Usually go across the road to Al Frash, thought we would try Shababs for a change and website menu was better value. Food not great and and the website menu prices are out of date. Back across the road next time.

Puedo recomendar el pollo tikka, pollo tandoori, kebabs shish y sus langostinos tandoori son maravillosos.El amable personal joven, d cor no es genial, así que no es una noche romántica pero limpia y acogedora con comida deliciosa. Poner en marcha la situación, de modo que esto mejore a tiempo.Mi amigo de comer carne de mi hijo ha tenido el cangrejo piri piri y los pimientos rellenos de los que ella hablaba maravillas. Me gusta mucho la comida y el servicio en el restaurante. sin licencia, pero puedes llevar tu propio. Joven propietario y el personal era amable y servicial. Me recuerda a las tradicionales casas balti y cómo solían ser antes de que llegaran muy pijo. Pasos de puerta lo hace muy difícil para los usuarios de silla de ruedas.

En Shabab han sido clientes habituales durante muchos años, pero nos ha decepcionado en lo mal el lugar tenía bajado, sin embargo, decidimos probar de nuevo en el recién rebautizado (nuevos dueños) 68 cocina y son tan contentos que hicimos. He estado dos veces y las comidas han sido increíbles. Para cualquiera desanime disminución de shabab inténtelo de nuevo espero que estarás muy contento.

Don't go to this resteraunt very dishonest, and don't deserve your custom. We went there last Saturday, no trouble, left a good tip, and also left mobile phone on table. Called the next day to be told phone had been found and put away safe. Went there next day to be told phone had gone missing but no attempt was being made to find what had happened to it . If you do go there watch your bags, staff are bunch of thieves.

Sorprendido y contrariado en el servicio que hemos recibido recientemente de este restaurante. Nos olvidamos de un teléfono móvil en el restaurante. Suficiente es culpa nuestra, pero después de hablar con el gerente de la noche anterior tuvimos suerte el teléfono había sido encontrado. Parece ser que uno de los camareros habían encontrado. Nos reunimos con el camarero al día siguiente sorprendentemente nos dijeron que habían ido perdiendo?! Mmmmm. Muy sospechoso y cuando nos cuestionamos donde el teléfono habían ido historias comenzó a cambiar. Ahora fllowing esto con la policía. No VAYAS A ESTE RESTAURANTE NO CONFÍA EN EL PERSONAL

I have ordered from here and eaten in several times but this was the worst food I have had. They blatantly ignored my request for no corriander and seemed to but in twice as much and the curry was absolutely swimming in oil but on the bright side I only got half a portion size so there wasn't too much to endure.

No he usado este sitio durante más de 17 años y pensé que le daría una turbina. Ojalá nunca bien. Desperdicio de dinero y por desgracia bin. Yo soy muy exigente. Recuerdos de cuando era propiedad de Harris hace años cuando el curry era increíble luego arruinada, con el que llegó al curry muy pobre. ¿Cómo puede la gente decir el curry son increíbles obviamente no han experimentado el curry años anteriormente, cuando Harris dirigía Shapla Rani y ut, cardamomo ahora buena calidad! We love the Shabab and have been eating in the restaurant for many years, we were really looking forward to having a take away from there. The food was tasty but unfortunately for us it was cold when we got it, we were really disappointed but once it was heated up it tasted good.

Found a long blonde hair inside my food , phoned company back for a refund to be told no by the manager and it was not his problem . After an argument he Said he would be there in 15 mins and never cMe. So the following day i took the food back to the takeaway and got a refund on the terms i never left a bad review . STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL NASTY TAKE AWAY

Poor quality of meat - Lamb seemed uncooked. The tandoori chicken was very dry and unappetising.

The overall experience wasn't so bad but the Korma was flavourless and the chicken tasted quite old, which is a real shame as the actual service wasn't bad at all! Apologies for the negative review as I don't like leaving them but I had to be honest!

Hardly any lamb meat in the Madras, also the madras wasn't hot & spicy. Samosa's were bland, no flavour or spice. Tandoori mixed grill just had mostly cheap chicken & bland. Naan bread was ok. Basically all food was bland/no flavour, i won't order from here again. The whole point in ordering a Indian food is for the different flavours/spicy/hot etc, etc. Poor Indian restaurant...

