Gail's Kensal Rise in Brent

Me gusta Gails en general, pero esta rama no está demasiado limpia. Hay migajas por todo el suelo. Llegué al mostrador y fui ignorado por alguien de pie allí hasta que otra persona vino - aunque amable y agradable. Todo el tiempo que pude escucharlos discutir la bebida ordené que alguien no supiera cómo hacerla y así sucesivamente. Entonces llegó que no podía beberlo - sabía muy mal. La comida estaba bien / agradable. La taza servida estaba sucia por fuera como si tuviera café de otra bebida. Escribí esta reseña porque espero que mejoren, profresionalismo y limpieza.

So previously one of my highlights of the day when working from home was to take a break and head for Gail’s and their superb Assam tea. Lately the mature staff have all left bar one and the young newbies are not half as efficient or friendly. Half my reason for choosing Gail’s was the staff and ambience I really felt they went the extra mile with service and now I could be anywhere and so the essence of the brand in this branch is no longer. Time to start looking for a new hangout but I will miss the Assam tea.

Family served us some fabulous seeded crackers so we had to go buy some. Also picked up a San Fran sourdough - went beautifully with freshly roasted chicken at lunch. And with cheese later on ! Latte was good. Also picked up a nice looking jam. Service v friendly.

Overpriced and very rude and uneducated staff. Asked for a hot skinny latte, got a semi skimmed lukewarm latte instead. When I asked them too warm it up they looked at me nastily. They re did it and it was still not hoy. By the third time I was lucky they didn't spot in it, the woman looked so angry. Not sure why, just make a hot coffee!? The coffee tasted of nothing...super lite, barely any coffee at all. Never going back there.
