It was more price for what you got, there pizza size is weird and very small, like i did not expect the ‘regular’ to be hand size! And the base was a bit underdone too

They forgot one of my pizzas so my fiod was cold

Hello, food tasted good but Kebabs size were kind of shrinked. Not great value for money

Usually amazing food. But this time there was hardly any chicken swharma and I hate lamb donner and there was some in the box

Food is generally good but one of my order of fries didn't arrive. Tried calling Capsian to follow up on 5 occasions but no response. The driver said he will follow up too but I didn't hear back. So on that note I rated food as 2 as I there was no question to rate on restaurant service.

Food wasn’t great at all - had to bin most of my order. Chicken was not cooked how I asked and was covered in a weird sauce. Rice was undercooked. The fries were cold and looked like a reheatup, the burger had no salad and sauce despite asking for it

1 hour hour late cold slop in a tray. Will never order again. Used text service for order update that didn't work. Tried calling them 5 times and no answer. Despicable service. Don't want to leave any stars ar all!

Overpriced £17 total for £10 for a 6 slice basic boring chicken pizza £4 for a few fries £6 for a single hand made burger that just had soggy dead lettuce & a stale cheap probably 50p cheese burger in it Never again

Try to call restaurant from 7.30 to 8 no response wrong number delivery at 8 20 after I have to call there 3 restaurant to go d the right number food got cold burger was over grill and burnt pizza was too thick

my food was never delivered to me and i would like a refund. i received a text saying the driver cannot locate me and that i should call the restaurant. i rang multiple times and no one picked up. what kind of service is this?? will be calling tomorrow for a refund.

We ordered vegetarian pizza a chicken pizza , chicken wings and fries. The pizzas were delicious, the wings were substituted with niblets instead. Overall, tasty food and arrived on time. Would recommend this place.

We asked for plain cheeseburger but it has salad and mayo in it

However, it was a delivery fee, but, I was happy to pay sth for delivery and got my food on time. When I got the meal, it was totally cold. Also, the rice was too greasy.

The original place of order wasn't actually the one who was making it They didn't give correct info when we rang them Found out from City branch that the original places oven wasn't working. Pizza was okay but the chicken shawarma and fries could have been better

Amazing food. Someone is proud of their cooking. The chicken was tender and lovely.. The lamb kebab was awesome. Someone put their heart into the cooking. 6 stars.

This was first time ordering from this place and this will certainly be last, delayed order and to make things worse they delivered wrong food, when I called them no answer, so left message no one got back.

Pizza was small no fries nothing for £10 joke and chicken burger was a fillet dry hardly anything on it not worth the money at all. And all cold wasn’t happy at all

I ordered at 5:35 for delivery at 6:50, I received my order at 7:55( more than an hour delay by expected delivery time). The delivery driver was so polite and respectful but It was a problem with restaurant issue. I ordered 2 mix grills, kebabs and rice were extremely cold when I got it after an hour delay.I contacted the restaurant at 6:55 they told me food on it's way but I received food at 7:55. Also the portion of the kebabs was small , not as usual.I think they change ownership.

It arrived within time frame but was cold. Onions on pizza was burnt, i asked for no jalapeños on one pizza, but they took it off both.

I always order from this restaurant but today they send me posion burnt fish and stink bad I will leave this restaurant and I will get my refund I hope everyone read this review and change their mind about this place no point for wasting money here

The Persian kebab is what we usually order here, the pizza is standard Pizza Hut the kebab here is absolutely stellar you get a very large portion with rice salad and Persian pickles - all of it is delicious and fresh 5 star

As a regular customer I am really unhappy about the delay with delivery. I was not able to ring the restaurant the entire time I waited and not being able to confirm an exact time caused massive inconvenience as I had guests waiting for food.

The koobideh is always good and I always get excited about the salad especially! However this is the 3rd time Ive ordered food where the salad has gone off. I think it would be good to reevaluate the salad storing methods please. - the salad is really good otherwise.

Food was very cold had to throw away called restaurant for fresh food to be delivered but they told me they were closing soon and refused to refund me asell.

Sadly the food was cold took over 2 hours from first order and the portion size has considerably been reduced no longer worth the money for the donor meat and chips. Sorry to say this will be the last time I use these.

Never again ! Ordered at 7.10 pm received order at 9.40 pm. Phone was off the hook so couldn't contact them, can't even cancel the order . Just eat are no help after their initial text when you try to find out what's going on. No apology from the delivery guy or the restaurant. Food cold ! What was the point . Would have been happier if they had said they couldn't complete the order. I understand that it can be difficult due to the fasting period but 2.5 hrs to get food cooked and delivered. Il stick to uber eats at least you cam contact the drivers.

Ordered at7.18pm turned up at 9.40pm , cold, no ability to contact the restaurant as the phone was off the hook , and no apology for the waiting time.

ordered said it would be here 8.15 food come at around 9.20.. i was fasting. i know the restaurant was busy but dont take anymore orders if you cant cope. lady on phone no sympathy no apology just said your driver on way. food was nice pizza was cold and kids were too tired.

Hi. We didn’t receive what we ordered. We still ate it as we were fasting. Food was nice but not what we ordered. We have never complained before as we always got what we ordered.

Ordered 4 position no tomato grills in any of them and lamb shank was cold not eatable as it delivered in carrier bag disappointed this time

Food was absolutely lovely as always hot delicious and plenty variety. Ordered a big order for me and my colleagues on the night shift, caspians accommodated and food arrived 15 minutes over scheduled but was informed of this during a call to update my contact number. FAB FOOD WOULD RECOMMNED TO ALL

Asked for no green peppers, came with green peppers

After waiting so long food came and it was the wrong order,but fair play to them because they rectified it and sent me my proper within 15mins

Great food, excellent delivery service. I ordered chicken shawarma wrap, fries and cheese sticks . The chicken shawarma was large and definitely value for money and was delicious. The delivery service was excellent. I would highly recommend them

first time i ordered from these guys and i must tell you the pizza was great well cooked, tasted as if it was fresh out the oven, but only one downside is that is paid for extra toppings and they forgot to add it to my pizza but overall pizza was amazing definitely would order from these guys again

I used Just Ear second time and again my order takes nearly 2 hours to deliver after calling Resturant. I ordered my food at 1936 and order delivered 2105. Very poor service never use Just eat again and won’t recommend anyone.

Cheesy chips is a joke, cheese isn’t even melted onto the chips, just a lump of cold cheese. Pizza was cut into lots of thin slices instead of 8 slices like normal. Expected better from Caspians but let down by this branch unfortunately.

Had a sibling order from here few hours earlier and the donner wrap was a lot better constructed, the donner was more flavoursome and packed cut well. Also I ordered a meal and they forgot to deliver me my drink which I paid for.
