to her manager who came over and said well you can have it or you can eat off the main menu! His attitude was odd plus if beefeater are emailing constantly about it they should surely know that the set menu has been extended. After the look of the place and the way we were treated we decided to eat somewhere else. Sadly would not recommend this place to anyone.

In this order I didn't get my 7 UP 1 litre bottle. I am very unhappy with the delivery..

The restaurant is really run down and dirty. Had to ask the waitress to change my chair as it was stained. We requested a meal from the Sunday dining menu (it was a Sunday)as was told that it wasn’t available and the waitress (Eva)took the menu out of my husband’s hand!!?? Then she said that the management were not going to serve any cocktails…reason??? None given. I wanted to order the steak sampler and was told that there was no fillet steak…(not surprising, considering the calibre of this restaurant!)I asked if I could just have another sirloin steak to replace it…Eva said management said ‘no’. She kept apologising all through the service and kept saying ‘I am trying my best’! Ok…so I order just the sirloin steak and my husband had the surf and turf…the steaks were barely lukewarm…when we complained, Eva said ‘it was because we ordered our steaks medium rare, that was the reason why it was cold’???? Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE!! As if we have never eaten a steak in our lives!!! Taking us for complete fools!! So ignorant and rude! They cook their steaks from FROZEN…enough said! Cheek!! I asked for a glass of water, but didn’t receive it…the glasses looked dirty anyway, so that was fine. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough…I wrote to complain twice…no reply. We will never go to another Beefeater restaurant again…PLEASE do not visit this place if you enjoy decent food and service…horrible experience!

Great service staff very attentive

I always order from this place and experienced minor order mistakes. I used to ignore it but recently the missing items in my order happened more than twice. I am not sure why this happens but they always(2 times) forget my large gravy. Today they went extra mile and also has some fault(odd smell and colour) in original KFC chicken. I just love KFC but KFC doesn’t seem to love customers or take care of their franchise holders.

Depending on the staff you either get good service or poor. Too many times when my presents his student beans discount, some staff do not offer the popcorn chicken snack box. So if you don’t know, they just let you go without. But another set of staff given to you without asking.

Very fast delivery and glad the delivery guy used the heat-insulated bag. However, the food was clearly not sent freshly prepared and piping hot by the restaurant. It was lukewarm and had to be re-heated in the microwave. Very disappointing.

I am very sorry to write this as the staff are friendly at this KFC in Kenton but it is ridiculous that they do not serve krushem milkshakes! This does not make any sense as it is a product on the KFC UK menu! They must rectify this as soon as possible!

driver stopped off to deliver at the University so was there for quite some time before heading to the location once he got to the beginning of my road, stopped and turned around and went elsewhere before finally delivering freezing cold food and when confronted about his stop off, lied at first saying traffic then he admitted he made a stop then pretended he did understand. Food can't be eaten and would like a full refund. had to give a star just so I can send the review

The delivery driver delivered to my neighbour not long ago & took it upon himself to steal my son’s motorbike cover whilst looking for other stuff in my garden , I’ve phoned 17 times now & they aren’t picking up , I will take this further !! Disgusting behaviour

Literally 10 mins after placing the order, the driver rang at the door! Always our go to place for when we want a quick delivery of the best spicy wings.

Got the 10 piece bucket, and they let me select the cuts of chicken I wanted. They gave out eat in boxes and cups for the 2 litre bottle of Pepsi max we purchased. Staff were very friendly and polite.

Excellent service, especially from Frank, he was incredibly welcoming and the food was delightful. The atmosphere was superb.

Lovely buffet breakfast!! All fresh and includes continental breakfast- fresh Muffins and pastries 🥐 lovely fresh coffee all served with friendly staff!!! They talk to you and make you feel very welcome!! Definitely return!

For the first time I was in this place, I was pleasantly impressed how it was arranged, how clean it is, how good the food was, and what matters more, how the staff behaves with customers. The girls Emilia, Rebeca and Paula was nice, very kind and useful for us! I highly recommend Beefeater Kenton

Its unbelievable! I’ve ordered chicken popcorn there was no chicken popcorn. I’ve called them the said that i have to order something else and they will send the chicken popcorn so I’ll have to pay again the fee service and the delivery. Please do not order from them

Fries not seasoned and cold and tasted stale. Whole order was not hot at all. Even the beans which are normally bubbling. Burger had so much mayo that it was dropping out when I held the burger. Worst experience from this branch

Frank and his team went above and beyond to accommodate my family inc 2 young children. Franks service was exceptional and instantly made us feel welcome. He was friendly courteous and made us feel like we’ve know him for years!! Honestly couldn’t recommend him more.

Really disappointed with KFC Kenton tonight. I placed an order at 6.11pm and it was not delivered until 7.35pm. The restaurant was not answering the phone for the whole time and when I did eventually get through, they said they were waiting for a driver. Where was coming from, France?! They had already taken money otherwise I would have cancelled after 25 minutes. The food was freezing cold and went straight in the bin, much to the disappointment of a young child. I asked the man on the phone to make sure the food was fresh and he said it will be, well it clearly wasn’t. It had been sitting there from 6.11pm. Pineapple stick from kids meal was also missing and the delivery bag had a large hole. Terrible customer service, will not order from this branch again.

I just ordered at 20:45 and I received the order at 22:39, I just felt like it took too long and because of that the food is cold and the taste is different.

Bad behaviour and measurable face. Not welcoming at all. Team members is so depressing and upset as it’s seems. Website saying drive thru but actually it’s not. So can’t really park or drive in.

good, fresh and hot food - I order from here instead of Harrow Weald despite HW being 15 mins closer, but food is always SO MUCH better from Kenton and they are less likely to mess up your order.

They have a massive restaurant yet they cramped everyone into the smallest possible space very rude staff not helpful whatsoever very rude manager or whoever the little fella w the big attitude was I assume the manager think he needs a reality check it’s a beefeater not Gordon Ramsey never heard someone say reservation so much in my life very rude made to feel very unwelcome and did not enjoy my time or stay here due this one member of staff’s attitude to be fair it was multiple staff who had attitudes and it was front of house staff so the once who are meant to greet u with a smile show you to your table my experience was anything but how it should’ve been.
