Good cakes. Poor customer service. Treat all of your customers in the same way. Please, thank you and a simple sorry goes a long way when you make several mistakes in the process of selling a cupcake.

Great service from the staff, served by Kate and Chloe, very helpful when choosing a cake for my friends birthday. Kate knew all about the cakes and could answer all my questions about allergens.

Poor hygiene. Counter was unclean and flies on the cakes. This was the branch in selfridges. Shocking. Staff didn’t care.

95 Warstone LaneWe are regular visitors for sunday lunch, excellent service as always especially from Grant&Billy. However we would love the return of the Rolled lamb shoulder as you don't find this cut on other sunday lunch menus

592 Pershore Road, Selly ParkWent for breakfast with the family and two dogs! Lovely family and dog friendly pub, fantastic staff and the breakfast was wonderful, and really reasonably priced!
