Out of the numerous Iranian restaurants in Ealing, this one has the best food by a country mile. Deserves more recognition. Doogh delicious, barg is the best I've had in a while.

The food was very sour and left over, the rice was not hot and greasy like Iranian rice.

I ordered Chelo Gardan with rice, but unfortunately, the food turned out to be terrible. The strong smell of lamb made it impossible to eat. Although I've had this dish many times before, this time it was awful and smelly. I ordered more than one portion and they had the same problem. Overall, it was inedible and was not cleaned properly and I wouldn't recommend anyone to try Chelow Gardan (lamb neck with rice).

Food taste and qality was really great! The service was good, and the restaurant was relaxing and friendly, and wasn't noisy like many other places.

Had a lovely lunch here at Eram Shishlik! The koobideh and Jujeh kebab tasted fresh and was cooked perfectly. The khoresht bademjan was amazing, tasted very homemade and not oily - would have loved more aubergine as it was so good! The service was also super friendly and speedy so will be definitely coming back again 😊

A real joyously happy find! Food and drink to die for. Authentic real deal Persian cuisine, the menu is wow but the food has texture, taste, aroma and beautiful presentation. The chef certainly knows his onions. Wonderfully relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the interior design and layout show they obviously care about their customers. I have serious disability and was really taken care of and made to feel welcome. What really made me want to write this review is they offer the missing ingredient to make visit into pleasure - from the very first moment you arrive, the staff make you feel welcome, at home, almost part of the family so to speak. You order, they help you decide if you need and you enjoy. All the essentials are taken care of and tummy and lips leave smiling. A real gem of a find. I wish everyone there a wonderful year and am sure visitors will have just very happy times. Thank you so very much, I will definitely return.

Excellent service. My man from Shiraz is the best host. The food was delicious. The ash reshte was in line with a home cooked one. The mixed grill plater was very large and enough for 3. 🚽🚨 very clean. Probably the cleanest I’ve seen in any Iranian restaurant.

20/01/24 Update - the restaurant forced us to pay high service charges which they refused to remove from the bill - I thought was unfair. The food is not the same as my original review, they warmed up old bread for the starters which was not fresh. Also, the restaurant was completely empty of customers when we went there on a Sunday evening - a bit of a red flag tbh. Food - excellent Persian cuisine, the temperature was perfect, the kebabs (chicken and lamb) were succulent, soft and rich in taste. The portions were extremely generous ! Pricing : Definitely value for money given the high quality and quantity of food. Presentation - the king size plates held the generous amounts of food edge to edge ! The cutlery was clean, and if good quality. Service - friendly, polite, efficient, and responsive. The staff really complimented the ambience of excellence, they are an absolute credit to the brand ! Decor - contemporary Arabic writing on the wall, minimalistic and not too busy. The warm lighting and very comfortable seats makes one feel relaxed and distressed. Perfect if you have a large family with kids ! Washroom facilities - well lit, clean and readily accessible. No issues at all ! Ambience - wonderful ! Really relaxed, with a wonderful view of Ealing. The music well selected and volume not over bearing at all. I love the marble finished tables, they felt solid and did not rock or move. Parking - pay as you go car park directly opposite else free parking available after 7pm when the single red line deactivates. Summary : wonderful, elegant, value for money and delicious. You simply cannot go wrong !

I visited the restaurant last week and ordered a mixed grill for two. However, the meat was not fresh at all.

The food was tasteless and so cold, and the portions was so smaller than before.

We had a wonderful meal here. The lamb dishes we each had were all equally delicious and tender. The portions were very generous as well. It seemed that each piece had been picked carefully to avoid grissle. The service was delightful - so friendly and attentive but not hovering. All the diners there seemed to be having a good time. I also recommend getting the tea - served in a pot with it's own flame below. It was the best tea we had in London!

Lamb neck is divine, zereshk polo & morgh is delicious too. Really good value for money. My go to Persian restaurant.

Good food/best service / very clean

This is one of the most underrated Iranian restaurants in west london. The food is delicious - Fine dining of a high standard, the meat in particular is to always cooked to perfection. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

The meat came cold and frozen in the middle

Driver went everywhere but the current address... When food finally arrived it was bland like you would t believe, the lamb was more fat than meat and the order was incomplete as it lacked the grilled tomato and salad it was supposed to come with which was. Confirmed with the restaurant before order was even placed. Restaurant unhelpful with complaint... Just Eat nowhere to be seen. No way to contact them. I will think twice before using Just Eat from now on for that reason

Meat was very dry and chewy and the meat was not smell fresh I also orders bread and it supposed to be fresh and soft because normally Persian restaurants make freshly breads but the one I get from my order was not fresh and it was very dry and hard to eat I would not come back to this restaurant anymore

I went here for my birthday. It is more intimate than Molana across the road but the food at Molana is a notch above IMO.

