The food was basic but lovely. Sadly the customer service lets this place down, or at least some of the staff. I was served by a woman who was blunt and then rolled her eyes when we said what we would like to order. This member of staff left us feeling cold. We've been here a few times and customer service is hit and miss. This particular member of staff can be rude, but rolling her eyes as well seemed unprofessional. We didn't ask for anything out of the ordinary.

We popped in for a coffee and cake whilst on Saturday visit to Wells. Varied menu and a good selection of cakes, scones and pastries. Cooked breakfast coming out of the kitchen looked delicious and good portions. Coffee nice (not bitter) and hot. Facilities clean and staff very friendly. Will remember this cafe when we next visit Wells.

nice spot in town centre for a quick bite to eat and lovely coffee. i got the vegan toastie which was served with coleslaw and it wasn’t until i asked if it was vegan that i learned it wasn’t vegan. ideally i would be told this when i was ordering so i could ask to not have it, so just a heads up for anyone with a dairy allergy make sure to say !

Found this gem of a place after a walk around Stranraer and managed to find a table on a busy Saturday morning. We had the scrambled eggs on toast and one of the delicious apple pastries with soooo tasty coffee. We had to wait a while as the place was packed but the staff were dealing with the queue very efficiently. Very friendly atmosphere too!! Loved everything about this place

me and my boyfriend come here quite often we really do enjoy mini golf and darts quite often. We also come here for food too. The food is pretty good as well! dads are also quite good because you only pay a £5 deposit and if the darts come back unharmed you get your £5 back so you play for free!!

I recently visited Heaton chapel Domino’s on 11th march 25 and was very disappointed with the hygiene standards. I noticed that one of the staff members preparing pizzas was not wearing gloves while handling food. What was even more concerning was that he was touching both vegetarian and non-vegetarian pizzas without washing his hands in between. This raises serious food safety and cross-contamination concerns, especially for customers who prefer or require strict separation of veg and non-veg food. Hygiene should be a top priority in any food establishment, and I expected better standards from a brand like Domino’s. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that proper hygiene protocols are followed, including the use of gloves and frequent hand washing. Until then, I would be hesitant to order from this location again.

To us this felt a bit more of a ‘diner’ than a tearoom. We only had coffees which were fine and were served to our table with a smile. There was rather a strong smell indoors of the frying burgers/chips and tables were rather cramped but there was ample outdoor seating. There’s also a takeaway service from a ‘window’. It was a very popular place with lots of efficient young staff.

We visited on a Saturday morning for brunch.. a fantastic experience from the minute we walked through the door- warm, a fabulous menu, but the specials were sold to us - we had grilled halloumi, on smashed avo/sourdough toast with honey & chilli flakes! Truly delicious.. but what impressed us the most was the staff- it was really very refreshing to see a team of young people who are professional, keen, very friendly, who smile & are not frightened to talk to people, know their products .. the friendly staff really made our visit! The only downside is as you pay up front, it’s easy to forget to tip.. but there is a tip plate on the front desk.. be assured we will be back, thank you so much, this was a big part of a great morning in Stamford.

Busy bank holiday weekend. Event happening at The Mill and the only place to get a coffee. Should have been better prepared surely ?? . 30 minute wait for 2 coffees. Only 1 member of staff making drinks . Long queue and wrong orders coming out constantly. Shambles !
