Farro's in Birmingham

We have visited endless times and keep going back. Let me start Farros has its own parking which is a bonus as it's madness getting parking on Stratford road. The inside of farros is very spacious. The interior is amazing. They also offer a prayer room. Now to the main part the food. I can't fault it at all. We've always had an amazing dining experience. My particular favourite is the full peri chicken and peri chips. The stone baked pizzas are really good. Another good item is the butterfly chicken with rice, pasta and chips. The portions are very generous. Love the bottomless drinks ( basically free refills). Between the 4 of us the bill comes to £50+ which Is £13 each. We all eat well . If you are the Birmingham area Stratford rd I would definitely check out.

Went to this place with friends. Food was okish. We were all ill the next day with slight food poisoning. I think the management should check there hygiene in the cooking area.

Amazing top quality food, went with my kids.my 2 year old son kept the staff entertained, two waitresses one with glasses and one with the hijab were exceptional. Highly recommend

Absolutely top notch! Couldn't fault this place, not even one bit, from the food to the service to the facilities/atmosphere, everything was spot on for a lovely evening meal with kiddies. We ordered a variety of different dishes including prawn tagliatelle which was cooked to perfection, the chicken sizzler which was seasoned beautifully & the mixed meat calzone & stone baked pizzas. The spacious indoor seating areas were perfect for little ones to run around in and still be safe, they had colouring books & crayons to keep them entertained, they had a decent selection for children to from pastas to mini steaks & fish bites (so we didn't have to stick to chips and fried chicken), well impressed. The prayer room was clean, spacious and well decorated & seperate facilities for men & women meant you didnt have to wait which was excellent. They had a lovely cakes counter which we didnt even approach as we were so full! They have parking round the back but at peak times it can get pretty full. Overall, pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this place turned out to be! Ps. A special shout out to all the staff for their attentiveness including Daniyal, a must visit!!X

Entered and was seated right away with the family. Were all fasting and they were very accommodating, even trying to have the food out for when we could eat. Service was Perfection. Very nice Atmosphere with astounding decor. Food was mouth watering. Priced well for what you get. Variety of food was surprisingly a lot. Giving it 5 stars, but if I could, it would be given 5 Michelin stars. Superb all round.

Went here today first time customer service was amazing. Asma , bilal and Hamza were so amazing and just the perfect people to deal with your queries. They made me and my son very comfortable and I will never forget their customer service.

Came in and the lady who showed us our table was really nice. Ordered the Sirloin steak combos with peppercorn sauce. The food was lovely, such a good size steak for the value! Sides were tasty too, also ordered the prawns which were great. Only 2 things I wasn’t too keen on was the peppercorn sauce as it wasn’t very flavourful and the size of the combo plate itself was too small so the food was going everywhere. Overall can’t fault it, will be back again

After eid we went to have dinner at farro's Very clean and friendly atmosphere Staff was polite the girl name was assama very helpful.at the end we tried there waffle desert it was good they should put more strawberry 🍓

Went for Iftar. Brilliantly organised. Tahir was fantastic, we need to be celebrating this organisation as the food was on point. No cutting corners on quality and specially service was fantastic. They handled everything professionally and the best thing about this restaurant was the praying area. JazakAllah khair.

Solid reliable place.. portions are great. recommend their beef sizzler and burgers.. appetizers can be a hit or miss- the nachos weren't that good.. Bottomless soft drinks a definite plus

I have been here a few times but this is the first time I have been during Ramadan and i have to say the service was excellent especially from Ahsaan who was so attentive and hospitable. My food was a little delayed but Ahsaan took it upon himself to ensure I received it and even gave a complimentary drink to apologise. Overall a really nice environment to eat in and very well trained staff.

Have been here 4 times now and the service here is amazing! Such attentive staff, so professional, so polite and welcoming. Food is great aswell! Portions are generous. 5 stars!

Great experience for family or friends. I had a well done steak it was juicy and soft. They provided everyone fasting dates and fruit in preparation for iftar. Excellent service and delicious food with goid size portions too. I highly recommend.

One of the best steaks I’ve tried. The combo platter is so good and enough for like 2 people! Service is always top notch, food always tests fresh, steak is done accordingly, atmosphere is very family friendly.

