Lorna today worked her socks off The pub was so busy that staff were unable to come from behind the bar and as they were soooo short staffed lorna was called in and worked so hard to keep things tidy well done you and all the staff trying to cope with a hard situation. I think more staff are needed.

I consider it the best pub in town and is the only one I drink regularly.The staff are always present and I always take friends there.Excellent.

Food was great, bar service was absolutely shocking. Not enough people on duty serving, at one point the queue was 12 people deep one person serving..

The on shift manager a lady Sat 18th jan 1600 refused let me take the drinks I ordered online. There were at least 6 drinks waiting to be served so I thought I'd help out which I have in many wetherspoons. As I approached said my table is 108 and my drinks are carling and a coffee yet she replies a can't take them with such rudeness and attitude. I replied I habe giving my table number and my order which confirms on screen that's correct. And I also added that the drinks are here building up with no one serving them so actually I thought was helping out. But she clearly not in good mood and still refuse me take the drinks although me and girlfriend sitting right at bar so manager can clearly see I'm genuine. That's all I usually get in these circumstances from staff is thank you and we sorry for not seeing them sooner. Hopefully management can put some people skill in the next training day.

tricky menu, low quality food. nothing looka like on the menu

There's a good wide range of meals to choose from the menu. Some of the chairs could do with cleaning but it's a nice place never the less.

Better than your average 'spoons. Always a good crowd creating good environment. Food is slightly better than average & served promptly.

Went after Warwick races finished. Packed out with race goers and New Years Eve revellers, but Wetherspoons is what it is and the beer is cheap. No complaints at all.

It was New Year's Eve, so the pub was very busy. It was difficult to get a drink, and our food order was slow. However, this is understandable given how many people were there.

A nice pub in the heart of the town, nothing too fancy but great service and great prices

We were served reheated full breakfast this morning. I was embarrassed in front of my guest. Very disappointing.

My partner and visited on Christmas Day for a couple of hours. When we arrived the bar was extremely busy as to be expected. I would like to say a big well done to Karsun, Mia and Ella who were the only 3 staff on. They were tremendous, service was outstanding and they kept the tables clear. Thank you and well done!!!

On the first visit I ordered a ham and cheese panini and I flipped it over to find it was completely burnt underneath. (See first photo) Second visit I received a cheese and tomato panini and the tomatos were rock hard, brown and had stained the bread. I sent it back immediately but instead of making it all fresh they left the chips under the heat lamp- there was mayonnaise on my plate that was returned as a transparent blob due to the heat, so this was very unappetising. To make matters worse, one of the new paninis still had the brown marks in! They hadn’t even bothered to check. (See second photos) UPDATE: I was given a free meal due to my review. I ordered a cheese and ham panini and I had to send it back again due to it not even being heated. (See second to last photo) I emailed about this and was ignored. Visited again months later and again my panini wasn’t heated.

Exactly like a Wetherspoons. Apart from the female toilets, while obviously up the stairs, it was the least fancy Wetherspoons toilets that I've visited. At least it was clean. Staff really nice and helpful. Food was good. Defo go again

Normal Wetherspoons prices. Good selection of beer and lager. Food reasonable for price. Bar staff amenable. Toilets up very steep steps ,needs a complete overhaul! Service to bad to be true!

While visiting Warwick we wanted a quick bite to eat for lunch. This being a Wetherspoons fitted the bill, it is a fairly large venue. You find a table then order at the bar, we had 2 paninis & a bowl of chips to share. The food soon arrived & was hot & tasted good.

This is a bland we use frequently and in many different areas. We always find them of a general high standard and this one was certainly one of the better ones. Located very centrally on the main square in town it is a big place and has a nice atmosphere. The server could have smiled a bit more but she may have been having a bad day? As you'd expect, they have a great range of drinks are very reasonable prices and there's plenty of comfortable seating areas in the pub. Best idea would be to try and get a table near the window so you can take in the views of the town going about its business whilst enjoying a good value drink.

