Had a delivery and was really disappointed, all dishes were bland, the keema peas, taste like mince & peas without any added spices/flavour. The mild korma was more hot than the medium dishes. Spent £55 and had to order something else :(

Not great at all! Noodles were tasteless and literally 1 carrot was in my box and classes as veg. It was the first time visiting here so I had high hopes given some of the reviews and insta feed. Will not be visiting again.

Great flavors and value for money. Whilst the ambiance was a little lacking the food was very tasty. Great if you're a foodie, you won't be disappointed.

In terms of Indo-Chinese, there is nothing to touch this place. The food is packed with flavour and cooked with great skill and expertise. If you’ve never eaten this cuisine, you can’t go wrong trying the Chicken Manchurian or Hakka Chilli Chicken. A real treat for the taste buds!

I ordered delivery through just eat. Saw their pamphlet on my door step and was craving some flavorful soup as I wasn’t feeling well. The ordered arrived in 15mins, which was surprising as on the website it was showing one hour. We were happy but when we opened the food except the crackers nothings tasted good. We ordered two Tom yum soup as it’s our go to from any Thai place. But trust me this is the worse I have ever had. No lemon grass, no galangal and no kaffir…. are you serious??? How is it even a Tom yam soup then. It was just flavored water with few mushrooms, prawns and cherry tomato. I was so disappointed we paid 14 pounds for that :/ we also ordered Pad Pring so we thought let’s try that, might be better but again disappointed 😔 the Pad pring had three chillies on the menu shown for the spicy level but this wasn’t even close to spicy nor there was salt, it was just bland. Paid nearly 30GBP for this food. Biggest regret ever. Please don’t write “taste of Thailand” on the menu when it’s not even close to it.

This restaurant in Egham used to be quite good although the service could be patchy. However, it has been closed for several years. Please remove entry

No exaggeration, this is the worst customer service I have received anywhere. They make a mistake with the order and then are rude when you pull them up on it. Avoid 100%. Much better desert places around.

If you like the old style pub with lots of friendly faces then this is the place. Great dart boards and a nice smoking area... landlord and landlady are very helpfull for surrounding areas .... great place for a cheeky pint before going out for the night.

I’ve eaten a lot of curries in my life, but nothing has ever made me question my very will to live like that soggy excuse for a “balti” you’re peddling. Frankly, it’s an insult to both potatoes and lamb—two ingredients that, separately, can actually be quite delicious, but together in your swill they create an abomination so revolting it should be locked away in a culinary dungeon forever. Let me paint you a picture: you dig through that sorry excuse for a sauce, fishing for one measly chunk of lamb—which, by the way, tastes like it was boiled, forgotten, and then fished out three days later—only to find your hopeful prize replaced by a lifeless hunk of potato. A potato! In a balti! “Cost-saving measure,” you say? No, you sadists—you’re robbing me of the one thing I paid for, and my dignity along with it. Every mouthful is a gritty reminder that you value your profit margins more than basic human decency. The potatoes are undercooked, gummy, and flavorless, as if they, too, are crying out, “Please don’t make me endure this tragedy.” Meanwhile, the lamb is so scantily portioned it might as well be a rumor, a culinary myth whispered about in hushed, disappointed tones. Your “balti” isn’t just bad—it’s a personal betrayal. It’s like someone took my favourite childhood memory of a warm, spice-laden curry and stomped on it with filthy boots. Eating this dish feels like chewing on a wet sponge dipped in dishwater. I’ve spat out cleaner things in public restrooms. Do yourself a favour: if you ever consider ordering from this depot of deceit, remember that the only thing they spare you is the honest joy of a proper meal. You’re better off microwaving some raw potatoes, tossing in a freezer-burned lamb chop, and calling it “budget gourmet”—you’d achieve the exact same result, but at least you’d be honest about your laziness. In short: this “balti” is a disgraceful mockery of everything good and holy about curry. It’s a soulless, gut-wrenching atrocity that I hope joins the ranks of culinary horrors like shoe leather stew and cardboard casserole. May it disappear from menus everywhere—and quickly.

Kimchi, steamed fish, aubergine pot, stir fry cabbage, kimchi pancake, soy bean paste tofu stew Absolutely fantastic! No frills, great food. Best kimchi I’ve ever had. Silky steamed fish. Kimchi pancake was a crowd favourite. Cabbage was surprisingly flavourful. Aubergine was authentically (weirdly similar to) Chinese Tofu stew was lacking, the tofu was not soft (per previous experience) but the broth was warm and comforting Had quite a few Chinese dishes on the menu My friend devoured his bbq pork
