Bake-N-Butty in Tameside

Honestly the worst butty I've every had. It was a soggy, massively over priced, mess.

Ordered breakfast, just eat stated 2hour wait, which is understandable in busier periods, my food arrived within 59minutes, was all hot, fresh and very tasty. Think I've now found a breakfast place that delivers. Thank you

We ordered two breakfasts to be delivered. They were great, so yummy and the egg was perfect and runny when it got here. We will 110% be ordering another breakfast.

First class, good food, pleasant service

Food was pathetic, tuna panini 😂 a sprinkle if you want to call it no sauce or anything else added no cheese straight up plan fork full of tuna. Was dry tasteless, sausage butty was cold and not reheated correctly clearly a greasy spoon never again

This place either doesnt turn up with your food or takes up to 4 hours to deliver something you ordered early in the morning. Staff are rude on the phone when you're enquiring about where your food actually is and if its turning up. Which it never did.. they deny you a refund and say it's not there problem and that I had been notified it would take literally hours for food to turn up. I never was..declares on just eat up to 60 minutes not 4 hours. Ridiculous place. Plead avoid at all costs

First time for a delivery and won't be doing it again! Over £10 for a basic breakfast and wasn't given the extras I asked for, food was cold and ridiculously salty! Rang them back after waiting 2 hours for delivery to be told I was completely in the wrong, I thought the first rule of customer service is the customer was always right!? Obviously this place doesn't understand about customer service!

Friendly staff great food and great price's what more could you want

First time going here and will never be going again, got home from ordering 2 sandwiches to find both muffins were covered in mold. Disgusting thanks for that Bake n Butty.

Great to see all the staff with gloves on, wiping down, my breakfast was amazing just gutted I couldnt sit in like usually but I guess they have to follow the rules

I ordered off Deliveroo. After reading the negative reviews i had low expectations however, i was surprised buy how nice and tasty the food was. It was well cooked and still warm when it arrived. My only concern was the one of the toasts that came with my egg on toast was really burnt but apart from that very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely shocking food! Ordered spam and egg baguette, it literally was half filled. Sausage on toast, cold. Chicken and lettuce club sandwich with chips, again cold, and the worst of it was there was virtually no chicken... just half a bottle of mayonnaise, a lot of tomato and what I can only assume was yesterdays brown lettuce on soggy ever so slightly toasted bread. If you want nice food, go anywhere else! The lot ended up in the bin, shocking!

Mint for a Sunday hangover breakie. Delivery too but due to everyone in Hyde being pi** heads their demand is high on a Sunday and can be waiting for a breakie for up to an hour waiting time for pickup. But its deffo the sunday breakie place other than Morridogs 🤙

terrible! I ordered at 12:15 it said delivery would be at 1pm then it changed to 1:45 then again to 2:25 i wouldn't mind we only ordered sausage barms!!!! i have cancelled my order and will NEVER order again. I'm kind of glad because reading through these reviews the food sounds terrible! I have to put 1 star so i can post but it definitely deserves 0

Lack of basic business knowledge, horrendous customer service, hung the phone up on me 2 times, after an hour and a half of waiting The driver arrived with an attitude also, I asked to check if the food was hot and he didn’t let me, if your gonna treat your customers like dirt you shouldn’t have a business at all. As hungry as I was I still didn’t take the food and I would NEVER order from this place again! (THE ONLY REASON IVE GIVEN IT ONE STAR IS BECAUSE THERE IS NO ZERO OPTION)

After waiting 2 hours for my order I called the work place who said it was on the way. The man was very rude and I have honestly never been spoken to like that before. Another 40 mins went by making this almost 3 hours since the food was ordered. The man, again rude on the phone, said the food wasn’t on the way and he had made a mistake. He said they were busy and didn’t know when the food would arrive. I have honestly never been spoken to in a way that that man did. I told him to cancel my order and was unable to as I needed to cancel with just eat. To cancel with just eat it costs to call so in the end I ended up with no food and £10 short! Disgusting

Typical greasy spoon type place. Menu is breakfast orientated but they do also homemade meals which are very nice and inexpensive. I have never had the sunday lunch but i have heard very good thinks. I would deffo recommend if in the area and want a cheap breakfast with a large quantity

If you are looking for breakfast either eat in or take away at bargain prices then try here. Lots of items on a very long list, free wi-fi, friendly staff. Dinners, sandwiches, vegetarian all catered for.

