10 of us went there, completely empty so we had low expectations but the workers were so nice and the food portions were huge! Great food, big smiles and great way to end a day!

Ordered a takeaway and what a disappointment that was! Food was old and stale and had been reheated/refried. If this is your standard of care from your kitchen, then you’re in for a bleak road ahead.

This place is great for takeaway or delivery. The food is good and has a variety of Chinese options. The restaurant could improve the atmosphere.

An amazing find along the high street in Warwick. Food hot scrumptious and plentiful. But most importantly very courteous staff. I will be back!

Went for birthday treat and was absolutely gorgeous. Food was fresh and hit, plus plenty to go around. Staff very friendly certainly worth the visit

Always good food here, eat-all-you-can option is splendid, giving an opportunity to try anything. Friendly polite staff. Street parking not always easy but has a large paid car park at rear of the restaurant.

It was ok service very slow it was only 7 pm we had all you can eat buffet £22 pp first choice was ok the dry ribs were so small cut up bits of bones about inch long 2 Nd course duck and pancakes the duck pieces were tiny like been grated with a herb greater the mains came up one at a time with about 10 minutes in-between each one so first ones were cold time we waited for them all time we finished it was 2 hours due to slow service lady was nice and girl on till was nice

Excellent place for great food.

Food nice - reduced portions in the buffet eat as much as you like dishes. Staff not very friendly - later on in evening you felt that you were intruding as staff had all sat down to eat - it wasnt very late !!!

Visited tonight and the service/food was on point as always. Our little boy wasn’t very well (nothing to do with the food as wasn’t eating) and the staff were so attentive to make sure he was ok. They even made an exception to let us take our left overs home so we could get him to bed! Love this place!

Came in for the buffet. Food and service was great. The only downside for us was the lack of baby changing facilities. But I would recommend to anyone who is after some good food for a reasonable price.

All you can eat!! Starters, then duck as a second course, and mains after. They bring it to your table. Really nice and polite servers. Lovely food, I would have been happy with just the starters!

As a party of five we all found the food to be hot,tasty and fresh. Service was okay and having read some of the more negative reviews I suspect that our experience was so good because we visited fairly early and it wasn't that busy. Its an all you can eat but not a free for all buffet so you still have to order what you want.

We ate here for a birthday meal and we had the all you can eat buffet. It was absolutely delicious. You request the food you'd like from the menu (which has a lot of options!!) then you get served it fresh and can share them with everyone else on the table. Every dish we had was tasty and I definitely recommend this restaurant if you're looking for good Chinese food! :)

An early supper on a cold November night, having picked a restaurant serving Chinese food from Google as we were staying locally to visit family the following day. Amazing meal. We chooser the 'All you cna eat option' which was 21.99 for a Friday evening and it is 'All you can eat'. Order as you go. We recommend, Butterfly prawns, satay chicken, for appetisers, and Tibetan beef, Cantonese Pork and Chicken noodles. The house read which was a pilotage for a 250 ml glass at 6.95 was amazing value. A delicious meal, served by lovely people with eat dish being hot, fresh and a delight to eat. Thank you.

Consistently good food, and delivery has always been ahead of expected time from friendly delivery driver. Not even joking, from receiving the email of confirmation to the food getting to my door, it took 13 minutes for my food to arrive. Keep up the good work!

Well this was the worst experience I have had at this restaurant and have been here a few times before with no problems but this time the starter that we had was off sent it back to the kitchen and replaced it with something else which was also off again complained by this time they said everything had been sorted and should be ok but didn’t take the chance and left.

Ordered 2 separate dishes, one we didn't recognise as being anything like the one we had ordered. Both were very bland and virtually tasteless. The sauces were watery with no flavour. You could tell it was cheap chicken and low quality ingredients. Very disappointed as ate in the restaurant a long time ago and it was fine. Sorry to say that the best part of the takeaway were the prawn crackers.

We went there for an evening meal. The food was amazing and the staff were all lovely. We had fun trying to use chopsticks and we were offered packaging for the food that we could not finish.

Usually collect myself but today paid £1.50 for delivery, was told half an hour wait, 55 minutes later, no food, phoned them to ask where it was, was told 5 minutes away, 20 minutes later still no food phoned again, food arrived , an hour and a half after ordering, sub standard and not very hot! Used to be a good chinese but gone down hill

Booked a table for 8 last night , recommended by family, can’t wait to go back, all the food was amazing , from the starters to the duck to the mains , very good staff , brilliant service , overall excellent experience

Recently, the food has gone downhill. Service is still ok. The beef dish i had the other evening was bordering on inedible. The beef was as tough as old boots.

