We have been the restaurant for years now and the service is good, but on the last 2 visits we did had stale poppadom's and on the last visit, they have forgotten to bring one of the main dishes and that is the reason they received 4 stars. It wouldn't stop me going though as we love the food there. Our favourite is the mix grill, which it comes piping hot and it has got that extra heat on it. The chicken Kahari is another favourite of us and the nan bread is delicious. We always finish our meal with a pistachio kulfi. May 23 A return visit to Needo grill and we have seen improvement on their food and especially on poppadom's but the service is well off the mark to where it should be. The restaurant wasn't busy but after calling the waiter over for us to pay three times we got up to go downstairs to make the payment and then they rush off to get a payment. The waiters gathered in the corner talking, instead paying attention to their customers. September 24 Another great meal here. Enjoyed the ambience, service and especially the dishes we had.

This is a brilliant place for traditional Punjabi food. The grills and curries are awesome. Must try the grilled lamb chops.

Ive been coming to the restaurant since it first opened. Mr Ali the owner has always provided excellent service which ive experienced from his early days when he worked at Tayyabs nearby. The lamb chops are Needoos speciality and have often dined here as well pick up takeaways. The mango milkshakes are delightful! Nestling amongst the many Asian restaurants in the area, Needoos is the best 👌

Needos opened in 2009. Ali, made the bold move to go and open his own place after working @ tayyabs since 1998 as head chef. The best decision ever made. He and his team create the greatest food with bursting flavours. Exceptional service. Each customer is treated like family. I have been coming to needos since it was opened. I would and have recommended this place to everyone I know. If I don’t know you, you will do the same as soon as you come. You will be talking about this place for years to come. I travel from Kent to come here when ever I can. I have searched all over for this kind of food and nothing comes close. GREAT PLACE,GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT FOOD.

Pregunté por Bill y el gerente, buen tipo, pero cuando se le explicó y le pidió que probara el pollo lo dijo ok, creo que hablará con el chef. An absolute must-visit!!! The highlight of the night was the mix grill platter, the tandoori chicken and the refreshingly sweet mango lassi, the perfect line-up to the explosive flavours. And the bold red and black decor caught my eye, very stylish and inviting, with a touch of glitz, which is very hard to find elsewhere! 🤩 Excellent service and dine-in experience. Highly recommend!

Qué decepción. La parrilla mixta sale “chispeante”. ¿A quién quieren engañar? Es un chisporroteo falso creado en la parte superior para dar la impresión de que todo salió de la parrilla. Notarás que las chuletas están realmente tibias (¿recalentamiento rápido?). Las chuletas también eran carne masticable y de baja calidad. Los trozos de pollo tikka estaban muy secos. El kebab seekh era probablemente el único aspecto decente de este artículo. El pollo karahi estaba bien en general, pero la carne bastante seca. Lo mismo pasa con el curry de gamba. Ambos platos estaban nadando en aceite, lo que fue un poco desagradable. Naan básicamente está bien, pero simplemente no tenía ese aspecto o sensación fresca. En general, este lugar era decepcionante. Parece que dan por sentado que los clientes solo aceptarán cualquier cosa basada en su reputación pasada, y no se molestan en probar más con la calidad de la comida. Logramos pagar con tarjeta (por suerte la máquina estaba funcionando!). El camarero parecía rondar, pero no había manera de que fuéramos de propina, ya que no vamos a volver.

I’m still asking why I picked this place and I keep thinking that staying hungry would have been a more pleasant experience than eating here. Initially I saw a few Asian families dinning and I thought this was a good sign that there would be good food. It all went downhill after being seated. A bad sign was that my napkin was ripped as it was stuck to the table. On a positive note, their toilets are clean. The waiter gave us complementary water bottle and poppadom without us asking and then charged us for it. Looking on the bright side at least he didn’t give any other more expensive “complementary” items. And their food, wow. The butter chicken had a weird sweet taste that reminded me of childhood medicine and the chicken was very dry. It was so dry that it could be used as part of the country’s flood defense system. The meat curry was dry and floating in oil, yum. The naan bread was bread, I’ve had nicer naan breads from supermarkets! On a positive, their plain rice was good and the chocolates that came with the bill were really good. If these guys want to provide a good eating experience then they should think about selling those chocolates or just plain rice.

