Sandwiches tasted okay, however the location was dirty midday. Staff kept shouting at each other, with exception of the person who was serving me, who I had to ask 3-4 times to speak up, because I could not hear due to the noise in the background. Overall not a good experience.

We had placed an order for a specific time to pick up. We were then called up and told that they had closed to till and would not be able to process our order and for us to go on the Subway app to get a refund (as the order had been processed on the app). At this point we were parked nearby the store. We asked how to get to refund and the staff member said they did not know, but we would need to get a refund and then the call was ended. We then decided we would go to another branch to try our luck. When I got to the other branch, I receive a missed call from this branch asking if we had got our refund, and we hadn’t as we were trying to work this out. They said that they could in fact process the order. At this point I was frustrated and had asked why this option was not offered to us before, and the staff member did not have much to say to this. We decided to go back and get the food as we had paid. The staff member was not apologetic at all for sending us round in circles. We had placed the order 1.5 hours before closing time, but they had closed the till at 4pm but were due to close at 5pm according to google. (We wouldn’t have placed an order so close to closing time if we knew) When I went to collect the food they did not have some items we wanted. Instead of them offering alternatives I was asking them? I don’t think I’d go back here, yes the food was warm and mostly what we wanted, but we were massively let down by the customer service.

Sent me the wrong bread, wrongs crisps, didn't even do the most basic thing and cut the sandwich in half. Phoned up and can't understand a word the person on the phone is saying. Absolutely horrendous. Definitely won't be ordering from this place again. Rather pay the extra and get it from somewhere else. No wonder it was the cheapest one. They eventually phoned me back and said they tried to contact me about an issue with the order, but couldn't even though they literally phoned me up to tell me that.

Staff were friendly and service was pretty quick. The food is nice though the portion sizes (fillings) are small. Didn't feel particularly clean though rated high on food hygiene standards. Quite small store, limited space if you are eating in the tables and chairs are close together. Also there is a very large step with no ramp which can make it difficult for some people to enter/exit.

Don't eat here if you're a veggie. The staff don't care about separating meat products from veggies. They also think it's an insult if you request that your order isn't warmed up in the same oven as someone else's order.

Awful, we had ordered three sandwiches (two meatball marinaras and a ham and cheese) however only one meatball and ham and cheese arrived. I then called them and I was greeted by an extremely rude woman who couldn't understand what I was saying, I got no refund however she did eventually offer to send us another one. Half an hour later we hadn't heard anything so I decided to call them again, to which the woman told me it would only be 10 minutes. Another 30 minutes go by and I receive a phone call from the driver who had no idea where he is or where he's going. In the end I never received my order or received a refund, not happy.

These guys do not care about sandwiches. Unfortunately it's really conveniently located so I end up getting dragged in fairly often. If you like herbs definitely get the italian herbs and cheese bread, last time I had it from this place it was all herbs no cheese. It was so bad I didn't go back for two weeks. Now I avoid that bread, which was my favourite from previous subway branches. Today I got a sub and asked for lettuce, tomatoes, gherkins and olives. I got a sprinkling of lettuce, two sad slices of tomato, three miserable slices of gherkin and five disparate olive bits. It seemed ridiculous to try and ask for more of everything, I was genuinely taken aback by the stinginess of it. I asked for more gherkins.

Always rude and unfriendly staff. Don’t listen or understand order properly. I ordered foot long chicken tikka (1 half with just black olives and other half with cheese and salad). According to the staff, I wasn’t allowed to do so as I was asking for more and paying less when I asked how does that work because I was only asking for just olives on one half which means they were giving me less and I was paying the full price. One of the staff member kept saying its more work for them and will not understand. During all this another staff member had 2 foot long breads cut in half and chicken tikka on both with all salad for no reason. The manager/supervisor was standing and listening but didn’t intervene. I was so furstrated that I ended up leaving the place. As I was walking out of the door he decided to step in but it was too late by then. I will never go back there ever again. They all need customer service training if not it won’t surprise me if the shop is closed very soon.