Got the set meal for four people delivered. There was much more than we could eat, but it really didn’t taste nice at all and the texture, consistency and flavour was unpleasant so ended up throwing a lot of it away sadly. What a waste! Upset stomach afterwards too. It’s put me off Chinese food for good I’m afraid. Would not recommend.

Chopstick has always been one of my favourite Chinese restaurants but the quality of service & food has been VERY variable over recent years (hence now only 3-stars). Service can sometimes be poor ... making you feel rushed & your custom unappreciated. Food is also occasionally good & impressive, other times bland, poor, greasy... or even dried out! Your experience here is very much a lottery!... so don't bring anyone here to impress! Maybe this place just needs some staff replacements + a makeover?

Extremely disappointed. After seeing the 5/6 stars on just eat I thought I would try it. Never again. Watery bland and to be quite honest lacking quality all together. People rating this as good food obviously have no taste buds. If I had of been in the restaurant I wouldn't of eaten it and left.

Fabulous!!! First time back since February, and it was wonderful!! Oh I have missed good Chinese food and it didn't disappoint at all!! Great service, great food, great distancing . Just spent Valentines evening here, we had a beautiful evening, met some new friends and enjoyed the most wonderful food, grazing our way through the lovely menu. A relaxed, fun, fabulous evening. A winner!!! In addition, we've been back regularly now,and the staff make a lovely fuss of our granddaughter, and are very welcoming every visit. The food is consistently great!! Beers consistently chilled!! It always seems a celebration when we go to Chopsticks.

Think people should check the video in the Warwick community chat on fb before entering this place. Absolutely rank what they have been doing with the food.

We had the buffet which is a menu you can order off limited to one dish per person per round. That means four portions of each suggested dish with four dishes per round. Suggestion: get a single portion for the table to taste then order more if you like it. Waiters are friendly. Just point and order from the menu.

This was filmed by customer who was allowed to smoke out the back of the restaurant and looked through the open door. I will never eat here again. Revolting.

Very disappointed with the food quality. It was a watery mess with a few sloppy noodles added. No taste no seasoning and not even warm when it arrived. Would definitely not recommend ordering from here

Has deteriorated over time and got progressively worse! Elderly lady greeted us very pleasantly but then continued to pressure us every 2 minutes to order….considering we were the only people in the place she was very pushy, but also couldn’t wait to take our plates and bowls away after hovering and watching us constantly!! The other staff, a young male and female were very pleasant and a lot less intrusive!! Prawn crackers tasted very wierd…slightly vomit like, Portions are A LOT SMALLER, food gets cold really quickly as the plates are really cold to start with!! Have been coming here for years so we were very disappointed as this was the 3rd time we came back just in case there had been an ‘off night’. Won’t be returning which is a shame but plenty of other Chinese restaurants within a few miles which are lovely.

Absolutely awful...DO NOT.ORDER FROM THEM!! Items on the delivery missing and so rude on the phone when I phoned them to rectify the order waste of £38..spare ribs and chicken satay missing....over £10 worth of food missing!!..when I phoned the restaurant the lady on the phone asked me 'what she wanted me to do about it, they were very busy'!!! About an hour after we had eaten what we had received my partner vomited!! We had no alcohol so we can't blame it on that!!! Avoid this restaurant at all costs.....rip you off and make you ill!!!! 0 * given 🤢

Awful. Shocking experience. Food got delivered and the batter of the salt and pepper chicken was basically raw. We couldn’t eat any of our food. Definitely won’t be coming here again. When I asked for a refund they said they would bring it back round as they was too busy to bring me new food. I waited over an hour and half for them to constantly fob me off. I get they was busy but no excuse for awful food that we couldn’t eat.

We booked a table for 7 for a birthday celebration for Tuesday. We arrived to find the place closed. My wife said Tuesday 3 times other call. Absolutely disgusting and kept us out on a limb.

Atmosphere was good but you make that yourselves. We had a large party on a Saturday night for our Xmas work get togeather . Everything was very confusing with 2 different menus @ 2 different price points & staff didn't make things any easier . What I had, I enjoyed , but was simple special chowmein & a couple of beers . Others in the party ranged in their view from not so good to average , so general view we would not use again as a large party & perhaps this was the problem? I might try again as a takeaway on a week night when quieter

Awful experience, ate in, some of the food poorly cooked, most orders were wrong or delayed, last order did not turn up, took half an hour to get the bill, tried to speak to someone was ignored, service is shocking! Avoid at all costs much better places in the local area!

