Ordered food through JustEat, app showing food delivered, but no sign of food! Messagd restaurant from just eat app for an update, no reply, Called restaurant, no answer, substandard service, not recommended. I'll seek full refund through JustEat.

Fuimos a este restaurante después de ver la buena crítica anterior como un negocio familiar de larga data y pensamos que sería realmente uno especial. El restaurante tiene un espacio limitado con solo unas pocas mesas. La decoración era promedio. . La comida no estaba recién preparada y nos dimos cuenta de inmediato. Probé la sopa de cenizas que es la sopa tradicional persa, la consistencia y el sabor estaba lejos de ser auténtico. Los otros platos que pedimos no eran auténticos ni sabrosos. Nos quedamos muy sorprendidos cuando nos pasaron la factura ya que los precios no coincidían con la calidad o las cantidades de alimentos. Su comida era muy desagradable para nuestro sistema digestivo, difícil de digerir. Desafortunadamente nos quedamos muy decepcionados, aunque el personal era agradable y tratando de ser servicial, pero no podemos recomendar este lugar. .

Just had a delivery and it was nothing short of disgusting. Ordered at 6:50pm and it arrived at 8:40pm. Food was greasy and cold. Containers were all squashed with food seeping out of them. When we phoned the restaurant to complain, we were told that delivery could take up to 70 minutes. Well this was well over 70 minutes. Then person on phone just hung up on us. Rude, atrocious service. Always had good food from there in the past but this is disgusting. I will be taking this further as want a full refund. I have photos of food to prove disgusting state it was delivered in

Aunt made a booking here on the most blisteringly cold evening, and boy was I glad she did. The owner (I assume) was helpful with taking us through the menu, and even warned me about leaving my phone on the table - "not safe!" I ordered the chicken tagine with rice and her the spicy lamb sausage with cous cous. We had the mint tea which was stuffed with fresh and dried mint leaves, perfect for digesting the meat heavy meal. Both dishes and tea were incredibly warming, satisfying and like a delicious hug on the inside. Prices were very affordable for Islington.

Food quality was poor ended up throwing half of it away

La brocheta de cordero era particularmente buena y las chuletas de cordero estaban bien. Las salsas estaban bien, especialmente la de berenjena ahumada. Pero los Dolmas eran terribles. . . ahogado en vinagre. . . nada remotamente similar a Awraq 'Enab o dolmalar turco. ¿Podría deberse a que no están particularmente extendidos en Irán? Además, no entendimos por qué la entrega no incluía pan. . . ¿Cómo se suponía que íbamos a comer las salsas?
