Just to clarify this experience was the Starbucks inside the Services, not the outside drive thru. We arrived around 4am on 18th June for a coffee, both workers were incredibly rude. The girl behind the the counter was awful, she didn’t utter a word to us, was very unfriendly and blunt when asked questions. We said hello to begin with and she blankly stared at us with disgust. We handed her the sandwiches we wanted and she snatched it out our hand so aggressively, without even looking at us. Me and my friend both work in hospitality and we’re so shocked to be treated like this. We couldn’t believe it. The other woman was also very sarcastic when we asked if they had any more of the beyond meat burgers. Was just such an uncomfortable experience. The workers seemed to not even be pleasant with one another. what a shame, because we love Starbucks.

Order Latte with extra shot. After 10 min if waiting kept asking has that got extra shot. Went back to till and after explaining then tried to be charged again just showed how much the staff are listening.

In a place I would not recommend Starbucks maintained there high level of service, good staff friendly and attentive, service was quick and efficient

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the coffee was tasty and up to the usual Starbucks standard; and so where the snacks. If you do not want to drink the coffee in your car, there are comfortable chairs, with tables, upstairs.

I had planned to attend The Black Horse in Iver for Mother’s Day and had booked with a £50 deposit. Unfortunately, due to my mum being unwell, I needed to cancel four days in advance. Since there was no mention of the deposit being non-refundable in the booking details, I reached out to confirm whether I could get a refund. I left a message and sent an email but received no response. I followed up the next day with another email and then called again on Saturday. Finally, a young man returned my call but told me outright that the deposit was non-refundable and that "this is what a deposit is for." I tried to explain that I had been attempting to cancel for four days and that there was no mention of a non-refundable policy, but he dismissed my concerns and said he didn’t want to argue. Feeling frustrated and disappointed, I left it at that. However, to my surprise, I later received a refund, which made me question whether the staff member I spoke to had given me the correct information in the first place. I’m giving 3 stars because, in the end, I did get my refund, but the lack of clear communication, poor customer service, and difficulty in getting a response made the experience unnecessarily stressful.

Friendly and welcoming. We waited about 15 minutes to get the food after we ordered and the bacon Avacado bap was amazing.
