Great Good, Staff Welcoming, However Location is not the Best!

Asked for a mixed kebab and salad in a tray with hot sauce. Received meat and some chicken shavings in ketchup. Very disappointing. No spice and very basic for something that cost me over £11

They were racist to my friend because she was black. Not going here again. How can you possibly treat customers this way

Firstly they got my friends pizza wrong, then was racist to my friend because they advertise to be buy 1 get 1 free for their pizzas but when she asked about this they said you have to pay more for 2, called her stupid and were racist. When we confronted them, they didn’t apologise or acknowledge what they did just shouted at us and told to leave. terrible way to treat people especially paying customers. Please don’t support these racist, horrible people. Many other better takeaways nearby.

The best masala fish and naan bread.

If someone fancies a very flat calzone THIS is the place. You'll be surprised that you just spent £20 and ate everything and still just at hungry! Magic Calzone guys! Although the owners are good but they must have got some magicians making food who can make many calzones and pizzas without consuming any ingredients, this must have taken a lot of effort and clearly a lot of witchcraft. Don't think I'm after tricks at the end of my long day at work and when I'm really hungry so guys if you expect to fill your stomach this is NOT the place.

Ordered buy one get one free pizza don’t receive the free pizza . Will not give me the free pizza when I went to see them. Do not order from here they are scam merchants

I usually order takeout using the app. For example, when leaving work. I arrive at the appointed time and pick up. I eat it at home and when I'm full, I leave it to reheat for later.

Utterly disgusting food I wouldn’t even feed to my dog! I threw the kebab on the bin and the greasy chicken ended up in the same place. Two out of four people were sick with food poisoning, probably due to hygiene or rotten food.

Ordered from here tonight, we were only given one pizza not two, it was also a deep pan when we ordered a thin crust. After phoning the restaurant I had to disconnect the call as I couldn't get a word in. The manager kept talking over me in gibberish. As a Manager myself in a Fast paced food establishment, I couldn't imagine acting that way when someone is trying to establish their missing items they paid for, this is NOT how you deal with your customers. You hear what they have to say without talking over them. Otherwise you come across as rude and unprofessional. As shown tonight by yourself. This was a fantastic restaurant. I heard it has gone down hill by other patrons but didn't realise by how much. A Real Shame!

Will never ever use this place again order was 2 hours late was stone cold when it arrived,so sent the food back to then wait extra half hour for them just to cancel my order.

Placed order at 7.15pm delivery was meant to be here between 7.55pm and 8.15pm turned up at 8.40pm food was cold Sent back with driver rang shop said they would redo and send back out in 30mins 40mins later no food rang up to be told they have cancelled order won't be using again waste of time

i live spicy bite i do but if the lady is working there dont get the wrap unless you enjoy re wrapping just get large cheesy chips

Saw the person who took my order picking his nose. Picked up raw meat with his bare hands afterwards and made my order without ever washing his hands. Gross.

To try to get this place closed down it should not be serving food

Worst worst worst.....if you order chicken specifically...they still serve something else...you can not be sure....they shamefully returned me my money back when I questioned them....be carefull...

Delicious food ,Excellent customer service,On the late saturday night when no other takeaway were open these guys were almost shut and they made me a fresh Naan bread and didnt even charge me.

Expensive, no flavour dry meats, only way to make meat taste good to add loads of sauce, BTW overcharged me by 3 quid, 8.45 on just eat charged me 11.45, so will be comming by tomorrow to sort it out

Didn't receive order. When initially called said to wait a few minutes then when called again 20 minutes later denied receiving the order. Rude, no apology, then subsequently wouldn't answer phone.

Takeaway pizzeria fined following string of hygiene offences A TAKEAWAY pizzeria in Leamington has been prosecuted for a string of hygiene offences. Ishtiaq Ahmed, operator of Spicy Bites Pizzeria in Clemens Street, pleaded guilty to 21 hygiene offences discovered during visits by Warwick District Council food safety officers on three occasions last year. The court heard Mr Ahmed had failed to keep the premises clean, in good order and proofed against the entry of rodents. Food equipment was also found to be dirty and no sanitiser was available. Food handlers were also not maintaining satisfactory personal hygiene standards, and no soap or hygienic means of drying hands were available at wash basins. Magistrates told Mr Ahmed public health had been put at risk, and despite advice from the council it had taken him long time to take remedial action. Mr Ahmed was fined a total of £666 for the offences and ordered to pay full costs of £3,104, together with a victim surcharge of £66.

The service was fine but the pizza’s aren’t freshly made, they use frozen bases, which they heat up and add toppings, resulting in a disappointingly dry and hard pizza base.

Just recieved my Pizza Meal Deal 3. 2 pizzas, 2 pieces of chicken, garlic cheesy bread and a bottle of Coke. The Coke was the only thing edible!! The pizzas are dry and tasteless, the chicken is old, probably been sat there for hours if not days, the cheesy garlic bread had NO garlic on it. Rang them to complain, they refuse to believe anything was wrong with it!! Paid £25 for a heap of rubbish. BEWARE ordering from here

Lots of food, great price but quality is iffy

Once upon a time this place was the happy ending I looked forward to after every night out, now i cross the road when I walk by. Their first mistake was trying to overcharge me by £5 assuming that I was too drunk to realise. However, their fatal error, the final straw and the knife in my back was their attempt to give me an old pizza left on the side which was not the one i ordered. When i pointed out that the pizza was not my pepperoni one, and actually a vegetable one, they tried to convince me otherwise. Luckily I know my mushrooms from my pepperoni. This is the moment i vowed never to return. To make matters worse I woke up in the morning to realise they had neglected to give me my can of drink.
