Best service and the best food out of any pepe’s I’ve been to across the country. Staff are great and the store is always clean every time I visit (quite often). A pepe’s can’t get any better

if you order quarter chicken like it is on the menu photo, you almost won't receive a quarter leg like the picture shows. it's really disappointing because I ordered large fries so that I would have a complete meal. but what I got was disproportionate, sadly

everything came hot and fresh except the heat melted the cheese onto the cardboard packaging so waste of money - chilled drink/dip packaged separately

Paneer was absolutely burnt and the rice were extremely dry. After requesting refund, there was no response. Will not order again.

You have to tell them how you want your meal prepared and they usually get it done. if you don't then there will be disappointments.

Khuram was very nice with my food and cooked it well

They are still maintaining the taste of their goodies. Have become a regular haunt. Shoutout to Ishika who went above and beyond to help us today! Excellent peri peri chicken and serious competition to Nandos. Ambience is ok, I have always gone for home delivery. Be careful with spice levels - if you cant handle spicy DO NOT order extra hot. Home delivery service is temperamental especially the folk raking the order on the phone. Have had really bad and really good experiences. Takes about an hour to deliver depending on the area, but its definitely worth the wait. The place has been refurbished now and is inder new management. The interiors look much better and the food is as good as ever

food was not good.wasnt cooked properly. kids didn't like it.there was only 1 sauce with the whole order.

Awful service. I went there with my wife and daughter for lunch. The till staff took our order and gave me the receipt with a serial number. We waited about 30 minutes for our number to be called but when we saw people who came after us were getting food long before us and our turn was not coming, I went to the till to ask how long it might take to deliver our food. The till staff told me its already cooked and coming up soon. Then we waited another 15 minutes and when there was no update, I went to the counter again. This time she checked my order number and realised my order details was not given to the kitchen and food was never cooked. As my kid was so hungry I decided to take the refund and went to another restaurant. I wasted 45 minutes for nothing. I know their food is good but with this type of customer service they will lose clients. I will never return.

Me and my friends climb at Indi Rock once or twice a week and always come to Pepe's after. The burritos are the best I've had in this country and the staff are wonderful, they even remember my order! Ishika especially always has a smile and is a friendly face.

can't go wrong with Pepes grilled chicken. but I'm giving four stars because they usually send long fries, but this time they sent small fries even though I ordered large portion fries.
