We always love the food at Bonoful. Our favourite curries in Edinburgh. It is classic with some great twists. For the time we lived in the area, we have felt so lucky to have this place nearby.

The food is generally very good here, I get takeaway from here most weeks.

Used to order here a lot, food was excellent and absolutely faultless. Then last few times it was nowhere near as good, final straw was one night I collected just before it closed midweek, it was the worst Indian food we have had. Unfortunately won’t be eating from here again but gave it 3 stars for how it used to be.

ALWAYS recommend Paradise Palms! the BEST LGBTQ+ space in Edi as it serves itself to be a fantastic social space (great cocktails, abundant events) and also a cosy eatery (delicious food as pictured - totally recommend the fried cauliflower! 🤤) A must for any Queer Folks looking for something to do in a quirky spot in Edi xxx

Después de 30 minutos nos preguntaron si estábamos listos para ordenar. Respondimos “Sí” - en este punto el miembro del personal se alejó, luego regresó 30 minutos después para tomar nuestro pedido. Después de 1 h 30 preguntamos si había alguna posibilidad de que llegara nuestra cena. Nos dijeron que estaba ocupado -y por la cantidad de pedidos telefónicos que parecen tener prioridad sobre sentarse- en los comensales puedo ver por qué. Después de 1 h 45 (y una discusión sobre simplemente salir y encontrar el chippy más cercano) nuestros entrantes llegaron a destajo. Estaban bien, aunque en el lado pequeño. Finalmente llegaron nuestros platos fuertes. Mi corona estaba bien, aunque el pan de ajo parecía haber evitado el ajo. No recomendaría - aparte de la comida, el mantel estaba sucio, no se proporcionaron platos laterales y parece que hay muy poco interés en cuidar de sentarse - en los clientes. La comida, cuando llegó después de posiblemente el más largo que he tenido que esperar en un restaurante, era mediocre.

Excellent Japanese food! We had the 8 course tasting menu. It offers a variety of choices which we took advantage of. The 8 courses for under 25 UK sterling pounds was a BARGAIN. It's just a 15 minute walk from Grassmarket Square. Great value. Great food. Great service.

Excellent service and amazing food. I have never had anything but excellent food from Abida. Due to unforeseen circumstances with the delivery driver my last delivery was late and I mentioned that in my order and was more than fairly compensated. Amazing customer service!

LOVE this place. Been coming here since first year and they've been my go-to any time I need a delicious and comforting meal. The price isn't as cheap as it used to be but worth it!! love customizing every meal to exactly what I like and love that they're so quick with it. Kept me going through so many late nights in the library
