Westcombe Restaurant in Hillingdon

A great place to stop over near to airport. The food was lovely. We had lamb samosas to start, they were amazing. Then we had chicken makhani curry and a chicken wrap and chips. Everything was very nice and good value. The service was also excellent. In my experience, the low reviews are unfair.

The restaurant is designed beautifully, and the service is great. The food was tasty and worth the friendly price.

The food was pretty good for not being all that fancy, and they clearly heard recent reviews about the food being cold, because our food was delivered to rival the temperature of the sun.

For a country of British breakfasts, the food was not edible. The milk/cream is separated from the scrambled eggs. The price does not match the quality.

This restaurant made me leave a review. Restaurant can have better colour scheme and decoration, service was alright, the food is just reheated food, ordered a beef burger which could literally be better from mcdonalds, panini is awful and pasta tastes bad, dont ever go to this restaurant

£12 for a 6” pizza is outrageous. Other food is lacking in quality and quantity. Service didn’t say a word or smile, even as we constantly said thank you.

It’s probably better just to go to the McDonald’s next door. What can one really expect from a budget hotel’s restaurant, anyway?

Dreadful beefburger - highly processed and first one had to be sent back as I couldn't cut the meat. The second one wasn't much better.

Absolutely disgraceful! Not worth the money for microwaved meals. Ordered two burgers with slightly warm meat, even the salad was served hotter and got two tiny pieces of garlic bread as a separate side that were also reheated. Service was abrupt. Even McDonald’s is classier and you get the same quality “meals”, if not better

Great salad and burger at a reasonable price.

The server was friendly, but she may have needed help- service was slow and some of my stuff was forgotten at first. Prices were decent. I thought my food was good considering it's an airport hotel.

Very basic and poor quality food. Frozen ingredients (and it showed), and they don’t seem well prepared at all. Both chicken and beef burgers tasted bad and lettuce seemed stale. The chips were passable. Breaded mushrooms for a starter (frozen and not great), and after bringing the main the waiter took cutlery away without bringing more, leaving us to eat the burgers and chips with our hands.

Family had dinner here the night before we flew out of London. All dishes we ordered were very disappointing. Two curries tasted like they were from a jar. Meat pie was very average. And the menu had no main options that could be vegan. So my daughter had to have chips, which were clearly frozen from a packet, and a salad , which was just mixed leaves from a packet with tomato on top. Would not eat here again. Save your money and go down the road to McDonald’s.

Food are basically warmed and served to you. The burger was not nice

Restaurant im Ibis Styles, stylisches Ambiente, Speisekarte klein. Ganz OK für ein schnelles Abendessen auf einer Geschäftsreise, aber nichts wirklich spektakuläres. Service wirklich bemüht, auch die offensichtkich neuen Kräfte, die gerade angelernt wurden und sehr unsicher wirkten. Essen nur schnell aufgewärmt, aber OK. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis damit OK.

We had good food and good service. The menu was on the small side but the quality was very good. Service was good and the food arrived piping hot. A good airport hotel restaurant.

This restaurant is inside the Ibis Styles hotel at the same address on the Bath Road. The interesting menu for evening meals was let down by the poor service and the mediocre quality of the food. The staff appeared willing, but seemed to suffer from a lack of training.

Situé dans l'ibis style de Heathrow, ce restaurant ne vaut que pour son personnel serviable et le fait qu'il n'y a pas grand chose d'autre autour... Tout est industriel et réchauffé au micro onde. Dommage

Cheap menu with healthy options e.g. salads

rien de bon. Le hamburger était très sec, sans sauce, juste trois rondelles d'oignons et deux morceaux de trognon de salade. le dessert a été servi encore à moitié congelé, la portion aurait pu convenir pour un enfant de deux ans mais certainement pas pour un adulte. Le bon d’accueil donnait droit à un verre de vin de 225ml, le verre servi faisait 175ml; j'ai eu beau expliquer au serveur que cela n'était pas correct en lui montrant la carte et le bon d'échange, il a fait celui qui ne me comprenait pas en me montrant sur la carte la colonne des verres de 175 ml et en me répétant ok, ok. donc service déplorable et rapport qualité prix également. le restaurant fait partie de l'ibis styles, ils servent donc également des petits déjeuners qui n'ont rien de fantastique, peu de choix, des produits bas de gamme et un prix élevé. évidemment, comme pour l'hôtel, aucun effort pour les clients non britanniques ou anglophones
