We went for Saturday lunch. When we arrived we was told it was a 30-45 minute wait for food the pub was empty. But a few tables sat outside with kids. We ordered something easy. Ham egg and chip. After waiting the time they said our food arrived. The chips was cold and the egg looked like it had been sat for 10 minutes. They had an inflatable assault course for kids in the garden which is a great attraction for people with kids. But I wouldn’t advise going for a meal !! 🤮

I popped in with my dog and we were made very welcome. Lovely atmosphere with local people chatting and included me, made me feel welcome. The staff were very friendly and I had a hot chocolate and I really enjoyed scrambled egg on toast. I was so looking forward to popping in again on my next visit to Sleaford but I was very sad to read a newspaper article saying it has closed for good. So sad after 101 years in the town that this had to close.

Fabulous little cafe on the A17. What a perfect find - delicious food, all very reasonably priced, and served with a smile. We bought a slice of cake each to enjoy later and these were also very tasty and beautifully light. Cash only - no cards. Plenty of parking outside.

if you have read my reviews before you will know we are from Grimsby, where the best fish and chips come from. it is always good to find fish and chips that meat the standards we are used to . had to go to Lincoln on business last week and decided to have some fish. this shop produces great fish and very good chips , the prices are resonable and the staf helpfull. would definatly go again.

Yet another visit to this fantastic pub. The lunchtime baguettes are amazing and great value for money. The only issue I have is with the guy complaining about his steak as the George has not had steak on the menu for quite some time. My advice is to ignore that review and try the pub for yourself, it's brilliant.

I had a great experience at queens head. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, with the prawns being a highlight. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was cozy. The only downside was a lack of phone reception made it difficult to call an Uber. Otherwise, I’ll definitely be back!

We decided to try this establishment for a Sunday roast after seeing a post on Facebook. We were disappointed to find out when we arrive, that roast was a carvery. The goats cheese tart at £8.98 was extremely disappointing. The pastry was poor. It was not worth the price at all. The carvery was poor and overpriced at £15.99. Lazy carrots, vegetables not warm and the potatoes were not good enough. The gravy was good and the Yorkshire pudding. We didn’t have any desserts so can’t comment on that Won’t be returning to this establishment again

A very welcoming and friendly atmosphere, efficient service and nice beer choice. Food is great and menu is regularly changing with the seasons. I always enjoy visiting this pub.
