The best restaurants serving British food in Erewash East Midlands

Visited here for a jazz brunch. What a great day excellent food and service. Unfortunately the singer took ill last minute but Vanessa managed to get a replacement singer. Had a fabulous time will definitely return.

I had the English breakfast and it was boom , everything was cooked to perfection the ladies were loverly and the little seating area out back was tidy . ( also the bathroom was really clean ! ) 10/10

What a lovely little cafe, beautifully decorated, the staff were lovely, and our food was lovely too, will definitely call again, as want to try the cakes, they looked amazing 😍

About to go into the shop to discuss a birthday cake but was put off by the angry staff shouting rude comments to a lady who was videoing a mishap on bath Street not sure the lady was right or wrong but she never argued back with them but the 2 ladies who was helping a fellow shop keeper pick stuff up where VERY rude and aggressive towards the lady and several times repeatedly went up to the lady's face in a very intimidating way

I voted for cod’s scallops to be best in Britain Jamie’s Chipy has come in my view a close second very good amounts of food for the money. If you have never been well worth the trip out.

Lovely breakfast again. I come quite regularly and always get what I ask for even though I can be a little bit funny with my eating habits. Thumbs up lol

Just had a wonderful meal. The attention to detail is fantastic, the service is attentive and the food is amazing. Will be a repeat customer. Highly recommended

Good friendly and welcoming club.

Nice as always. Good overall but the price of a single battered sausage made up of about 20% meat is silly. Also the batter now is barely a lick and super thin. Need to review the sausage prices as they only cost around 20p and come frozen.

We pre booked for Sunday Roast which happened to be on Mother’s Day. The location is perfect with a huge car park. Great for Sunday walks with a drink at the end. The girl on the bar was very welcoming and showed us to our table. It wasn’t long until the tasty Sunday roast arrived, and it was fantastic. Plenty of choice of beers on tap! The owners of the pub are fantastic. It’s a massive 5 stars from us.

Amazing place for food in ILKESTON. Can't get any fresher or better! The Jacket Potatoes are the best in town and the cobs and salad boxes are bang on too!

I've had this place on my to go eat list for years ! We had a fantastic Sunday lunch ! Very tasty outstanding food . I will be back to an evening meal at some point soon ! I highly recommend the Durham Ox .
