What a lovely little gem. The room was amazing food great service very good. Would definitely would return.

I have been here over the last few weeks many times for breakfast and lunch, the full English breakfast is lovely and really good pice, today we went for lunch, Angie who cooked the food was lovely, so friendly with a big smile, the food she cooked was lovely as always, very quick service and the chips were amazing! Ella the waitress was so attentive, nothing was too much trouble, she was polite, helpful and checked on us to make sure we were enjoying the food… I have read some of the reviews on here and I do not understand why people have posted such bad comments, everywhere is clean, excellent food, excellent service, free parking, inside and outside seating, amazing views of the marina and the food is really good prices. Mi familia y yo tuvimos una oferta groupon aquí. Al llegar todo parecía bien, nos presentó los menús sólo para descubrir que no eran ofreciendo lo que había en la oferta groupon. El primer plato llega, que parecía fantástico darnos muchas esperanzas para el resto de nuestra comida. El campo principal tomó 40 minutos si no más en llegar, por que hacía frío. El papa puré parecía smash, y todos nuestros platos principales se veía como la comida que te dan en un 3,99 todo lo que pueda comer restaurante. El cerdo pedimos, que no estaba en el menú, pero el groupon ofrecen, era insípido. no devolverlo, ya que no queríamos esperar otra hora para nuestra comida. Cuando pedir bebidas principales ups, la camarera se le olvidó nosotros así que esperamos otra media hora. Una comida de 2 platos tardaron 2 horas, lo que es una vergüenza. sólo había 4 mesa por lo tanto no había excusa. Entiendo que tenían un comedor separado; así que ellos no quieren clientes groupon cerca pagadores personas completos. No vayas aquí. No malgastes tu dinero. La comida nos dejó 2 de nosotros enferma. Estos chefs necesita formación adecuada, por lo que el personal.

Booked a table for 13 people for the old folkes 50th wedding anniversary. The service was excellent, especially from a lady called Emily, she went above and beyond, she was patent with separate members of the family going up and ordering, she ensured we got our food around the same time, made sure we all had drinks and even boxed up left overs if we wanted to take it home. Food was great, yorshire puddings were enormous, compliments to the chefs. Would defo recommend this place. Good play area for little kids, big play area for the older ones.

Great pub, friendly atmosphere love the new menu choice. Staff were very friendly and were happy to assist with our order

We ordered the beef filled yorkshire pudding, the beef was so over cooked. The whole meal was very bland. The pub is in a beautiful location but had an unpleasant smell when you arrived.

Los entrantes de halloumi estaba bien, pero mi filete de 4 onzas por £ 24. ¿79 fue terrible, si fue un filete de filete? Era gordo y grisáceo lo que filete filete no debería ser. No volveré a comer allí.

What happened to this lovely village pub? Sticky tables, online impersonal table to table ordering. But without the decent WiFi to order! If you go to the bar it’s an inconvenience. Smiles are charged extra. No decent wine, you have switched to Schweppes only which is unsuitable for anyone with an aspartame allergy. A fever tree type alternative at a premium price would be preferable. And in contrast you only serve cheap wine by the glass and the best bottle is brancott which is available in supermarkets for £8. So turning up for a nice lunch and one premium drink is impossible here. It’s turned into a fruit cider and cheap beige food kind of establishment. The crowd is definitely a different clientele. As long as the £ keeps rolling in I guess. Burger was decent, cutlery and glasses were dirty. You’ve lost the love unfortunately.

This is the nearest pub for me, we don’t go in anymore, but we called in just for a drink, I had a pint of Bass and to be honest it wasn’t very good, but it’s been the same now for years , that why we don’t bother anymore, the pub needs a refurb, and someone to take care of the drink they sell

Great lunch been twice now and all was good and well priced Beer was good too It’s a nice atmosphere and lovely without being noisy

Me and my family went to celebrate my twins birthday and went for a carvery and it was beautiful and service was grate amazing time while we was there food amazing food by ant and sharan seated us and was so kind as we had a disabled person with us and manager came to have a little chat with us this was so nice brilliant place for service nice food and kind people will visit again soon thank you xx

Came today for breakfast the food was only just warm no toaster working , only one drinks machine working, couldn’t find a clean knife and fork the tea pots looked like they need a good clean. Tables full of dirty plates and the floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks this used to be such a lovely place to come for the price it really wasn’t worth it.

Food ok but very dated could really do with updating

Great breakfast ,plenty of choice and unlimited tea and coffee.Sally was very helpful and we really enjoyed our breakfasts
