Shuhel in Stockport

I ordered my food shy of 3 hours ago food was meant to arrive at 21:06 and it is currently 22:29 no food in sight. When I try ringing the food shop it’s saying call failed and ringing out no one is picking us the phone, they shut in 30 mins not happy at all. Usually I am happy with this place however today I’m not happy at all

Ordered from here on Saturday, they took the money online but it never arrived and the restaurant was closed when I drove there.

When we got in touch they added an hour onto the delivery time making the total wait just shy of 2 hours. The man who answered the phone was SO rude and just snapped at us to cancel the order on just eat if we weren’t happy.

Picked up food from here twice. Well priced, good sized portions and tasty.

I've order their monster kebabs but cause its just the one item them refused to deliver, but wanted a curry and they delivered that and that curry was delicious hard compare to last monsoon, I keep recommending these but me if ever want a curry I use these

The BEST Tarka Dahl and Chana Bhaji. No idea why this hasn’t got 5 stars as it’s easily the best Indian takeaway. Ordered many times and couldn’t recommend enough. Amazing veggie options and really affordable.

I've ordered from here multiple times in the past and have always been pleased with the quality of the food. However - I ordered via the website this evening (early, as I'm taking care of my 2 young children and was planning ahead) and requested the food to be delivered at 8 (an option that was offered on the website). It was therefore disappointing to receive my order at 10 past 6. I'll be keeping the food hot in the oven while I do bedtimes, but would have preferred that the staff JUST READ THE ORDER DETAILS CORRECTLY.

First time ordering, real disappointment, food cold, order wrong, won't be going back

Got severe food poisoning from here. There currently under review from the council so order at your own risk you have been warned.

Ordered food and it came wrong and cold, we paid £20-00 rang to tell the company and they were accommodating and said next time we order he will give it us for free. Ordered again and received a call off the manager telling I’m a hassle and never to order from them again. Can not believe it!

I order from this company every other week. They have messed up on my order twice in to weeks and they don't care. We'll Shuhel you have just lost one of your very good customers. Not delivered what I ordered and paid for.

Quality food well worth the wait they will cook your food to individual taste also not a lot of parking

Ordered mix kebab and the donner meat was very tough and probably microwaved. I couldn't finish it. I had to bin it.

The food is usually very good hence why we prefer to go back to this one place, it's our favourite. This time the garlic naan was really overdone, on the burnt side and a little too thick too.

Always use this takeaway and always will. Most times food arrives early but rarely late. Never had a bad meal from here.

Absolutely amazing. These guys not only make great curry, but the kebab was the best I've had in a very long time!! Also, the chips were decent, and not sweaty like many other places, crispy on the outside and soft inside, and hot.... like they're supposed to be. I will 1000% order again!

Super disappointed this evening. Everything seemed watered down. The chutney, mint yoghurt and as for the curry well let's just say not only massively watered down but not sure what they have changed but definitely didn't agree like it ALWAYS has done in the past. Never once had any issue ever but wow was this an eye opener. I know times are harder but well not so sure I will ever order a curry again. Sad to say this as never complain usually but just needed to after this eve of not feeling the best.

Love this place anyway but tonight my balti was exceptional, recommend to try the chicken spring rolls too.

The curries the flavours were ten ten but the chicken inside of the curry was dry and wasn't good quality, nanbread was ten ten with the curry tho

Normally the food is great however the curry was very watery and ruined everything on the plate

I have ordered from this place many times the food always arrives hot and is lovely. I had one incident yesterday where the food came way after order time and my partner was already in bed plus the food was also cold but this was the exception to the rule and its normally always delivered quickly and is hot

Couldn’t put sauce on part of my order after ringing up and asking. The bottle of coke was also flat.

Owner/chef has the experience of 20+ years in the cuisine. Undoubtedly one of the best in the area. Hats off 👍👍

Forgot my starter. So had to drive all the way back to collect it. When home was cold. Was not happy as took 2 journeys and how long that starter was sat there for is anybody’s idea! Should have done it fresh! Not happy!

Awful. Prepaid and Beyond late delivery. They didn't care. Rang multiple times chasing it up. Missed items off the order!? Absolutely DISGUSTING service from this place... food was also cold after being told it had been waiting an hour for delivery driver to pick it upto deliver it. DONOTWASTEYOURMONEHERE.

Food was late and I was told by the driver to put the kebabs in the microwave to heat up , as the kebabs had salad and sauce mixed through out was unable to do do

Perfect food! The Chicken Balti Garam was too delicious for words. Succulent chicken, really tasty sauce, not too oily. My new favourite! Delivered hot and on time. Lovely lemon naan too. Samosas went down well and my son enjoyed his Kids meal. I highly recommend!

this shouldn’t be on just eat for our address. we paid the delivery charge as was stated on the payment but then got asked to pay an extra £2 because it is 6 miles away from where we live. the man at the door was very rude about it and said the order should never come out to here as it’s too far away and we should’ve never ordered from there

Ordered to collect to save time and make sure food would be hot. Main missed from the bag. When I rang the restaurant to let them know, they told me it was there when they packed it and then suddenly said "oh it would be ready in 5 minutes". I asked for it to be delivered, they said no. No apology was given when I made my second trip to collect my meal. Food from first trip was cold due to needing to make a second trip to the restaurant. Will not be ordering again.

In the saag aloo there was no potato very disappointed

Very nice food its my local place, people who complain about long waiting times may I suggest you get off your arse and walk and pick it up instead of moaning. I'll be getting one in tonight for sure.

Absolutely delicious food from here! Their naan breads are so heavenly… oh that fresh baked smell when you unwrap the foil! Crisp, fresh poppadoms too… I don’t eat chips but tried a couple, also good. Jalfrezi delicious… rice was perfect! We really enjoyed this. Thanks for a great meal!

The food and service is normally really good from here I order every week but tonight both were really bad. I order chicken Korma which was so spicy it burned my lips and throat and the poppadoms were bendy. I rang the shop to have it corrected and spoke with a male whose English was absolutely terrible he told me I had to pay for another order. I asked for the guys who normally answer the phone or are on the counter and he started shouting at me. I am really really disappointed with the service and food tonight. Sadly I will not order from them again!

butter chicken is nice. meatballs weren’t fully cooked unfortunately and was quite bland. the garlic naan’s were really nice and samosa was decent
