The staff were friendly and helpful. Dairy free options are available for coffees. However, it is a struggle to get a dairy free/ gluten free item to eat. I ended up getting a cereal bar, when everyone else gets cake.

We used the cafe for breakfast whilst shopping. I had the Welsh rarebit, and my family the bacon and avocado on toast. The rarebit was out of a tub cold, it had to be sent back. The avocado was out of a tub. Pointless considering the quality of the product sold in store.

Can recommend the café for lunch, before we did our shopping. As with all Waitrose stores the food is very good so we were surprised to have something different off the special menu. It was the chicken ... with chickpeas and salad greenery, with a chillie dressing - a bit strong for me but my partner thoroughly enjoyed it. The recommended Welsh rarebit hit the mark for ma-in-law. The tirimisu for me and the cherry and almond tart for the other finished the meal off. Coffee went down a treat.

Bridgewood Roundabout, Walderslade WoodsFood wervice incredibly slow. Beer was £8 a pint which for such a slow fiood service was awful. We cancelled after 50 minutes.

Maidstone RoadWhen this first started I went with friends and it was great. Went again on Friday it was a real disappointment. Too much batter, very little fish and both over cooked. Such a shame - sadly won’t be risking it again.

100 High StreetAn absolutely outstanding pub! While it can get busy at times, the exceptional service from the superb managers and amazing staff truly stands out. The food is not only delicious but also very reasonably priced. This place is a gem, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

35 Swan StreetI was down seeing a house to buy and was advised to go to The Swan West Malling, however when i was there … they refused to take my sterling Scottish notes. I am currently looking to move from Scotland to England. They said it was due to fraudulent notes however it’s the same excuse used every time I am down in England. They still accept English notes that have the same fraudulent ratio. This place is very up and coming and think they are the dogs bollocks how ever in doing this they didn’t realise I own bars in the uk and have made an enemy of me funny how people belittle and outcast their most loyal clients
