Loved this place great location, atmosphere and service. Been wanting to go for a while and we'll worth the visit

Been here many times and always enjoy returning. Friendly and welcoming staff; delicious cocktails; lively but not raucous ambience great menu and unique and pretty decor.

I have my lunch almost every day at Pepes there is so much to chose from the food is delicious and tasty and healthy I recommend everyone to try it you will love it

Chicken pieces are white and socked in oil. Inedible. The burgers were thrown together and not very nice at all. Was not value for money

I used to love this place but I can tell that there's been a change of staff. The flavours are no longer deep and rich. Whoever the old chef was bring him back!!

Went for a beer and Sunday lunch. Pub looked very nice from outside and service was good. Butcombe Gold was the ale. Ordered two Sunday roasts.. beef (£16 each). The food came out quite quick and looked good but the beef was poor. It was very chewy and extremely fatty. All veg, Yorkies and gravy was good though. Waitress spoke to us after the meal and asked if all was okay. We said yes, except for the beef as you can see, most of it has been left .. it is very chewy and mainly fat. She apologised and that was it. Sorry to say, but will not be returning.

Dry and overpriced. For the price you expect something quite spectacular but no. The staff need some training instead of the “walking into the local pub and everyone turning around” vibe. £10 pound for a small kebab! And it’s not great! I wouldn’t recommend this place, let alone to the students who can’t afford it. Reduce the price Improve the service And increase the quality of the food. It’s not rocket.

Got a pepperoni pizza and was actually really good was first time trying and was happy with it will definitely come get their pizza regularly Edit - they normally do Mon- Tuesday buy one get one free on pizza and out the blue I rang up to order to be told changed to Mondays only was there 2 days ago getting pizza and sign still said Mon and Tues so they must had only changed it could had least condone the offer today for us considering we are regularly was disappointed as there pizza is good but come on guys stop changing the offers all the time as last month is was Mon to Friday collection only then changed to Mon to Tues now only Monday bring back Tuesdays you're disappointing you're regulars

Warm welcome, delicious lunch in a beautiful setting sitting by the canal. Boomy and Chelsey were very efficient and made the whole experience even better. Well done!
