Noisy! I attended a meeting at the Kensington office recently and I couldn't hear myself think duing my meeting. The staff working there make more noise than the clients who are on zoom-calls. Wow!

Was quite busy Fri evening. Food was great - but 1 item as still cold in the middle so had to return. Took allergies seriously. Service recognized & apologized for the delay in the uncooked) raw bread & delay for my son's main course arriving late.

The pub with the most character we have found in London so far. The food was delicious. Fish and chips and bangers and mash . And the server was so friendly. Highly recommend

I ordered the Decadent Chocolate Drizzle Cake to be delivered for my daughter’s birthday. Delicious, generous portions and looked amazing. Thank you to Mind in Customer service who was so helpful.

The location of the hotel is great because it is just a stone's throw from the metro or bus stops. The staff is pleasant. For the room we were disappointed. We had a superior double room, we were on the 1st floor with a window (which does not open) facing a wall and a smell of sewer in the bathroom otherwise overall it was clean. Not against no soundproofing, slamming door, noises in the corridor…

Nice little pub, worth a slight diversion from the main road. But it's very handy for the Thames Path. I had the Harvey's Sussex and it was good.

I'm sure it's a lovely pub. Unfortunately because the opening hours listed online are wrong I've yet to manage to try it out despite 3 attempts.

The beer was awful. The service was very slow. I had to ask for the beer I was given originally to be changed. I was told they were changing the barrel. The replacement was as bad as the original. Shepherd Neame ought to be embarrassed. The rugby was on but turned up to an in tolerable level. I will not be going back.

It closed down. Went for nothing. On maps shows incorrectly as if it's still operational.

Nice food but overpriced for a few pancakes it's a Rob. Service charge and very expensive for what you get. I know it's London but it's pancakes.

Quaint boozer, pretty standard for London but on a quiet Belgravia street. Can get absolutely rammed so can be a squeeze. But otherwise good.

We used the upstairs for an event to launch Richmond Council's new Night Time Strategy (FYI this site was the original Craw Daddy Club venue back in the day for rock legends like the Rolling Stones) and it was excellent. The staff were so accommodating, the managers spoke about the importance of night time venues and culture in our speeches and the bar staff on the night, Mike and Tom, ensured the event went smoothly with positive vibes and were helpful with any requests. Couldn't recommend this venue enough for a celebratory event.