It's definitely worth going. Best bathroom along with wazu facility as well as salah room separated for men and women. Kids menu Definitely need some more dishes. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Fatima was rlly pleasant and created a warm atmosphere as soon as I arrived. She was rlly friendly and catering to our needs. She deserves a promotion for being such a young, hard working and inspiring individual.

Visited for the first time with family. Group of 15. Service was really good. Food was tasty. Have a wudu area and a really nice prayer room and that alone would make me come here again. Baby change and highchairs available.

I had an amazing experience, I went there today with my family and the service was great, refillable drinks, and delicious food. We got served by Fatima, I recommend going there for any special occasions

Visited last night for my sister's in law's birthday. We were a party of 4. Firstly, I turned up alone as the others had not yet arrived. What struck me was how friendly the staff were. They offered me a table of my choice, and were extremely attentive. i was waiting for half an hour it turned out, so I ordered some starters which arrived just as the other guests did! We ordered mains later. We ordered pasta, chicken, prawns and so on as well as desserts. The food was excellent and the chicken was delicious. The staff were really professional and helpful. One member of staff even offered to take a photo of us, as you can see. She even checked to see if we were happy with it. The only thing I would suggest is the room could have been warmer as it was rather cold and having to get up and order drinks and food each time you want something, is not conducive to relaxing. It can get rather annoying especially when you are tired! Ordering at the table is a much better experience all round and you certainly have the staff to accommodate this. Just a pointer for the future! Well done guys. Will be back! Thanks

A great place to visit often go there with my son and wife from the South of England such great staff and customer service gives you a 5 star treatment and all of the service providing staff are really switched on and well trained. Ehsaan one of the managers always makes an effort which gives it a personal touch. The food is always brilliant too and a kind young boy had re grilled the food for my wife as she was out shopping. Overall this is a great place and the staff there should be recognised for their proffesional efforts. Would strongly recommend it as hygiene there is spot on too. I'm sure we will be going there for many years to come. THANKS YOU. AND WELL DONE GUYS.!

Farros is like visiting chief burger in Peshawar. You can't go wrong. A safe bet that you know will deliver. The picture not only features the food but one of the most gifted orthopaedician of our times.

Average food. No table service, you need to order and pay at the counter which is rather annoying especially that they have staff who just stand there doing nothing. Steak wasn't that good, Burgers were okay but not worth the trip. Positive - there is a parking at the rear. Edit: On second visit i ordered sizzler steak burger which was absolutely delicious, nothing compared to my previous disappointment of a steak. Nicely cooked meat, good size of a burger. This is definitely better choice than steak. For that reason I will change my star rating now

Lovely dining experience for the whole family. Good choices on the menu to suit everyone, super clean and really spacious. The staff here are so welcoming and polite. Quick and easy, very spacious. Sizzler is my fav.

Been there twice, both times is was freezing cold had to keep my coat on. When we asked them to put heating on they put a little fan heater on which didn't do anything. You would think with the prices they charge they can afford to heat the place. Food was ok, staff were polite. Only go there if your going to take your own blanket.

Been here twice now. They will not put the heating on no matter how many different people you ask so bring a blanket if you go. Considering your spending over £150 for a family meal it’d be nice to not be sat shivering inside the restaurant. Food is good but no heating and being told ‘because it takes a long time to warm up’ and being given a tiny fan heater to warm up 7 people is appalling.

3rd time going here with my mates, and the place never fails to amaze me. I ordered the hot rocks fillet and honestly it was really nice to cook the fillets yourself, 100% an experience I'll remember. The waiters were also really nice, asking if everything was alright, if we needed anything, and were just overall nice to be with. Great place, if you come to Birmingham, Farro's is a must try. ps sorry about the one photo of the already eaten waffle i was enjoying myself.

