Favorite Chicken & Ribs in Milton Keynes

Chicken pieces are white and socked in oil. Inedible. The burgers were thrown together and not very nice at all. Was not value for money

The chips were good. But the chicken was terrible, it’s not the same crunchy chicken they used to make years ago. Very very disappointed, I thought highly of Favorites until now.

food didn't arrive!!! shop says there is no order bit no refund ?

Usually never have a problem but tonight’s meals was unfortunately that poor they were near unedible. The food was late to just receive pre cooked and reheated food and we are are extremely unhappy with that we received tonight.

Food is terrible, since the new owners have run this place it's disgusting. Undercooked food to overcooked food, alway greasy, dirty oil taste.. Just a shame. Used to be so good with the old owner and much cleaner.. they have trouble frying onion rings and mac and cheese bites.. my advice go anywhere else!

most of it was missing no poppas no extra fillet hald the chillie cheese bites were missing, absolutly shocking

The food arrived quickly and hot, as always, we regularly buy food here for this reason, its always tasty and fresh. The only downside is that the gravy is always bland and runny, and we end up mixing some gravy granules in to give it more flavour and thicken it.

The food was stale cold, must been sat there a while, complete waste of money, chips were stale, buns hard, chicken hard, batter on the wings stale all the food was horrible had to chuck it all away

I went to get lamb ribs but they have stopped doing them. I had to go to the one in Netherfield to get some.

Had to wait over an hour for the food to be delivered and then they forgot to deliver the drink so I had to wait an additional hour for the drink and the burger was not the one I ordered either so a bit disappointing.

Food was very good and tasty The area was clean and the service perfect.

The Chicken is hard and dose not taste nice anymore like it used to do. The colour of the Fried chicken dose not look apealing like it used to. its brown and white and tastes garlicy and smells bad. Back few months ago the chicken always was golden brown and chips were delicious and the fried chicken used to give your mouth a spicy kick,also the burger is not good its hard and chewy and kind of gross

I made a mistake of buying food from this take away, food wasn’t cooked properly fish in the middle was cold heat hadn’t reach that bit 🤢

I liked to go to favourites because the chicken and chip tastes so good and it is looked like KFC and McDonald’s.

dont go there if youre vegetarian or if you care about food hygiene man doing my order of chips touched the frozen chicken and then the chips, only washed his hands when asked, he wasnt wearing an apron or gloves just trackies and then another man just put the contaminated chips back into the heating thing got a refund in the end, pizza gogo few shops down was 1000× cleaner

We order a lot from favourite, unfortunately the food was Luke warm and missing the chicken side.. the food boxes were wet so set probably sat there for a while

Chicken was slimy and rotten. Also the public area had crumbs and bits of foot on the seats and tables. Go to the one in Great Linford, they're excellent

Originally the food turned up on time but was two portion of fries short. Took another 20 minutes for fries to arrive

Get chicken really chunky chicken moist and juicey not overcooked ad kfc can be , fast efficient service far better than kfc.

My partner had a 2 piece chicken and chips box meal. And pulled out not 1 but 2 long hairs around (9 inches) wrapped around a piece of the chicken. Instantly off putting.

I recently visited Favorite Chicken Greenleys and I have to say, I was very impressed. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff who guided me through the menu options and recommendations based on their customer favorites. The restaurant environment was clean and well maintained - I couldn't find any fault around hygiene or cleanliness. In terms of food, I ordered a mixed chicken platter, which was cooked to perfection with a delicious blend of spices, and had a crispy outer layer to my liking, which showcased their ability and experience in serving fried chicken to their customers. The sides I opted for were fries and coleslaw - and those were incredible too. The fries were crispy and had a wonderful texture, while the coleslaw was a nice balance between creamy and crunchy. To add, they serve a variety of sauces from which you can choose & adjust based on your taste preference. The service was prompt - my food arrived within minutes of ordering and packaged well for takeaway. The pricing of items on the menu is also very reasonable, giving customers excellent value for their money - there are even some bundle deals and offers available which can save you some extra cash. Above all, the tastes left behind by Favorite Chicken Greenleys' sumptuous food made it a pure delight, and I would definitely visit again. Placed online order for delivery. My fault it went through twice so what was a snack for my son cost £40. But the quality of the food was awful. Chicken had a nasty taste and no one could eat it. Chips were bitter and soggy. All went in the bin. When ordering I thought it was KFC. packaging too close to KFC. Wont bother again. Very disappointed.

We love your food and always order from you, never a problem. Today we had missing chicken that was paid for. Hopefully this is just a one off as we are always satisfied.

Food is good but service is very very slow. Had to hold the line on the phone for more then 15mins and delivery takea very very long. Although I live near by but still takes long. They need to improve there delivery service and phone service. Sometimes they just don't pick up the phone.

I swear to god if you ever need a quick laxative then head to Chicken and Ribs. I'm almost certain their chicken is being cooked by a hair dryer and their chips are cooked in Petronas oil. It is utter horrendous food and I wouldn't even give it to the poor homeless men waiting outside the gaff. Avoid and never look back. Also they don't take card.