As a regular of this pub it was great to see some of the best staff working on the same shift, makes all the difference with the service. Gemma is a natural behind the bar and always has a smile for the customers. A welcome change from my last review.

I usually don't mind Wetherspoons pubs as the prices are cheap and it's an ok experience. This place was disgusting, tables were full of empty plates and glasses. Found a table and moved the dirty items onto another table full of dirty items. Went to sit down and noticed lots of tiny flies hovering by the table so moved and cleared another table which still had flies hovering. Tried ordering on the app but their WiFi signal was terrible (I could hear a few other people having the same problem) Took me at least 20 mins to order....drinks and food came quickly though. Got to say I felt really dirty after I'd been in here and I had no hand sanitizer and was not going to attempt to use the toilets considering how grubby the pub was. Couldn't wait to get out and buy some sanitizer. Wouldn't recommend, lots of other nice places to eat in the area.

We were served by the fantastic lorna this evening at Warwick, had drinks and dessert, lorna was super lovely and friendly and made us laugh lots! Great to have such good service and bargain prices

In an excellent position in Warwick with a good atmosphere and helpful friendly staff. Clean and tidy. We were only here for coffee but the meals being served to other customers looked good and plentiful. The usual Wetherspoons menu.

I am a regular at this pub and yet again a busy day due to good weather which is great to see. However yet again only 2 staff behind the bar and of which one is very poor!!! The cue was ridiculous, which made us go to a more professional Wetherspoon’s in Leamington spa. Very disappointing !!!

So far all I can say is ..... you can't go wrong in a Weatherspoons". Friendly service and great value for money food, this time Indian for me. and ham and eggs for her. Plus Warwick is a lovely little town with an amazing castle.

Have just had a visit to your establishment I was greeted by a lady called Lorna. See was extremely friendly and helpful telling us about the area when asked. She is very good ather job

Lorna served us and she couldn’t have been more helpful - our table was sticky so she happily cleaned it for us. She was pleasent and courteous even though she was very busy and had had a long shift. She is to be commended for her customer service. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced, the drinks were also in the affordable bracket but the quality was still superb. I would definately recommend this establishment!

35 minutes wait for a breakfast and people after me ordering being served The place is a joke Always waiting Staff are crap and arrogant

Wetherspoons don't pretend to be anything other than a budget pub that serves food. You get what you pay for, the difference at the Thomas Lloyd was the staff. Brilliant service on a busy bank holiday Monday with helpful staff who still managed a smile after what must have been am exhausting shift. A big thank you to Lorna who helped us out after a little confusion on a pudding, and she was in on her day off! If you're on a budget in Warwick, especially after visiting the castle, the Thomas Lloyd is a great shout.

As massive spoons fans, we have a long list of their pubs we have visited on our travels. I have to say Warwick is without a doubt the worst, the bar service is terrible, why are people queuing? A long que that went right to the entrance door, people waiting over 20 mins to be served. The ladies serving need to show some interest and interaction with the custom and the duty manager needs to grow some balls and get it sorted. Really terrible experience.

Lorna portrayed great customer service, helped when food was late! What a star deserves a reward for rescuing Wetherspoon reputation!

Slow service, not sure if they were short staffed but tables were full of empties for some time. Food, standard spoons fayre.

The staff didn't seem very friendly, especially the security guards, who were quite rude. We were outside for drinks, and they told us to go in as it was past 11, but they wouldn't give us time to even grab our drinks and go inside. They kept saying we had to go in, repeatedly. We wish we could disappear and reappear inside within seconds, Mr. Security.

Dirty disgusting, health hazzard, don’t go.. clearly poor management who don’t care.

The staff will do anything to avoid serving you in this place.