I generally don't write reviews but I felt I had to make one for this place. I went with a group of friends here for the first time after they had organised a farewell party for me as I'm leaving the country soon and I don't regret coming to Farro's in the slightest. Even just the general experience and vibe was something to remember. The food was second to none. One of our friends ordered a steak that came with a mini sizzling tray where you cooked your steaks with cubes of butter lol. Never seen that before but it was really cool. Food tasted fantastic from burgers, pizzas and steaks to ice creams, waffles and sundaes. Especially the deserts haha they were worth the price and my waffle portion was bigger than expected which is always great The service was also brilliant. The waiters were super accommodating and hospitable. While eating we'd engage in conversations and laugh along at jokes which surprisingly I've never seen anywhere else. Other places I go to generally tend to lack in the service department and it feels pretty unwelcoming but thankfully even just fun waiters made the Farro's experience all the more enjoyable. One of them even offered to take a picture of us on my phone after seeing me struggle a little trying to take one myself lmao Thanks bro big up to you and the other waiters etc who were working there you were all a lot of fun The place looked really nice both inside and outside, it's definitely the type of restaurant you can recognise anywhere just from the outside, especially with the bull statue and plants by the front. Had to stop myself from playing the piano inside LOL The toilets were also surprisingly clean and hygienic which was a pleasant surprise lol as well as there being a prayer room, that was the cherry on top Would recommend this place 100% especially if you're going out with a group of people and trying to have a nice time, you won't be disappointed!

A week of pure indulgence brought to a conclusion by visiting Farro’s grill house for a birthday celebration. A varied range of dishes selected for consumption: burgers & chips, steak, cod with sides, pizza etc. Food and service at its best. All staff from management to service staff etc were always on hand which added to the wonderful experience. A recommendation to others:one to visit.

Beautiful restaurant. Family ordered fillet steak and burgers. No one had anything bad to say about the food. Only criticism is the fillet steak was on the small side. I personally don't like the refillable drinks as they are poor value (too expensive) and taste watery compared to cans or bottles. Drinks menu in general is too expensive. Nice evening out with family.

Was highly recommended for best halal steak. We orders T bone steak medium but was given weldone. Sir lion steak was ordered medium rare was given as medium. No smoke was coming out the steaks by the time they served the food it was not HOT . The complaint is the chef got no clue of medium rare and medium cooking of steaks and when they serve you on table the waiters don’t give a toss about if the food is hot or not. Definitely not gona recommend to people who are into genuine Halal steak eating . This is my first review but I always tend to give second chance which I will .

Nice to have a car park and not worry about where to leave the car. Staff nice and friendly . Food was nicely presented and such big portions. Price wise it was just right.

It's so sad, the place was almost empty despite good food, maybe if the process were reduced as some items like veggie burgers are straight from a supermarket box

Booked an extended family meal at Farro’s. it’s a great place for a family meal, I love how spacious it is none of the seats are too close to each other plus a good range of meals on the menu, Foyer and lounge was very well laid out, looks expensive and quite inviting. It’s very family friendly. The aesthetics were on point and very pretty. The food is priced more or less similar to the other local popular eaterie’s. Very friendly, clean and organised restaurant. Good service and Tasty food on this occasion. Bonus points for prayer rooms.

Ordered a calzone which had more cheese, peppers and onions than meat in it. Also ordered chicken and mushroom pasta and it seems they forgot to add the chicken as there was very little of it. The servers just stand around chatting and we waited a while before I got their attention (resturant was close to empty). Dont waste your time as there are other resturants that serve better quality on ladypool road.

Very delicious food. Portions are weird, sides are very small. I’m sure their sides are very profitable because of this, if you factor the price, it comes with a side but then the side is small. Great place for families, heard four HBD songs in the span of one hour on a weekend, so can be busy, but good vibes and people who work here are very decent and nice.

Disappointing they are not boycotting Coca-Cola. Sad to see they put money before ethics. Burger is very nice, the mash potatoes could be creamier but the pizza was not very nice. Staff are friendly and helpful

Food is tasty, service is good, even got a prayer hall which is excellent. But having said that i don't like the kids menu as the portions are small. Ordered fish coujons with chips for £6.95, only got 2 tiny fish pieces and the rest is chips. The little one threw a tantrum so had to take him to a take away afterwards. Other kids in the family also werent happy as they were still hungry.

