The best restaurants serving Asian food in North West

I ordered my food shy of 3 hours ago food was meant to arrive at 21:06 and it is currently 22:29 no food in sight. When I try ringing the food shop it’s saying call failed and ringing out no one is picking us the phone, they shut in 30 mins not happy at all. Usually I am happy with this place however today I’m not happy at all

Ordered... didn't arrive no calls being answered ruined a birthday evening in.

I picked up a kebab for me and my Dad to share, and usually I can't fault the place. However unfortunately on this occasion it was so disappointing, you usually get so much for food and value for money. I was sadly disappointed this time it lacked the lovely generous amount of meat you normally get, and the meat didn't have that lovely flavour it always has it lacked the nice crunch of the salad but that sadly was also lacking. We aren't one for complaining as iys close to where we live but unfortunately it fell below its usual amazing standards.

Service was appalling. Table booked for 18:30. Drinks delivered at 19:10. No food delivered to table by 19:45. When waiter queried at 19:30, he continued to walk away while I was still talking. We ended up paying for the drinks and leaving.

Food is excellent, just could use some better service

5 star reviews always for the British Raj, our go to Indian takeaway, we've tried others, however always have a preference for the British Raj, due to the constant quality, taste and no worries about what we find when we get home! South Indian Garlic chicken is one of our favourites & a regular appearance in our bag when we order!

Very reasonably priced and lovely sized portions. Been going here for some time now and always a fantastic quality and very filling. We usually go for a kimbap and tuna bimbap. Staff are lovely and service is very fast.

Food and service is always good

I ordered the beef noodles for takeaway, with baby corn. This was a few years ago and I remember the portion sizes being quite small for the price. Despite that, the noodles were really good. Not overcooked and soft, with the right amount of chewiness. They did unfortunately skimp out on the meat, which is something that happens regularly.

We had Chicken Karahi and Daal, and both dishes were full of flavor. The Chicken Karahi had a rich spicy gravy with tender pieces of chicken, perfect with naan. The Channa was well-cooked with a balanced mix of spices that gave it a nice homestyle taste. Definitely recommend if you’re craving authentic desi food! If you’re in the mood for classic desi dishes, i highly recommend trying their Chicken Karahi and Channa. Flavorful, satisfying and worth it!!!

Curries were bitter and tasted the same apart from one which although creamy was still bitter. When asked to take the food home they made us pack it ourselves at the table in a crowded restaurant that was humiliating, especially for the price. Not worth it in my opinion and won't return, disappointed and feel overcharged, let alone the small portions.

We were a large party of 18 adults and they fitted us in at short notice. We put our orders in, in advance and this facilitated good service on their part. When you visit with a large group your expectations are different, and we were well looked after and the food was good given our numbers.

My buddy stopped here to eat a snack and use the bathroom after a Burnley match. He was so thankful.

Excellent as always

Spent 30 pounds of food from here!! I've not got all night to type on herexgo through my experience but one thing I will draw on is the chicken madras!! Absolutely awful, chicken tasted cheap, the madras sauce was like water!! Very disappointed
