The store is spacious. I only bought one ball of ice cream and I could sit down and enjoy it. The store staff is also very friendly.

This is a rare occasion but- Wanting a treat for us on a friday night after a hard weeks work—- we ordered some food from the Greenbank balti, as it is local etc…etc.. I really wish to support local business BUT this was a truly low quality meal - not really much to recommend it - low points were boot leather Lamb in a lamb tikka Jali bhutan, which was utterly awful and inedible———but overall the meal was rather mean in portions and lacking in a sense of love. I had chicken tikka which was okay and i would give a 2.5/3 ( as I was hungry) as I would the tarka dhall and cauliflower bhaji. The chicken was warm and not too dried out but as a food lover it lacked flavour and the pathia source was too sweet…. Particularly the lamb tikka was not chilli hot. We love food and would love to support local business’s. …. any ways not a good experience and unless something is radically different we wont be back- Sadly AM

We used to visit this restaurant 4-5 times because it was close to our home, and we appreciated the convenience of dining in with my two girls. The food is average compared to authentic Thai and Chinese cuisine, and the staff is rude. We always brought water bottles for the kids without any issues. However, the last time we went, three staff members repeatedly yelled at the kids for drinking from their bottles, insisting that we order water from them instead. It was absurd, especially since we regularly spent £25-£35 each visit. The rude behavior of the staff was unacceptable. We will never go there again.

we return almost annually to this place and we do it for a reason - the food and drink. not disappointed thus year - lovely water (Dan) explained our options and gave the food allergy to the chef to ensure my partner was good with the tasting menu. sake was great and the food amazing. Only thing was it was too much - dessert was just a step too far!!! lol.

Both me & my partner have raved about this place in the past especially as an eat In restaurant. However the last 2x takeaways have lacked in quality. Both recent curries we’re very watery, lacking in meat & arrived cold (we live less than 10 mins away) Food wise the food as always been of an higher standard, it’s just the last two curries didn’t hit the standard bar already set by this place. Hopefully it’s been down to Covid & possibly a stand in chef? Maybe who knows. Shall review again in 2022.

Spent 30 pounds of food from here!! I've not got all night to type on herexgo through my experience but one thing I will draw on is the chicken madras!! Absolutely awful, chicken tasted cheap, the madras sauce was like water!! Very disappointed

First time for me & my Mum & Dad. The food was excellent & the staff as well 😃😃

The food that was delivered was really, really shocking!! The chicken balls batter was thick, hard, soggy and unedible! The chicken did not taste like chicken! The sweet and sour sauce was like water! The prawn toast was burnt and rock hard! Overall a lot of money spent on a meal that we couldn’t even eat! On the menu it says you get free salt and pepper wings when you spend over £40 and they don’t appear! Wouldn’t even feed this rubbish to my dog
