Nice place if they'd only let you inside. Waiting outside to be seated doesn't really work for a lot of people. If you can get a seat the good is really nice.

Again went for lunch lovely food good service bonus for us Neil was in the kitchen always good when hes cooking Great sevice at the bar as always Got a bit worried last couple of times but seems to have sorted itself out 🙏

Excellent visit…we live in Derbyshire and have not visited this pub for a couple of yours, but we thought we would revisit with family and friends for a birthday meal, the staff, service and food were all excellent. Children’s meals were plentiful not a skimpy portions. (Would feed our 10 year old) We all had different food off the menu: chicken, fish, lasagna, and a vegetarian option and we all 15 enjoyed our meals. We will return. Many thanks.

This is a great pub, friendly staff and good atmosphere, had food on the launch day and it was really nice. Thank you guys will be coming again with the family.

This chippy has gone down hill. Over the last 12 months we've had to take back 4 fish been off, the smell was terrible however they did replace them with no quibble. The young man frying in 2024 was much better than the present fryer whom hasn't got a clue how to fry. Tonight 17 01 2025 the chips were anemic raw full of fat, the fish was OK but the batter was soft and full of fat. Question. Do you ever sanitize the chip bins ? Is the fish kept refrigerated? I'm done with the big fish.

Absolutely gorgeous food served very hot and fresh probably the hottest and fresh meal I’ve eaten out in months friendly welcoming staff and great prices

So by chance found the chip shop in Melbourne, as luck would have it, parked right outside, even tho it was Friday lunchtime. Had a lovely portion of Chips with battered Sausage. bonus i had few cans of Pepsi! Will call again if in the area

Went today to have coffee the cafe was so so busy. We have been quite a few times and never had a problem. The staff are so nice and work so hard nothing it to much trouble for them. Feel for the staff at times as people are so rude to them and shout at them. there is no need at all!! They all do their best for everyone. Give them a break!!!

The meal and location lived up to their reputation. This was a chance visit, but we were so glad to have made it. The service and everything else were smart and relaxed.

If I lived nearer, it would be my local.

Small pub, not much seating. Live bands are too loud for the size of the venue. Chose to leave as we couldn't have conversation.

We were recommended to stay at the Bulls Head. When booking Becky was friendly and helpful. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Becky and her team. We had dinner, bed and breakfast. Food was great in nice surroundings and were really made to feel like we were locals. Becky was a very attentive host and we really felt that our custom was genuinely valued. Would highly recommend and will be back.

Excellent lunch with my wife. First visit, won’t be the last . Really nice to go to a pub that hasn't got a corporate menu, that is its individual to the pub , and the food is freshly prepared. Very pleasant village pub location and atmosphere, nice friendly and very efficient service. Highly recommended!