Look no further if you’re craving an affordable and delicious Indian experience! Staff were extremely friendly, and service was immaculate. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! 10/10.

Avoid if you want mediocore food, arguementative waiters, borderline scammers. Avoid. Edit: So I've just recieved a response from the owner of the restaurant. Firstly, thank you for responding to this. Secondly, this is hardly what you'd call good customer service and not even an attempt to rectify things. Firstly, you cannot leave two reviews of one place on the same account. I have no clue why your management believes that nor where you got that message from, and if anything it's surprising to see such a baseless (and impossible) accusation come from your management. We also didn't devour all of our food, your waiters proceeded to give us the wrong item multiple times to which your waiters reluctantly "rectified" or worse, pulled faces at us. Examples include giving one of our party a fish karahi instead of a Baby Chicken Masala, giving us Peri Peri Chicken* instead of Tandoori Chicken to which we didn't realise until after the meal, and serving us cold and most likely expired naan-bread which again took a lot of effort to rectify. Thirdly, you're right your restaurant holds a very generous offer... Too bad you all failed to adhere to the offer. The original offer was a 50% discount to which your waiters gave us a 33% discount, then proceeded to not just quibble, but actively argue and try to REFUSE giving us the full discount, by arguing over just £6. If that doesn't seem scammy, I really don't know what does. Your passive aggressive note does nothing but create a bad impression upon your business and staff. Then again, I'm not interested in continuing this after this edit and snowballing this into a cat fight. On our final interaction, we wished you all the best of luck and peacefully walked away. This passive aggressive and defensive comment from your management team was seriously not necessary and creates a bad impression for your business. Good luck to all of you, once again. Wish you well. What a dinner! This gem of a place has always been my favorite for an authentic Pakistani cuisine. The food is absolutely tasty and delicious. The highlight was the mix grill, tandoori chicken, keema naan, tarka daal and dry meat, like honestly look at those pics!!! Service was great, attentive and friendly cant complain. Highly recommend, you wont be disappointed. Oh yeah the decoration was lit 🤩

Great find in Whitechapel, value for money!

I recently visited Needo and had the pleasure of being served by Baojesh. Although I found the food to be a bit oily, the exceptional service more than made up for it. Baojesh was incredibly kind, informative, and chatty, making the dining experience enjoyable and memorable. His warm personality and excellent service have definitely convinced me to return. Thanks to Baojesh, Needo has gained a loyal customer!

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with Needo Grill today the 07/07/2024 at Lunch, We been served with last night leftovers as Mixed Grill, Chops were hardly warm enough and chewy, Seikh Kebab were hard and totally unjuicy, But We liked chicken tika, fresh Tandoory Nan, chutneys and Rita, As we complained We were served with two pieces of fresh sizzling chops which were not enough tender, I paid £32:47 and gave my feedback, No apology were offered and we left with huge disappointment

Positives: * Peshwari Naan and Butter Chicken were flavoursome. * Good parking available for where it is. Negatives: * Portions were small. * Curry’s didn’t contain much meat. * Mix Grill was overpriced for what it is. * Peshwari Naan was tiny compared to other restaurants.

We went on a Sunday evening and it was super quiet. The food was very good especially the deghi lamb. For starter behari mutton was okish. Overall a positive experience and great value as we used discount from fork festival.

Barjesh’s service was lovely, great and friendly environment. Beautiful food, we got too excited and ordered a little too much food for us to enjoy at the restaurant. But the folks at home loved it just as much as us. Would recommend if you’re in the area!

Amazing food - all substance no show!

Service is quick as ever. Call, double kebab Puri with chana daal and all sauces. 10mins later ready. But the last 2 times the sheek kebabs have been extra burned and spice/herbs haven't been equally distributed in the meat. The pakoras too felt old from earlier in the day. It's a shame you only find these things out after you've gone home to feed the family! Definitely needs to up it's game again otherwise heading to Lahore Kebab House.

Came here for lunch when working in the area. Needoo has good atmosphere, loads of seating inside, lovely food and was allowed BYO. We were server by Shahid who was very attentive and advised us on delicious specials.

Customer service is very good , they are all very friendly.
