A little gem in Ladywell. Splendid rear garden which was just great in the sun - with a good amount of shade. And the coffee was really, really good.

Bought what was supposed to be pork. All it was turned out to be was gristle and awful spicy stuffing. Absolutely awful and they charged a kings ransom for it. Never going back again. They don't issue a receipt so you can't see what they have charged you for. Appalling.

Contrariamente al personal altamente profesional con experiencia, algunos de los nuevos empleados no saben escanear la tarjeta de fidelidad, otros se mueven en círculos tratando de encontrar la mesa adecuada, para entonces el café se enfría ! !

Este restaurante es maravilloso. Tiendo a quedarme en este hotel por negocios cada semana, pero no he revisado, cada comida que he tenido ha sido increíble. El personal siempre atento, amable y servicial. Gracias de nuevo por una comida maravillosa.

Me apetecía un desayuno grande y el pub no estaba abierto por favor cambie los letreros mineral abierto para el desayuno por otro lado el pub se ve bien desde fuera gracias

Had a lovely lunch in a charming tearoom. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Really interesting shop attached with lots of different souvenirs.. bit different from the mainstream!

Traditional, hand-kneaded shortcrust pastry is filled with classic meat and potato filling. There are also more modern versions of patties available, with non-standard fillings, meatless or vegan. Taste varies. They come hot, fresh and delicious. Sometimes they are barely warm, hard and tasteless. Very convenient location near Victoria Station.

They don’t accept cash! Ladie who served was rude to. Although the setting is nice always puts you off company’s only dealing with card payments

Carry out fish. Batter was so thick, uncooked and quite inedible. Will not be back. Threw out both fish.

Came here with a friend for a coffee and a wrap we were paying separately but was together, a man serving said next customer so I walked over as my friend was paying he said no your with her I said we are paying separate so I was next he rolled his eyes and said ok then, another server took my wrap so ours could be cooked together, the man serving me then said “so you are together then” I said yes but paying seperate I looked at my friend and he turned around and when “what?” It was a rude experience that could of been avoided.

Super place to have a decent carvery great staff who make you very welcome wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone,,,,,

Had an excellent supper in the restaurant of this charming hotel - was above expectation, taste and presentation great and made for a lovely evening I’d recommend for sure as one to visit

it was very good and i enjoyed it it was a good day out and the meal was very good. The sausage cheese bean slice was excellent. the staff are very polite and helpful.