Amazing place the food was beautifully cooked full of flavour and all fresh ingredients. Portion sizes were huge! I have two fussy toddlers and they both enjoyed the food especially cheeseburger, peri chips and tagliatelle pasta was a winner. The calzone sizzler is definitely unique to Farros and enlightened the taste buds! Also the best ice cream in Birmingham of a very high quality. We had a lovely time it’s a very family friendly atmosphere that could also easily be a great choice for date night due to the outstanding interior. Amazing customer service very hospitable and friendly management we look forward to coming again! Not many places in Birmingham that have a 5 star hygiene rating which was very impressive at Farros! Another bonus is they have a spacious car park so would be great for events and parties. Can’t wait to visit again!

Sometimes you just need a good portion of tasty meats and sizzling onions, especially travelling cross country late Sunday evenings in this cold weather. Great fast and friendly service (put up with my guitar picks flying out of my wallet instead of cash), convenient parking with an attendant to watch over the car and excellent sizzlers at very reasonable price. Recommend the chicken sizzler!

Went to Farro’s with family and we had kids with us. Their sizzlers are amazing and kids loved the pizza. The staff was friendly a well trained and helped us select our food. The food portion was big. Worth it ! Had an amazing time.

Great place if you have kids. They give kids crayons & a sheet with activities to keep them busy. With fussy kids, there were many options for food. Spacious restaurant & super friendly staff.

I’m a regular at Farros, the service is always great and so is the food. Please stop stocking Coca-cola though, I would be more inclined to dine somewhere that boycotts the brands that support the genocide of Palestinians.

Visited Farros for the first time, absolutely loved the food. We had t bone steak, ribeye steak. The kids had rump steaks and pizza and pasta. Food was amazing and the service was spot on. Attentive and very friendly staff. Will visit again very soon.

When you have 2 hungry children all you need is a place where the service is quick. The staff were so helpful. The food was great & the place is clean! Will definitely be returning.

Food was amazing! The staff were amazing! Service 10/10. Place is gorgeous the vibes immaculate, me and the boys loved it. The Filet steak was cooked a perfect medium rare and the lamb chops were 10/10. So far the best steak in Birmingham don’t think I could go anywhere else from now on!

I went with my two best friends and we had a lovely time catching up whilst eating the best steak! For the price I wasn’t expecting such good quality food but 100% recommend!

This place looks stunning, it's clean & spacious. They even have a prayer room and amazing wuzu facilities inthe toilets. The food was ok but nothing to rave about but again the staff were so respectful. I would give this place another try and maybe try their steaks.. which did look 🔥

I love the the place and u defo recommended I came her with my bestie beat experience ever I definitely recommended the lasagna. The staff is the best especially mizan Ahsaan The manger is soooooo kind. Shout out to Ahsaan and mizan. ❤❤

Nice place, nice food. Vibrant feel at busy times. Sizzlers and combos are nice, burgers are large and taste good. Stone baked pizza is fresh and really nice.

Food was average, Peri Peri chicken was a bit sour and salty. T bone steak was OK. Lamb chops was average. Overall portion based on price was less compared to the other grill houses. Service and Staff were cordial.

The pros of this restaurant is that it’s a great place for a family meal, I love how spacious it is none of the seats are too close to each other. The steak was quite nice, if you don’t like your meat pink then I’d recommend the medium well, however be advised that it’ll be a bit chewy, alongside mushroom sauce which made the meal more flavourful, the chips were chips and for garnish was asparagus which meshed well with everything else. The Calzone was very big, had a lot of flavour you can taste the feta. And then the Con would be the Calamari was was very salty, and wasn’t nice at all. However the service was great and then did come up to ask how everything was!

Absolutely amazing and relaxing environment. Great and helpful staff. Their chicken wings, sauces and flavours was so delicious but I do think with taste of Mexican chicken burger and lamb sizzler taste they could make it better. I wasn’t impressed with taste. Although I definitely will go again and order something different.

The only reason for 2 stars is the portion sizes. Everyone in our party was left hungry after paying close extortionate prices, and we got a pizza later. Steak was really nice. Service was ok. Seating and prayer room really nice. Wouldn't visit again unless i wasnt very hungry.

Awful customer service, manager had no customer service skills. Asked for chips and came out with sweet potato fries, which wasn't the main issue. manager had not offered to apologise or offer any gesture. wont be going there again. Food quality has fallen. Mash potato was disgusting. wont go to a place where quality of food is awful and customer service is rubbish.
