Excellent food and service. We have been ordering takeaways and eating in here for years and never had a bad meal here. Would highly recommend.

⭐ 1 Star We’ve been loyal customers, ordering from here every week and dining in regularly, but after our most recent experience, we won’t be back. We placed our usual online order, but when it arrived, one of the curries was completely wrong—it was supposed to be slightly hot, but it was just the standard version. On top of that, despite ordering extra poppadoms, there was no red sauce included. When we called the restaurant to ask about it, we were told they don’t provide red sauce—despite the fact we’ve received it every other time we’ve ordered. When we mentioned this, they simply dismissed it. As for the incorrect curry, they didn’t seem to care at all. We asked to speak to the manager, only to be told he wouldn’t be in until the next day. When we followed up, his response was even worse—zero concern, no apology, and when we said we’d be reluctant to order again, his response was, “That’s fine, I’m not bothered.” Well, if they’re not bothered about losing a £70 order every week from six regular customers, we’ll take our business elsewhere. Shocking attitude and terrible customer service.

Very good service & nice food. Convenient place to stop off. There are free car parking spots in front of the restaurants for customers.

Food was ok - butter chicken a bit bland but rest of meal ok - EXCEPT they gave us all the wrong food ! Ordered keema naan and got plain ditto for cheese naan ! Customer service was awful

It was my first time ordering here I made an order for collection whicg was done less than half hour the food was a 10/10 iv lived close by for a few years but takeaways in this local area are not anything to rave about but i was super surprised and satisfied with my meal defo will be returning soon thank you very much.

Ordered a takeout absolutely delicious. Specially the lamb naga and mixed shashlick , so well done chef.

We were staying in the area and had booked to visit Cadburys world. We sat in for a meal. Staff were friendly, the food wasn’t the worst but the day after I woke up and had got food poisoning. The only thing I had was a meal from here. The day after I spent all my day in the toilet at Cadbury world. When I felt slightly better I had a long drive home. It had ruined our day and had to come home early. I was poorly for days after. Would definitely never visit again. I have since never eaten a curry from any other place than my hometown. The service was ok but can’t say the same about the food.

It's a lovely and welcoming place to eat and enjoy! Food delicious and well presented definitely go again and recommend to others aswell 👍

We had a civil wedding reception party for 50 guests. The venue went above and beyond to cater for us. The food was delicious and served with love and care. We had a vegetarian menu which was delicious. The set up and flower wall was great and we got lots of beautiful photos. I understand that there's new owners and must say we were very well looked after. I would recommend the venue for small parties. We loved the food so much that we got them to cater for 130 guests for a party at home a week later. They were very reasonable and even gave us the waiters to serve us at home. Brilliant food.

Usually go across the road to Al Frash, thought we would try Shababs for a change and website menu was better value. Food not great and and the website menu prices are out of date. Back across the road next time.
