The best restaurants serving Brasserie food in England

I've been to many a Nandos and I always appreciate that I've never had a bad meal from any of them. The consistency is fantastic. That being said, it is quite pricey for what you get. It is very good food though. Only a three for atmosphere at this one due to it being quite messy.

Won't be ordering again. Almost £20 for a burger and chips so i had high expectations and it was very disappointing. Very poor quality

Siempre me lo paso genial en el No 90. El servicio, la comida y el ambiente siempre es excelente. Elly es especialmente atento y siempre va más allá. Un ambiente acogedor muy recomendable!

We visited Loughborough for the first time and were looking for somewhere to eat and discovered The White Hart . We were made to feel welcome as soon as we entered the pub. Lovely decor , clean and comfortable furniture with candles on the tables providing atmosphere. The beers and cider we chose were excellent . We ordered the beef chilli with chunky chips , beef bourguignon with roast potatoes and the nacho style loaded fries . All four of us agreed that it was one of the best pub meals we had ever eaten Beautifully presented and extremely tasty food .

. We come here most weekends and it’s a great local pub. The staff are great and welcoming. The food is good and priced well. They also have a great selection of lagers on tap. Would definitely recommend coming.

Wasn’t as nice as we had thought then had to wait over an hour for it. I ordered chicken wings and got strips instead - not the best!

Fries are soggy really just boil potato

Food was good but service appalling.

As locals we have been to the White Horse on many occasions, so with friends on Saturday evening who decided, despite a late lunch elsewhere wanted food, we strolled into a very busy White Horse. As always we were greeted warmly by Steph and despite them being very busy in restaurant and bar, she kindly seated us, took our drinks & food orders. Cocktails took a little longer, but everything else arrived promptly and the food was hot, tasty and for our guests filled them up (finally)! Thanks Steph for putting us on "your table" and for your teams service

A piss-take of a kebab house these days, sadly. Hard, overcooked, rubbery kebab meat, and ever diminishing portion sizes. I've given them 3 strikes, but but now they are out. Herne Hill needs a proper kebab shop.

Really enjoyed my visit here for dinner. Food was great and the service was really attentive.

Service was great, welcomed upon arrival and served by the lovely Neeras. She recommended the Beef bulgogi hotpot (halal), more than enough for 3 to 4 people with additional sides (1 was free). Overall enjoyable hotpot experience.

Can’t fault the staff, they were great. However the lamb hanging kebab mediocre with a small bowl of chips nothing special, and the botanist lager not tasty, the birra moretti that my wife had was better.