Fuimos allí en mis hijas adolescentes recomendación come regularmente con amigos aquí. Teníamos dos platos principales , pilau arroz para compartir, naan para compartir, un par de popadoms y dos refrescos ya que no tienen un alcohol licencia (que no nos habíamos dado cuenta). La comida llegó a 18,25 libras en total. La comida era buenas raciones más pequeñas de lo que esperábamos pero esto se reflejaba en el precio y si regresara, me gustaría pedir dos porciones de arroz como nuevo inferior a la habitual. La comida era deliciosa pero podría haber sido más picantes para mi gusto, el servicio era bueno y el tiempo de espera bien. Las sillas podría reemplazar la correa en los asientos parece haber dado en el restaurante le vendría bien una reforma general de llevar un poco. En general es una visita agradable pero más adecuado para la gente más joven bolsillo con amigos.

the curries we have had from your restaurant in the past have been excellent, but todays was stone cold and we waited ages I appreciate Saturday nights are busy but I expect to be able to eat my food.

We have been here on several occasions,for me its the chicken korma creamy and coconut fantastic the best I've ever had, started with pakora the batter very tasty,finished with banana fritters.The staff are always friendly and helpful and there not many places you can get a first class meal for such a good price.

Food wasn't good for me. If you're after proper curry then this is not the place, however the chicken tikka starter was the only nice thing. For a whole tray of my rogan josh 4 small pieces of meat, big chunks of tomatoes and no taste to it at all. Chicken biryani didn't have even one piece of chicken. Naan was nice. Sadly disappointed.

The four of us went last Friday. Although there is little wrong with the Shabab, perhaps a "good" would be a fairer rating even though there wasn't really anything to complain about on the night.The service was good and we particularly liked our waiter who was eager to please. I would have been happier but my dish although a "special" was not quite as rich and tasty as I would have liked and the chicken was shredded however this will hopefully be put right when I choose a different dish next time. No complaints with our starters though and the wife and daughters enjoyed their meals. We also liked their personalised plates with "Established 1982" printed on them, few places have been around this long so they must be pleasing most of the people most of the time.The room was also fraction cool on our night and the "contempory" decor doesn't help.

Unfortunately, menu seemed appealing but food was generic Indian fare. Uncooked onions in sauce and another was overly sweet. Delivery time was 1hr 15 min. Quite expensive and portion size average.

The delivery man was polite. However the biryani was very bland and flavourless. The tikka masala was very sweet and not very tasty. The garlic naan was fantastic and the coca cola of the same quality. Would not order here again.

Ironically my first experience with these guys wasnt the best but after giving it another try ive realised its most likely one of the best balti houses ive been in on Hagley road. Amusing and extra friendly staff that take care of any problems, serving very uniquely styled dishes. Great stuff from these guys, will be a regular for me now!

Was not impressed with the meal actually felt ill the next day after eating it. Delivery man was terrible couldn't find my flat and we actually had to work to him because he was down the road. Food was therefore cold when received. Never again

very poor, 5 pieces of chicken for the entire curry, a simple instruction of no onions was missed resulting in a meal that wasnt enjoyed at all, stating the rice is pre prepared and not cooked on site. curry was watery. much better curry houses than this avoid.

Realmente nunca nos hemos ido a un restaurante indio optamos por China siempre, gran error, maravillosa comida, personal y, por el precio que no puedes tener una comida de cinco platos para que cualquier otro sitio. El Korma 7.50 de pollo altamente si fabuloso restaurante siempre que Éste su Camino es IMPRESCINDIBLE.no puede ser criticada.

Shabab ha tenido una oferta que consta de 5 platos por 7,95 de domingo a jueves. He estado una lleno de mano de veces con la familia y amigos y pasamos una agradable cena. El único problema era dos veces nos fuimos temprano y no había calefacción, lo puso en una vez llegamos, pero tomó un poco de tiempo antes de que era cálida. Excelente servicio.

Spotted this restaurant whilst driving through Birmingham from Scotland to Wales. Was a wonderful meal for such a cheap price, one of the nicest curries I've had in a long time. Had a lovely waiter too recommended the meal. Would definitely come back again if I lived nearer

My partner found a hair in her food at which point we both stopped eating and waited 15 minutes for the owner to come out of the kitchen at which point he said it was one of our own and to top it off also said that because she had eaten half she should pay for it despicable there is no ambience in the place eho would have a field day do you're selves a favour shapla rani over the road is by far the best around
