We had amazing food and great customer service by staff. Ambiance was good and the pace is clean. Great friendly staff

The staff were fantastic. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to make you feel comfortable.The food was excellent - there wasn't a long wait for this to arrive and service was impeccable. I would definitely re-visit and recommend the Park Grand Paddington Court. Very homely atmosphere and beautiful decor.

We had a wonderful time having the Indian Afternoon Tea as a friends birthday present. Staff provided great service, very attentive and such wonderful food, the perfect amount. Amazing attention to detail Couldn't have asked for a better time.

I consider myself as a bit of a curry connoisseur and have eaten in or ordered takeaway from most if the restaurants in the Southall area. The food from this reasonably new restaurant tastes just like proper Indian home cooking. Great separation of flavours per dish, not your typical one onion based source for every dish. The food That I had delivered on time was cooked with passion and a lot of experience and knowledge of using the right ingredients in the right dish...exceptional, don't take too much notice of the bad feedback, it must be their rivals just trying to bad mouth the competition. Try it, you won't be disappointed, well done Chef!

Ordered food from grand last night and was told it would take 45 minutes to be delivered which was fine. An hour later it still hadn't been delivered & I only live a road away from it. On arrivale the food was lovely & hot however the naans didn't seem as though they'd been cooked properly you could still taste & feel the dough. The chicken korma was very runny and tasteded a lot of just chilly. Overall my experience was ok

Rude restaurant worker asked us to not order through Just Eat, but directly through them, next time!!! Received at our home at 11:50... and we live only 17mins away from the restaurant!!. Food cold!!! Unacceptable. There will not be a next time.

I ordered after reading the reviews and can say food was better...lamb rogan josh and dahi Wada was good. Butter chicken was spicey and garlic naan was too dry..but later ordered butter naan and it was nice and soft..overall good food and quick service..will consider it again

Papri chaat had very little yoghurt (hardly any) and hardly any imli in it was very dry... lamb Bhuna was good and so were the naans

I have had a good experience with them overall. However, my last meal was not upto scratch. Has not put me off, so I will try them again soon and put my new thoughts on here. The good meals, were hot fresh and plentiful. Taste was very authentic, very homely flavours, comfort food.

Highly recommended. Great flavour and we'll prepared. I wanted no salt but they were kind enough to call and explain their dishes contained salt. But they can minimise the salt content, which I agreed to. Will order again from them.

I've been struggling to find a good takeaway curry and The Grand Restaurant is it! The Panneers are to die for.

First time I've ordered here and the food was scrummy! Only downside I didn't order enough naans! 😫 Defo be ordering from there again!!!

I Have to first say the food arrived at a very good time, it was piping hot. We ordered chicken korma and butter chicken curry, naan bread and rice. The chicken in the curries was absolutely horrible. It had a grey colour which automatically put me off. I have always made home made chicken curry never has my own chicken ever had an black/grey colour. That really worries me. I couldn't eat it therefore I had to throw it away!!

Lots of free extras and nicely prepared only the korma was a bit spicey so couldn't give it to my son

Honestly I felt sorry for the guy... who would send a pensioner up 3 flight of stairs!! Other then that food was ok... very watery curry and the naan bread very doughy and uncooked u can defo tell it was home style cooking... my mum most properly make a better curry! Most people were right in the review.. wouldn't say the price is worth it tho...

Food was tasty but more sauce does not equal bigger portion and it did leak in the bag delivery driver had no clue what was going on but seemed pleasant not sure if he spoke English ...I will order again as it was all very tasty thanks guys

This restaurant used to be good. The portion sizes are small. My dal was all watery. It looked like just water with spices added. The curry wasnt too good. The only good thing was chicken starter.

I struggled with finding a good curry in the area (ironic i know) and I am so glad I gave The Grand Restaurant a try. The food is delicious but the portions are a little bit too small, delivery quick and top service. Would and will definitely order again.

Absolutley wonderful service and smashing food. Exactly what I'd expect from a traditional Indian menu. Keep up the good work chaps.

Only 2 complaints was the tandoori roti was some parts were very thick and doughy, some parts were massively over done. That aside the food was on the mark. Portion sizes could improve. May give them another go. Still better than others👍🏽

Veg biryani was tasty, decent karahi paneer. Quantity was very limited compared to price. Overall "not bad" experience.

Bog standard Indian food. Delivery was VERY late. The person on the phone argued with me regarding the delivery time when it clearly stated the time on the email. Was being told that it would come in a few minutes every time I called. Not happy with the service

Amazing food and delivery was spot on, food was still piping hot, only one small thing the naan bread was lovely but it must have become hard on the sides in transit however just a small complaint...overall everything was great, my new favourite Indian...I had the chicken jalfrezi which was mild just how I like it great work guys keep it going

Food was so good.. And was delivered with very much appreciated salad, pickles and papad by the restaurant though. Everything was good only one thing the bhindi i ordered was so less quantity it was not even suffient if it was for one person alone. so i suggest them to put some more in atleast half of the container. But the other things were all so good and in good quantity