Used to be a regular, but got a bad case of diarrhoea after a visit about a month ago. Silly me decided to give them the benefit of doubt so I visited again today, same result. NEVER AGAIN.

Chicken was delicious, chips were freshly cooked. A+

This place has gone down hill unfortunately, used to be the best place around. They changed their chips quite a while ago to what tastes like cheap/poor quality. They should bring back the old chips. I think cleanliness has also gone down! I recently got sick after having a wrap meal. Staff have become a bit lazy when it comes to cleanliness, I’ve seen the workers come from outside and not wash their hands before cooking/touching food. Also you shouldn’t be using your personal mobile phone then start touching food without washing your hands. They used to be really on top of things, but seems ownership have gotten lazy which is unfortunate!

One of the best chicken shops in MK. Great tasting food and good portion sizes. The staff are always friendly too. Infinitely better then KFC.

Food was delivered on time. There was an issue, but on contacting the restaurant, this was dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner. Will order again!

SO disappointed came in for a snack it chicken tender box and instead of their usual crispy tenders I basically got a panco crumbed Dino nugget.. what happened to your normal chicken tenders?? Also had a spicy filet burger, not spicy at all as it usually is and there was chilli sauce which has never been there before… so disappointing won’t be returning

I rang the restaurant twice ,and 630 pm and 730 pm they didn't have a clue where my order was ? Then l was told at 630pm it is on way ,730 pm l was told it was on its way arrived 740pm chips cold burger cold ,chicken cold ? Sad and l spent a lot off money with just eat ? Gutted

I am disgusted. I wish I had, had the foreside to weigh the ribs before attempting to eat them, so i could learn exactly how much had to be thrown away. There was very little meat and that was as tough as old boots.

Good food at a great price vs the likes of KFC and other chicken outlets. You know what you are getting here. Good food at a good price. Never been let down on service or quality of food, it has always been consistent. They even deliver as well

I normally order from great linford as their food is amazing but they weren’t doing ribs so tried greenleys. I really hope someone isn’t missing a dog in the greenleys area because I have no idea what meat this was and that’s my only conclusion. It definitely wasn’t beef or pork but was dark and very tough. Slight lamb taste. Might have been horse. Possibly cat. I’m going with dog. I think the EHO needs to visit because I’m sure they will find a random German shepherd in the freezer. The coating was also soggy and vile.

There was two parts to the order missing, there was no pots of beans which we had ordered. Didn’t see point calling by time they got redelivered everything else would of been cold

I’m never able to take a picture of the food due to eating it too quickly. One of the best chicken shops I’ve had. Been here a lot of times and this place has never disappointed. I’m almost waiting for this place to serve me a bad meal to stop me from going and eating here a lot. The calories aren’t helping me. Great food and friendly service. Will recommend.

Waited in line to get some take our and they didn't even acknowledge us. Once the person they were serving left, we move toward the till to make an order and the guy behind the counter just ignored us and served someone else who was waiting behind us! It was like we were invisible. In the end we decided they didn't want our money so we left and went to the one in Bletchley. Better service and great food.

Worst ribs I have ever tried to eat not any edible meat, mainly gristle and sinue.

The ribs were inedible.. they were very hard and chewy. Threw most of them away. Won’t be ordering again

The chicken and chips were amazing. The BBQ ribs however had a smell. Looks like it’s been unsold for days and tasted funny. Binned it after one bit. Wasted money on the ribs. Am no longer buying the ribs from them for sure.

Absolutely Awful!! Ordered 8 piece family value meal. 5 of the pieces of the chicken were wings. The chicken was anaemic looking & tasteless. Came with ring doughnuts that were ice cold like they were straight out the freezer. Will definitely not be coming here again!!

Great value for money. Good taste and fresh (mostly). Have never tried the ribs but may be I will give that a go next time. It's my favourite fast food choice. All items halal.

Food was tasty as always, had a slight issue with delivery. Which was rectified quickly and compensation of a couple of muffins and a pot of coleslaw more than made up for the lateness. :-D

Wrong order sent, took them an hour to resend the correct order but they refused to resend fries and was told to eat your fries from first order which were gone cold after an hour. They guy on the phone was very rude and put the phone down on me, bad customer service.

After contacting the restaurant 30 mins after the due delivery time, I was told that the food would be a further 10 - 20 mins. From ordering it took over an hour and a half to receive the food.

So late infact that they never ended up coming, I then called Favourites and they said yes on way now in a rude manner the put the phone down on me and that was a further 20 minutes ago, worst part is. I literally live 2 minutes away .. I'm not a happy customer at all, I have had a long day st work and was extremely hungry and waited patiently but this is a complete joke !!!

I haven’t had wings and chips in so long. It was nice and delicious. The wings both the crunchy and the bbq were tasty. The chips were also nice.

Im really disappointed, the popcorn chicken was dry . The chicken strips were under cooked and tasteless. The whole meal ended up in the bin . I have to say usually the food is great from Favourite children but not this restaurant. If I could get a refund, I would. Also when it arrived the bag was wet so all the food was damp .

Ordered the ribs and chicken wings. The ribs were lamb - which I don’t mind, but they were really tough, I ordered 10 and basically stopped after 3. Real shame cause the chicken is good.