I really think JUST EAT are as much to blame but whenever we order online we have missing items..if we ring we never have missing items...yes you could say ring but if you dont want to give card details over the phone what do you do..as a side note i did not know water was thicker than chicken curry ..tonight really should be the last time we use them..over 15 years 3 times a month and often to the restaurant...we tried again 2 years later and that is nearly how long our order took to arrive OVER "HOURS. They should be ashamed

Chopsticks is the best cantonese, peking and szechuan restaurant I have ever eaten at. I love their all you can eat buffet style small plate set up when dining in. I always order takeaways from them as well, even with a single person small order they give prawn crackers, and if you have a larger order usually something like spring rolls or wings/ribs

Great food. Fried rice was terrific. Eight giant butterfly shrimps as an appetizer. Staff were very nice and the food came out amazingly fast and I'm not joking, it came out before I had a chance to even look at my phone. Big portions too. Highly recommend.

Not good. Sticky tables, sticky old carpet, terrible toilets. Lighting awful. Food was OK but expensive. Building needs updating.

Mixed feelings: just came here first time for us with the missus. Ordered chicken noodle soup and fish soup. The prices were very reasonable and the staff were very kind. But the soups lacked seasoning and I could smell stale unseasoned chicken from the bowl. Also the plates had thumbprints all over them but I don't want to sound like a "Karen" - maybe that's normal? I don't know. Anyway, we couldn't finish our food. Spring rolls were really nice though. They were boiling hot and drizzled in sesame oil which was a nice touch. Free prawn crackers was very thoughtful also. Maybe we were just unlucky and just picked the bad options on the menu. Who knows.

Well we have been yesterday night first time here with family and honestly I am so sick today,.food was different to other Chinese buffets.You get served big portions of starters but then you too full to eat main which wasn't the best .Staff apart from the middle ages lady which never smiled was ok .The place needs refurbishment and toilets are not the best.Foer the price we paid I would expect excellent food and service. Not worth the money. The best thing about this night out was being able to spend some quality time with my family. So apart from food brilliant night!

Excellent restaurant and food, we always go when we stay in the area as we used to live in The Midlands. Highly recommend you cannot fault the service or the food.

I was just... puzzled. They refused to give me my leftovers at the end of the meal. I didn't have a lot remaining but I didn't want to waste it. However the lady rudely refused with no explanation - as though I was a greedy child who'd tried to order too much. Also if you do happen to order too much, according to their menu they can charge you for leaving lots of leftovers. I just don't understand their incredibly anti-customer friendly policies. And honestly? The food was very average, nothing to brag about.

Have been coming here about once every other month for years up until Covid. Returned tonight to eat in and very disappointed. Seated very quickly and drinks order taken, brought to us by a very friendly gentleman. Within 2-3 minutes we were asked very curtly by a middle aged woman who didn't even say hello, if we were ready to order??!! Errr... not yet a few more minutes please....literally 3 minutes later, same again, couple more minutes please to look at the menu.....not the start we had hoped for.Starters arrived, lovely sharing platter, very tasty but TINY bowls of sauce, although we noted that portions were a lot smaller than before Covid?! Mains arrived, no longer the cute little bowls for us to use, just very cold plates....Crispy Chilli Beef had very little sauce, and we mean probably about 2 tablespoons, so most of it looked dry and unappetising and sad to say it was, it lacked flavour and substance and all you could taste was the tiny bit of sauce not beef.....sent back as was cold. Mushroom Noodles were....ok....again, cold plate so didn't stay warm for long. Sweet and Sour Chicken.... no pineapple anymore just lumps of green pepper, very little sauce and again... served on a cold plate.All courses a lot smaller than they used to be and price has also gone up for the buffet!Felt extremely rushed... we were seated, served, ate and gone within the hour.Miserable, curt woman didn't help as was unfriendly to the point of rude, didn't ask if food was ok, if we wanted more drinks.... if she can't be more welcoming, don't have someone like that working front of house.This used to be a regular for myself and my friend to meet up, it won't be anymore. Considering how many restaurants there are we won't be returning.....shame as it is local and used to be a lovely relaxed evening out for us to catch up.
