Do not eat here I paid 58 for 2 adult meals and 3 children’s this restaurant makes Wetherspoons look like a gourmet restaurant. My ribs were cold and pink sent them back only to be served burnt burgers all the food is microwaved. The staff are not helpful or friendly better off using the takeaways on site

Went for a quick drink in between arcade games. There were about 10 people in the whole place. I ordered a couple of drinks via the Haven app just to avoid taking the kids to the bar. No queue. My drinks were prepared and left on the bar. A couple of staff walked past them so after a few minutes I went to the bar and got them myself. I asked the barmaid are these mine, can I take them and she said sure! No apology. Come on Haven you can do better!!!

This restaurant is a big let down. You are advised to reserve tables via the Haven App... it seems lots of people do this and then don't actually turn up. So when you arrive almost all of the tables have a reserved sign on... but rarely is the place full! We requested a table for 7 including a highchair and asked to be seated at the rear of the restaurant near the swimming pool windows. When we arrived there were reserved labels on almost all the tables with no one sat at them and when we approached staff to ask which table we we at they were really not interested and pointed at a table near the entrance doors (opposite end of the restaurant to where I had requested)! No highchair - we had to fetch it ourselves. The restaurant was NOT busy so unsure why we couldn't have the table we'd asked for?? Staff are not reflective of the rest of the resort... they are either inexperienced or standoffish and service is slow and poor. If ordering via the app the process is slow (I'd have been better off making our meals in the caravan kitchen!) Chicken Curry was served with a large serving of mango chutney and two tiny poppadoms?! There wasn't any curry sauce and my son was left quite disappointed. Kids meal - pizza was huge - much too big for a little one and served with a random portion of beans (that we had to ask for as they weren't brought out with the rest of the food). Mixed grill was average and a bit dry - no sauces (other than gravy) were available. They had sold out of Sunday Roasts - by mid afternoon so we couldn't have that option. Chicken pasta was basic as, but edible. Chicken sharer was over cooked and disappointing. Drinks are hit and miss - cocktails can be nice but depends which member of staff makes them! We ordered a fruity mocktail for our 13 year old and was served up a questionable blue coconut (malibu tasting) concoction - no offer to replace it - even though our son had had the correct drink served earlier - instead we had to pay for another drink @ nearly £6 a go! Expensive and NOT good value for money. Quality and service is poor. Such a shame as Haven Burnham is lovely & the other food outlets (Burger King, Chippy and Papa John's) are fine! Please sort this out Haven - it really lets down an otherwise lovely resort!! Would advise a walk down to Burnham and eat at Weatherspoons instead - much better quality, choice, service and price.

Order pasta dish, bowl came out hot unable to touch, pasta and chicken cold unable to eat, everyone else had finished meal before the roast came out, which left one person eating on their own, I wouldn't recommend eating here, better off walking into town and going weatherspoons if you want cheap meal, over priced for what you get

Would not recommend this place to if staying at haven burnham on sea. High prices for what you get. Only ate once here in the week. Waiting times were ridiculous for the food to be served.

Excellent lunch with attentive service from the friendly landlord. Great to see some alternative options on the menu — it made a welcome change from the all-too-frequent pub offerings that come out of a box. Our meals were freshly prepared in a professional manner and priced extremely reasonably. Great collection of teapots too!

Awful ! Overpriced ... poor service ! No meals except pastries .... a sausage roll was £6.95 ! I know it's a National Trust and we are members I agree they do a great deal of good. However, with such a prime seaside spot .... loads of families on the beach ...they should offer normal seaside food and priced! We had a coffee and a slice of cake and it came to £20 for 2 of us. Families are struggling at the moment. I can't understand why they don't offer traditional seaside food like a bag of chips, ice creams, lollies, milk shakes etc. They have a prime spot with a captive audience as its the only cafe at Brean down. Felt very dissapointed it could be so much improved !.... prices are Ridiculous !!!!! Service is bad you order then go to another partcto collect , no please or thank you ! I think they love dogs more than people !