I ordered a cooked breakfast and a milkshake from here, it was expected to be delivered at 11.25, baring in mind this was two hours after I had ordered, they changed the delivery time on just eat.. 11.30am came and it said it had been delivered on the just eat app, I waited until 11.45, still no food, I was stood looking out of the window every second from 11.15, I phoned up at 11.45 to be told that they tried to deliver, was banging on my door and posted a note through, I looked and there was NO note through my door, no body came with my food that I ordered, the restraint said they would re-deliver it.. 12.15 came and and it still wasnt with me! I wouldn't have eaten cold toast and sausage anyway but that's not the point! I phoned up demanding a full refund in which I was asked to get a refund from just eat, i phoned just eat and they needed confirmation that the order was cancelled, they phoned the restraint and they refused to give me a refund! absolutely shocking right? I will never order from here again, just eat gave me the money back via a voucher luckily so I can spend the money this restraint robbed off me to a different restraint that might actually deliver my food and on time! and to top it off, I spoken to the delivery driver when I phoned back demanding a refund when she should have been attempting to deliver my food again, if she could at least get the right house, I would have turned it away anyway, watery cream and warm milk shake isn't my thing hun, avoid this place! absolutely shocking.

Probably the worst food I’ve ever ate in my life. Just ordered 3 steak canadians with chips, chips tasted absolutely like pure oil and grease, the steak!!! Was it steak? Looked like kebab meat!!! Steak Canadians come on a muffin lol, we even ordered them on baguettes! Can’t believe we have just spent £17 on this!!! Never ever again. Feel physically sick.

Just had my delivery of 2 full breakfasts and I am very disappointed. Could only eat one bite and even that made me gag as all the food was swimming in greese!! Even the beans were full of oil, the eggs were definitely deep fat fried! I have never seen a egg like it! It looked like a toy one a child would play with. What a waste of £12. Was my first time I ordered from hear and will never order again. I think I’ll stick to Ls kitchen

rude ignorant staff and sloppy overpriced food, id rather go to KFC and then at least id expect it to be bad..

Used to eat here everytime my wife was in town. Until the rude owners talked to us. Not to mention the kids running round jumping on chairs and constantly taking the salt shakers of the table. Allso will never come back after being told the review was fake as i never placed an order.... The food was greasy and rarely warm. Allso have been given the wrong food on more than one ocasion. Its a shame realy back in spring of 2017 this place was great. Now however its just not up to par

I have visited this sit down cafe/or take out many times in the last 18 months and never encountered any problems whatsoever. Its the cheapest around however that doesn't mean its not great: in fact the service, food quality, portion sizes and presentation is excellent. The staff are friendly but bear in mind sometimes very busy, there's no better in the area thank you ladies.

Jacket potato wasnt cooked , beans all over rest of my food not happy at all also forgot food had to ring back and wait over 15 minutes for a toastie

I have eaten in here for breakfast. The place is small so doesn't fit many but it wasn't very busy. The staff and welcoming too. Lots of different options for breakfast and it was a very good full English. Another time I ordered a breakfast to be delivered using Just Eat. Now I wasn't expecting it to be great as I guess it is difficult to deliver a full English. However they were late. They missed off lots of things I had ordered and sent them separately

Bacon and sausage butties were exquisite! Coffee tasted like instant coffee though. Venue in need of a refurbish and staff are lovely. Will come again 😁

Staff asked if I'd rather be at KFC or McDonald's. Only gave me 1 drink when both of us ordered a cup of tea. Glared at me for not understanding a question about sugar. Dirty greasy tables. They did have a newspaper but it was 7 days old. Ignored us on the way out, as we said thank you! The bacon was good but the rest was well below standard. 1 Star is being generous!

Cheap and cheerful breakfast, had a medium breakfast and asked for poached eggs but chef didn't know how to poach them. Food was quickly cooked and was portioned well Thanks

Food is spot on and plenty of it, had a delivery this morning for me and the Mrs came early with nothing missing and was very fresh.
