I had the worst poached egg on toast. Pale insipid eggs and one had hardly any yolk which was also hard poached on cheap nasty bread. My friends had a small breakfast and again the bread was awful and the sausages did not taste locally sourced and all at top prices. Won't be eating here again!

Amazing trip to Jolly’s as always!! Had an amazing sausage and bacon sannie, with cake and some drinks. The hot chocolates were incredible we stayed for another! And the staff were friendly and welcoming as always. So lovely to see Jo smiling and being her wonderful self as always. Don’t forget to pick up some sourdough bread too, it’s made fresh and is fantastic!

Amazing service! What a lovely, attentive, friendly owner! He made our experience wonderful from the start. It was late as we had been to adventure island with our 3 children and I was apprehensive as to what would still be open at 9.45pm. So glad we found this place- food was delicious, well priced but what made the night for us was the kindness of the owner! We had fish and chips, sausage in batter and a side of mozzarella sticks- all perfect! Thank you 😊

We were allowed to park overnight in our motorhome in their lovely field. The pub is very warm and friendly ,chatty locals, child and dog friendly. There is a nice enclosed field for the dogs and kids to run around in and play area. Will definitely be back and look forward to their new food menu and hearing some live music. Thanks from Jack, Sue and Jed, the dogs - Betty and Bruce

We ate at Interlude for lunch. The menu is a total delight for the taste buds. It is difficult to single out individual courses as everything was delicious but if I had to it would be the poached oyster in a delicious buttery sauce and the rabbit course, which was like 4 scrumptious rabbit and carrot canapes. The menu has an occasional South African theme, reflecting the chef’s heritage as well as foraging which is woven into most of the dishes. We will be back for the slightly longer evening menu.
