Was taken by a friend for some lunch and it was fairly busy but the service was good and the atmosphere was warm and friendly

Honestly the worst butty I've every had. It was a soggy, massively over priced, mess.

I went in today with a friend and my support dog. I asked the first guy who came to the door, he asked his manager to see if I could have my dog with me. He told me this is a one off and told me to bring ID for my dog next time. He told me that it's all fine as long as my dog didn't make a mess or run around. Later on after we sat down. 2 other workers said that it was all fine after explaining that my dog is a support dog. Later on, this ginger staff member, came up to the table being really patronising kneeling down at the table and started basically going, being incredibly rude, saying that I shouldn't be there and I'm not allowed to be there with my support dog. And he said because we've already ordered, so he can't do anything else about it. Throughout the whole time my support dog lay under the table at my legs and didn't even make a single issue once, while the ginger staff member kept staring and giving dirty looks. Me and my friend was there for over an hour and half just talking and my dog didn't cause an issue. Me and my friend wanted one last drink before leaving, so i went to the bar to order, the bartender proceeded half way through making my drink, before the ginger staff member appeared once more, stood beside him and stopped him from making the drink, and proceeded to pour my order down the sink, and told us that we need to leave because of my dog, essentially rejected being served.

Biryani at Thyme to eat was just amazing! The flavors were spot on. Also tried their Indian starters and Breakfast. Great taste and good portions New additions of Biryani and Indian starters are top notch and Best of Ashton under Lyne Highly recommend!"