Slow service, and often appear distracted. However, upon last visit, this had seemed to improve. Appears to be improving as a store. Food is good and the staff are getting friendlier and more efficient. *** Since revisited- English from the staff is poor. Almost always try to put my sub in the oven even after saying I don't want it toasted. Still appear distracted. Having said that, the staff appear friendly.

My friend and I were appalled at what we had to do to enjoy a meal here! First of all, when we approached the doorway expecting a nice cheap but tasty meal, we noticed a large step into the shop. It wouldn’t have been a problem if both I and my friends weren’t wheelchair users, but we are, and I use a powered chair which weighs close to 60KG alone, plus my own weight made it well over 100KG. So there was no chance of trying to mount the step without risking serious injury. My friend requested for a member of staff to come out, as we assumed they would have a ramp. Ten minutes of sitting in the pouring rain and blocking the pavement, there was still nobody there. Eventually kind members of the public offered to carry us inside, which my friend reluctantly accepted as time was pressing on and we had places to go. As wheelchair users, we are used to asking for help, but to actually have to be physically carried into the restaurant just so we could eat was both mortifying and dangerous. We later discovered there was no ramp, which is discrimination and completely unacceptable. When we finally got into the restaurant, the counter was far to high to be able to see anything, we had to ask the server several times to repeat what was on offer and get a member of public to pour our drinks and pay for us. Not only that, but we also were completely dependant on members of public to arrange our seating so we had a table and to get back out again. These poor people who had paid their hard earned money to eat in peace were forced to help out because no staff were willing to help. All of the above things should have been done by a staff member in accordance to the equality act 2010. We left completely humiliated and I’m sure the people who carried us in had sore backs!!! I will never return. Downright dangerous and embarrassing for everyone involved.

Needs to be upgraded. Not up to standard subway. I first wondered if it was the real subway I use to know. No proper seating arrangement. Chairs are torn, very old. Eating area not well tidied. Food everywhere on the floor, table not clean. Staff stingy with the ingredients like the food is free. Attendant was new doesn't understand all the packages they have got. Till machine not working. Reciept not available. I have never been to a fast food outlet like this in the UK. It's a no.

Horrible place for work. It doesn't matter if you work 20 minutes or an hour, after store closing time... it's all charity work! The greedy owner said it's store rules ever since he opened up the store. He told everyone "training provided" but it's all charity work as well (16-20 hours). To save money he told me to use out-of-date and some expired ingredients.

Only one person serving on the 1st day of the holidays, awful management by the owner. I waited 20mins in the queue only to find out it would be another 15mins before the marinara sauce was ready. Badly organised for the poor girl on her own, she didn't stand a chance. Several people left the queue (including myself) without purchasing anything.

Took my girlfriend here for an anniversary meal as she loves sushi. Unfortunately we had to leave early because of the lack of attentive customer service. Considering half of your menu is Order from a server and not from the belt, I think coming around once in an hour to ask about drinks and hot food is completely unacceptable. Considering the only time I managed to order hot food was when I went up to a server and asked if I could order. Also one of the servers ordered our food wrong and one member of staff spent their whole time on a laptop as we had waited to be seated for 5 minutes before she realised we were even there. There was only four tables taken so I think that three staff is plenty to ensure your customers have a good experience. I will not be returning again and this was some of the poorest customer service I’ve had for a long time, when we raised the issue we got a unenthusiastic apology that was clearly meant to just brush over the situation. Pathetic service for over priced food, I expect much better at these prices.

On Saturday night I had my 60th birthday party at Lil Greens, I hired the Mezzanine for the evening. I was very impressed, from initial booking to the party night the service was great. Staff on the night were brilliant and did the very best to accommodate my guests. Special shout out to Saif and Joe on the bar upstairs, and to Katie for making booking process easy. We all had a fab night.....thanks to all at Lil Greens.