This place is a disgrace and it seems the staff don’t really care nor the management otherwise it wouldn’t look as bad as it does. Filthy tables that don’t get wiped, covered in dirty plates and glasses. The staff don’t even carry cleaning stuff with them, they have no intention of wiping tables. Clearly not their job? Tables covered in food, ketchup, dirty plates, glasses, menus so dirty the bacteria could almost talk to you they are so alive! You dare not even hold them without catching something. Witnessed most of the staff are sat in the corner all chatting to each other. Order from the app, don’t expect your drinks to arrive for 20 mins. As they are too busy chatting! Whilst the place is cheap that doesn’t give you the right to run a disgusting, filthy health hazzard. Do not go here unless you’re starving to death, or like eating off filthy tables. Avoid!

We often come here and popped in for breakfast whilst at the Warwick Classic car show. Good good as usual, but made extra special today by being served by Laura. Whilst not usually on the 'front of house' team, her personality and enthusiasm shone out. I just thought she deserved a special mention.

We are regulars, but on Friday 16th August, we had to leave early as it was so cold inside. Absolutely freezing. Moved 3 times to escape the Artic blast from the air conditioning. Eventually ended up near the open doors to the kitchen, just for some warmth. Even that did not beat the air conditioning and we had to leave, absolutely frozen. The doors were wide open, so the air conditioning was trying to cool the planet.

Me & a friend tried the Korean rice it was not up to standard. It was bland, too sweet & just not very palatable. There are no hints of Korean Chilli Powder which is important in bringing out the flavour. Best in England stick to English food. It was disappointing for 2 people we paid £10ish to share just for food exc drinks. For the flavour it was not up to standard. Very mediocre.

Spend an afternoon enjoying the day out.. was served by Lorna. She was very pleasant and stopped to ensure we had everything we needed. It was nice and refreshing to be asked and taken care of on a hot day. Credit to Lorna.

A really good experience. I had a jacket potato with cheese and grilled Mediterranean vegetables. Lots of vegetables and lovely taste. The waitress was very nice. The price was excellent.

Lorna did a great job today, she was constantly busy, she literally never stopped. Despite how busy it was she was also very cheerful and friendly, great staff member.

Went for food after a trip out- standard Wetherspoons fare but the friendliness of the staff and locals made it feel much more enjoyable. My son loved engaging with the locals especially. Recommend using the app due to sizeable queues.

Visited The Thomas Lloyd today which was very busy with the Market on and the Folk Festival. Service was good and quick considering. Also the piles of dirty plates and glasses were timely cleared, have to especially mention Lorna who was endlessly going to and fro with a smile on her face.

Lorna was so hardworking and friendly, a credit to you.

Breakfast was awful. Bacon & egg inedible, really should not have been plated. Service was good but the tables & chairs are scattered really random. Prices are good and the Guinness was decent.

£8.50 for a slop of pasta is a terrible meal. Pasta AlThrownOn Tuckery Cafe around the corner is so much more value for money but also better quality.

It’s really disappointing and doesn’t make sense at all that BRP was not recognised as a valid ID when I was asked for ID for the first time (today is the second time I came here, and last time I wasn’t asked for ID)

Food was absolutely awful, arrived literally a few minutes after ordering (drinks hadn't even arrived). I know its weatherspoons so you get what you pay for when it comes to food. The problem I had was this one 'waitress' who slammed the first plate of food down and then mine which almost ended on my lap. She giggled and then walked off, my partner asked where the sauces were,she glared at him and just walked off. It was an awful experience and on the way out the same 'waitress' walked right into us, no apology just a look of disgust. I knows it a cheap and cheerful place but at the end of the day we are customers and I feel we deserve a bit of respect from staff.

We came here after a morning at the Saturday market for a drink. We ended up having some food outside, table 235 and the service from Lorna was fantastic! She’s such a lovely, friendly and kind lady. She was always busy and handled it like a true pro! A real asset to the place.

Right in the middle of beautiful Warwick, a big, busy Wetherspoons . Clean and quant with everything you would expect. Sat outside next to the Saturday market and met a lovey member of staff called Lorna who made our experience here great. Thank you Lorna for your kindness.
