Some bits of food were missing which doesn't usually happen. Our order was meant to come with 6 boxes of steak chips but only got 3 boxes. Not very happy about this.

The restaurant is not the same. Foods all different and everythings gone down. Must be new ownership. Never ordering from Just eat either. Awful customer service. Been ordering for years.

This restaurant just called me to tell me my collection was ready (I've never ordered from this place so I told them they must have the wrong number). The employee then decided to swear at me and call me a liar LOL. I live in Wanstead bruh. Needless to say, if I was ever in the area, I wouldn't be ordering from here.

Our ravenous family of six came to get a quick meal to prevent us from killing each other off. Got a table fast (in the neat and cool basement) and the staff took our orders immediately. But alas: Our oldest daughter is vegetarian and their veggie burger was sold out?! No problem: the kitchen made her a veggie curry not even on the menu! All food arrived within 10-15 minutes. Big portions and value for money. Fed 6 people for 33 £. Only downside is you can't order beer/anything alcoholic. They only have soft drinks. Not an issue for us but now you know too. Recommended.

It stipulates when ordering that delivery is free for orders over £25..... this was tried and tested prior to ordering and it’s not the case so please change this as it’s a clear misinterpretation. The food was really nice however, keep it up!

Ordered over an hour ago. Called up and spoke to a polite man, English wasnt great but passed the phone to someone who can speak English. Guy started giving so much attitude and telling its busy I'll have to wait if I don't want to wait cancel the order. So much energy 😂😂😂. Told him to give me the same energy when I come to collect the food.

my order was burger and doner kebab ... meat on my burger was red so obviously not cooked ... kebab meat smelt really bad fresh salad was covered in mint (not my thing) there was was no bred and when I called and said that the order was wrong and the food was off ... I got "brother this is what you've ordered" no real care about the client waste of £20 food ended up in the bin

Thier grill chicken is perfect and consistently cooked on all the various occasions I've been there. I've even bought thier chicken to cater for small family functions. Not tried thier other menu items, but the grill chicken is ace

Went here one night and ordered the whole peri chicken chips and salad. It was yummmmmm!!!! :) The chicken was juicy, well cooked and great flavour loved it, they do a very very nice chilli sauce too, Donner Noodles was nice too which i had to takeaway Will be back, they also do justeat so will do home orders :) Ps. Note to restaurant, your justeat order menu does not have the Donner Noodles as a option

The food was decent (3.5/5), but it’s not worth the amount I paid for. Atmosphere was terrible, the ceiling and walls were damaged, and the floor and and tables were greasy. Customer service deserves a 3/5, wasn’t the best. Overall, I rate this restaurant a 3/5. Major improvements could be made hence I don’t recoment this place to anyone.

absolutely disgusted, i spent 35 quid just to have my order messed up and hair in the burgers. The fact that there was hair in my food really concerns me for the level of hygiene in that place. They also messed up the order giving 3 of the same burger, even when i placed it 1 and a half hour before iftar (Islam break of fast), allowing them plenty of time to get things straight. I have purchased food from here before and i can say that they are quite inconsistent in terms of food quality, but this is the first time there was hygiene concern. I will not be ordering from here again.

🍽 Mix Grill for One- 1 chop, 1 sheesh, 2 piece chicken and 3 wings with a side of chips. I have been here a number of times now and the food always tasted delightful. The marinade used on the food is mouth-watering and compliments the meat well. Although, I would personally recommend to smother the meat with grilled onion as this tickles your taste buds. . 💰The menu price are reasonable as my mixed grill was £9.99. . 🎭 Service- The staff are always friendly, efficient and prompt and tend to your needs accordingly. . 🛋 The place has the seating downstairs with two cubicles if you like some privacy. Discovered the owners have changed after ordering our meal - the food was horrible and served burnt - staff haven’t the slight idea about customer care - ordered a whole chicken ended up getting bits of chicken all different sizes... cold drink served warm - refuse to accept any constructive feedback- don’t think I’ll ever come here again bye bye

I like this place. The food is cheap and executed well. The meat platters are a must. However, don't expect too much from the service (it isn't that kind of place). Seating is downstairs in the basement - nice and dim for private dining with friends

My favourite Donner place. I really recommend the spicy jerk Donner, it's amazing. There's few HMC places that can offer this combination of quality and quantity. Service is also good. Definitely recommend, one of the best Donner places.

Poor quality, and poor service. Nice looking restaurant but not a nice place to eat. 3 times ive been here to eat. First time you guys were newly opened so i gave it a try, 2nd time i thought youve improved so i went in to try again. Both times youve failed. 3rd time, i got forced to walk into your shop because your neighbours shop which also sells similar food is under refurbishment so my work colleagues decided to walk into your shop. During this 3rd time visit which was 1.15pm, we we're told the lunchtime menu wasnt available. The chicken burger wasnt available either. So we all ate what theyve got to offer, just some tiny toothpick sized wings. The sauces were from Asda! Asda branded ketchup and Mayo. The bottles were in disgusting slippery condition which had a cheese layer of sauce around the sauce hole. Your stomuch will turn soon as you see the sauce bottles. I am confident to say i wont be ever going there.

