Advertises that hot food is available until 3pm, yet they stop at 2pm, sometimes earlier, very disappointing especially when you have made the trip there. UPDATE YOUR SIGNS

So slow and the staff just seemed to be faffing around. 4 staff and I waited 10 mins to place my order. Wasn’t v busy either. May try again as it’s local but otherwise we will go elsewhere

Great coffee and lovely lady running the place. Good bacon sandwich and egg sandwich - really fresh in a perfect setting.

Bastante pobre Papas fritas sucias, poco cocinadas, probablemente congeladas y una hamburguesa insípida para 13. Buena camarera, pero incluso después de no comer todo el día, podría soportar terminarlo.

Visited after swimming session and found the prices silly for what you get. The profit margin for them placing a tea bag in hot water (not boiling water) must be very high. Avoid as you can get similar for cheaper nearby.

Two days ago two parmos cost me £10 and now it cost £15.60, the parmos are the thinnest i have ever seen and they are that tight they put parmo on top of chips so they can give you a smaller carton to save money, the other day they even put both parmos in one box so they could save money, my son used to work for them and said the owner use to scream at him if he made garlic sauce to thick, last time i had garlic from there it was like water.

The jacket potato was luke warm. The panini came out within minutes of ordering and was soggy and not in the slightest bit toasted. Also the hot drinks, why are they in a paper cup to sit indoors? A real let down to the Castle which was a great experience.

Ordered food for takeaway, had good ratings on just eat. Wish I'd read other reviews first. Delivery of food was bang on time, really friendly delivery driver. Food was hot, those are the positives. The negatives... Southern fried chicken way too overcooked, chicken nuggets way overcooked, were tough and chewy. The chips were hot, however they had clearly been cooked much earlier in the day and reheated, they too were tough and chewy. Fish batter was greasy. This was my first time ordering unfortunately will be the last, especially afterwards finding they only have 3 stars for councils food hygiene rating. Steer clear.

The nostalgic trays get you excited, but the pies couldn't be less like the originals. Had steak pie, sausage roll and blackcurrant tart. I remember them like they were yesterday and they have nothing in relation to these new pies. The audacity of Pimmies claiming they're just like they're the original recipe - it's like saying blue is red. In isolation the pies themselves are less than average, probably a 2 out of 5, but given their ridiculous claim I have to knock it down to 1.

Looked good on the menu but in reality was awful. The veggie sausages were cold and didn't look as if they'd gone anywhere near any heat, the avocado tasted like it had only just been defrosted with hard lumps in and the other items hardly edible. The trouble is at London City Airport this is about the only place to get a cooked breakfast so they've got a captive audience.

I visited Rooster Piri Piri with my mum, excited to try it as it looked so good. However, when I saw the menu, I was shocked by the high prices, which didn’t seem worth it at all. After trying the food, I ended up with a stomach ache the next day. The food was flavorless, and the chicken burger I ordered turned out to be a disappointment—a mini chicken wing with a bone was thrown into the burger. I ordered extra hot chicken, but it wasn’t hot at all; it was bland. I felt sick and couldn’t finish my food, eventually having to throw it away. I will never order from here again and do not recommend it to anyone. If you want grilled chicken, go elsewhere.
