I went with my wife for dinner today, we ordered lamb and chicken kebab, and lamb biryani. The kebab (both) were old and tough, the Bryan meat was no better. the man serving us spoke no English, Arabic or Urdu, It took me 10 mins to explain to him that I wanted seven up but not from cold, after 10 mins he brought me a coke. It was a waste of money and time.

I ordered from this restaurant it never arrived. Even when it was shut they still sent messages on Deliveroo saying it was on its way until they cancelled at 5 am

Foods not changed in years,the kebabs and chicken tikka are the only food that we like, service is OK but the takeaway itself can do with a spruce up and modernising to meet the standards of others on the curry mile.

The palak ghost was really tasty and the customer service was on point. They were really accommodating of my needs and taste. I would definitely recommend anyone to give saajan a try ✌️

Just paid them a visit yesterday and oh my god it was good, not been in while as the last time I went wasn't great, hope they keep up with the consistency of the food, Great place to eat, never has any issues, been coming to this place for over 15 years now, can be hit and miss for curry's but normally a hit, I'd defo keep coming back

Went to Shajaan as it was 1 of the only few places open but did not regret it. The food was amazing, freshly made very tasteful, staff were also friendly and helpful, also they had a fan on so that was a nice touch in the summer heat. Overall I would recommend for a quick munch, recommend food is lamb karahi, chana daal with paratha or chapati. I forgot to mention the price was decent, spent less than 40 quid for a fat scran.

This is my favourite place to go after work and i finish at 3am... try the meat rice, potato bread or the coconut bread desert all amazing, if you like also spicy food they can make it more hot. The owner is the most adorable human being. Thanks for having us again... coming back soon xxx

The experience of my life. Would suggest everyone have this on their bucket list, something you can't miss out on!! The veggie burger was tantalising, and I was served by a very polite gentleman by the name of Zaman.

Worst food ever! Seekh kebabs were tasteless looked like museum preserved meats. Looks like they’ve changed hands once again. Compared to couple decades back it’s gone far too downhill.

I have been going to Saajan since 1997 and the food is always great and so too is the service. Their shami kebab and aloo tikka are really well made and spiced perfectly. Their curries are the same, really well made and spiced just right. I would recommend having one of their curries with an aloo paratha. Their paratha are buttery, thin and really tasty. It never disappoints.

The is a killer, docile, and filthy food outlet. We were observing Ramadan and due to the closure (Mazaa) and sell out (Levenshulme Bakery) of two prior food outlets we ended up at Saajan. We ordered Chicken Tikka, Seekh Kebab in naan and a Donnor Kebab in naan. The Donnor Kebab had more naan than Donnor and salad. The workers were slow in serving, the guy didn't bother having any gloves, or hats on. Neither did they clean their hands while handling our order. The next day, I kept my fast at sunrise. Had cramps all day, on the evening I had a bout of gastric issues, which caused me to pass out and an Ambulance was called. It was severe food poisoning. STAY AWAY their food hygiene is just as bad. .I should have known better, never again!!!!

Located at the curry mile, its one of the best and an affordable option! Recommendedfor students as well because taste is amazing and it is definitely value for money. They have many options of starters, curries, sides, rice and naans. Open till 5am so is very convenient if you wanna have something late at night.

I’ve been to quite a few of the Indian restaurants in the Curry Mile Manchester and this one is by far the best. The lamb chops have so much flavour and the meat was juicy with mouthwatering bbq aroma. The beef curry is so tender and the nan is good too. It’s my first time to try the potato paratha and it is not disappointing at all. I guess part of the reason is that I love coriander. The staff served us once they have time. I appreciate the service. The price is reasonable as well. The seatings upstairs are quite nice and quiet. Thank you and will come next time.

The Food are so yummy, my favourite dishes are the beef curry and Lamp Chop. The beef are so tender, the grilled lamp chop taste delicious. I will also recommend to order the mango lassi.

I've been buying kebabs from here for years. The Mixed Tikka with red onion is to die for. The kebab shops in Bury are all terrible, so these chaps wrap then in foil for me so I can take them home to my family.

They sell biriyani. Nothing authentic. It's not even a real biriyani