The worse food I have ever had. I ate little bit. just paid the money and came out. I ordered for steak. meat was hard like plastic.full of of spice and onion. I requested for a plain steak. This RESTAURANT SHOULD BE REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARD.

Not sure where all the negative reviews come from, or perhaps I went on a really good day because I remember how impressed I was with the food! The meats were cooked so well, accompanied by delicious, fragrant rice. I have no complaints! Presentation was great and the order was timely too. I'm very impressed. They even have booths downstairs for private seating.

I have just left chargrill at 4pm with my takeaway, 20/04/17. I asked if I could have steak chips with the 2 grilled wings meal I ordered, the light skinned Bengali skinny man said no we don't do it, so we carried on, while I waited for my food, the man said to another customer, here is your steak chips, so I thought why didn't he give it to me as I would have paid extra, them after food is ready i asked if there was any drinks with the meal? He said no. I then asked if there is 2of each sauce in the bag as there is 2 meals, he said yes. Just got back, only 1 sauce each, and only 1 salad. What a rip off £10 for 10 wings and 2 small portion of chips with 1 small salad. And the food was tasteless on top of that. I'm very angry.

There are hipster shops selling cooked chickens for £20 on Whitechapel Road, not here though! I think I paid £7 for a half chargrilled chicken with chips and salad. It came with a sweet chilli sauce and a mint yoghurt. The marinade on the chicken was just perfect, a little heat but not so strong that you couldn't taste the smokiness.

I heard excellent things about this place and the food however after today's visit was bitterly disappointed. I ordered one of the platters which included a whole chicken. They brought over small pieces of chicken, when I questioned it they said "this is what was left". They felt a drum was a piece of chicken. The amount of food I got for £20 was not worth my money. Yet a few days ago they served my friend the same platter with a lot more food, and a WHOLE CHICKEN. Disappointed. I SHOULD HAVE HAD PFC at least I would have got bigger pieces of chicken....

Sadly to say this place needs more serious people working inside rather then staff completely ignoring your existence. I understand its grilled food and takes slightly longer to cook but dont forgot the order or even lose thrborder slip. I believe this shop is the overspill from the shop next door which is also a grill food. The food was ok'ish, sauces are of the shelve so nothing wow. I suppose the extortionate price is for the gas thats wasted to burn all those skinny chickens whih end up like toothpick when eating. Sorry guys ive tried your shop 3 times and its all been downhill. Thats all i can say.

Absolutely disgusting customer service and restaurant. Food arrived 1hr and 10 mins late. And that wasn't even the worse part. The food boxes had been crushed and sauce was spilt everywhere. It literally looked like we had been given garbage. When we phoned the restaurant to try get some help they were reluctant to help and said it wasn't their fault but the delivery drivers instead. Imagine the frustration of this response? Basically, never ever eat here. Terrible cuisine. Terrible people. Terrible delivery.

I have tried many restaurants and takeaways around London and found this to be by far the best biryani Chicken and Kebab by far

Food is not bad however needs more flavour in the burger meat. I ordered chicken and donner noodles which was quite nice. However, the service was very dry and they even forgot to give the coleslaw!! They also have a border for sisters which is a positive.

If you like bad food this place is great! I experienced an avalanche of burger sauce on my Chicken burger and called to call on my ten digits to dig out any surviving meat. Having spent a long time looking I cam across a piece of meat though it was cooked I hoped in that instance that the chef was a little less cruel and hadn't put it in an incinerator. The tomatoes and cucumber which I am sure were still whole served as the buns was a excellent. Ill manage to make a salad for work for the next few months

We ordered spicy ribs and chicken wings, which both came with wedges and salad. The wings was edible, although it was a bit salty. The ribs had far too much BBQ sauce and was far too sweet, hardly spicy as they called it. The wedges was burnt! Never ordering again. Still have an unopened box of the ribs. What a waste!

Ordered Chicken Fillet burgers which ended up being Peri Peri wings stuffed in burger buns and were cold along with the chips. The Ferrero Rocher milkshake was literally Ferrero Rocher smashed into milk and looks very unappealing. The chicken wings were fine and tasted nice, drinks were reasonably priced as well. Ordered dessert, Haagen Dazs which was the same price as a full tub so it was expected but ended up getting a small tin (Like the ones you'd put rice in) of half of the Ice cream. Gave plenty of sauce so okay but unexpected of a restaurant.

Ordered the jerk donner and peri peri noodles. It was absolutely waste of money. The jerk donner was basically standard donner like the ones from a chicken and chips shops. The noodle was was soggy and looked like them tesco value packet noodles which has been made by someone at home who has no idea how to cook. Will never be ordering again.

Food was cold, the portions were less and we order from them regularly, even though we live 2-3 mins away the food was late by 15 mins. And they forgot the wedges with a meal that we ordered.

Delivery took way too long considering onky live 10 mins away, food ordered 9.10pm, website estimated 9.50pm, restaurant estimated 10pm...food was delivered at 10.20pm. Nit good enough Food was ok, ordered crispy wedges but they were soggy wasn't much difference from the chips. Grill portions of the order was tasty. Gotta improve their delivery time
