The best restaurants serving Asian food in South East

I just placed an order and paid online. Called to chase after 1h30 and found an automated message saying they are closed for 3 weeks. Don't take payment if you are not open

Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time as the service was not great. We’ve just tried them again and after 1.5hrs of excuses we went and collected our cold curry. The guy on the phones cannot understand English very well and that causes a whole host of issues in itself. If the food was higher standard I’d be a bit nicer but it’s really underwhelming too. Hate to be “that guy” but please avoid this place

First time I've eaten from Chow, the staff were friendly and explained the meal choices. I had the katsu chicken with noodles, really enjoyed it and will stop there again when I'm next in the area.

OK Food, terrible service. Ordered a 6pm collection at 5.20pm, arrived 5.55pm to collect, the food was not ready until 6.25. Staff member was rude and unhelpful when asking about this and offered no apology or compensation.

I like the presentation of their service and the quality of service

Have used this takeaway for 15 years the above title is my favourite and have never found a comparable dish at any other Indian. Ali (the boss) is a top guy. As the reviews say the food is great but will take an hour to get to you. Just assume it’ll be an hour and half and order early it’s worth the wait.

Situated within Sofitel at Gatwick Airport open to residents and non residents. Superb Pan-Asian food in a delightful restaurant. The food is delicious but even with a reservation you have to queue for your table along with those without a reservation. Once seated, drinks order was taken quickly, food order less so. Without doubt the food is worthy of a 5/5 rating but the service let it down. Once we had ordered and the food arrived, we felt very hurried to finish and leave. For that reason I have rated this place 4/5.

Very poor dishes. The sauces in all the food we purchased were watered down, beyond belief. The only positive, was the young person serving being really polite and helpful. I would never go back there👎

Very average food. Pad Thai tastes nothing like it should have.

Taken 2 hours to get our full order, missed part of order, called and was told 20 mins but took 45 mins, called again was told “ we are really busy “( not my problem, it’s their mistake), for the driver to turn up and pretty much throw my 2 chow mains at me.

Between two topics I received a total of four small pieces of (dry and overcooked) chicken. Rice was mushy. Everything was on dire need of salt. Not nearly enough topping for the amount of rice they give. Have been to other Chows and it was much better.

Workers were very friendly and helpful

Order took 3 hours to arrive! Waste of money, will never use again. Shameful.