The owner/manager will not carry a notepad to take your order. Then when bringing the wrong food out will blame you, that you didn't get the name of the meal right, although you know what you specifically asked for!! Non attentive service from other waiters, just leaving our starter plates on the table so we ended up having to move them. Chasing them for the bill! We will never return here again.

The Lamb Shank was incredible, and the service is always excellent. SOmething to imprive will be the desert menu, I didn't like the baklava. And the toilet is a bit dirty sometimes.

Been there few times, on some occasion food was great and service was exceptional but on other occasions, food was not good, Kubideh had too much anion and rice was not cooked they also charge 12.5% service charge but I am not sure if staff get the money. May be management can clarify who gets the service charge?

Friendly staff, the portion was good enough even for two people 👍 and the salad was great. Issues: - the Kabab (kobideh) was way too salty andthe Rice was broken. - No fork/spoon and no Napkins in the package, finally after looking everywhere I managed to find an Ice cream scoop and had my lunch by using the scoop

Couldn’t agree with Dylan’s review. The starters was ok but the Nan was not fresh, it felt like it was out of a microwave, stretchy stale and not eatable with in 2 mins of being on the table. The chips, rice and kebabs were a disgrace. Honestly, we paid and got out and left pretty much most of the mains on the table.. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN…

Wanted to try a new Iranian restaurant in Ealing. But wouldn’t try it again. Food is just oookkkay! The restaurant was empty and still the service was slow and got our food mixed up. Our grill didn’t taste like anything! Doesn’t compare to original shishlik in Iran at all!

In Ealing there are number of fine Persian restaurants,but this one is exceptionally good we have been there few times always pleased,but last night was even better,we went there with a group of friends,the quality of food really high ,the service extremely professional and friendly,highly recommended.

We were looked after so well (all 30 of us) - from the owner to the restaurant staff (especially Sally khanoom) went above and beyond to give us a great experience. Thank you and we look forward to coming again!

Good food. Service. Selection. Portion. Shisha. Just everything is perfect. Their seats outside are wonderful to sit by and rest with delicious food. Would strongly recommend. I've been there a couple times and will be our date spot going forward. The true hospitability and warm of this restaurant coupled with the patience and love of the chef when he cooks is a rare gem

The service is excellent and the girl was extremely welcoming but the food can be improve. We ordered the 2 people menu with all the options and one of the lamb kofta wasn’t really tasting and I’d say meat tasted “old”. The other ones were great specially the chicken which was full of flavour. The restaurant was a bit cold as they leave the door open to invite people in. The salad was also low-average. The rice and the chicken saved the night but I really doubt I’ll be back. Price isn’t cheap either.

They served me zeresk polo with chicken kebab, and not even a good quality. Needless to say I will not visit again.

Nicely designed decor with attention to detail and additional outside seating. Eram Shishlac is part of a very good tradition of Persian restaurants along the Uxbridge Road around Ealing. This particular restaurant has something of quality about it. Along with well prepared and presented food this establishment is a positive experience.

The woman didn't want to give us plates for our Mixed platter so she goes and gets us dessert plates the food was so tasteless they only cared about the shisha area she was rude she didn't have no customer services "that we paid for" thanks for rubbish food and bad customer service

Good service, nice food, been to the other local Persian places, and others like Alounak, Sufi and Mahdis... this place is the same quality, not sure I can tell the difference really. But good quality tender juicy meat.

We ordered a Mix Grill for Two to be delivered at home and it was a very rich portion and one of the best kebab we had in the area. The food arrived on time and also still hot which rarely happens.

The best Persian food we ever had in London. Ordered a Family Feast via Ubereats - delivered by restaurant staff under 30 minutes - freshly cooked and piping hot, packaged in the most professional manner. The quality was outstanding - tender, melt in the mouth meat, the most flavoursome saffron rice, freshly prepared salad and more - all in HUGE portions. I’ll be back soon. Highly recommended!

I had a private party , the restaurant was very clean and presentable, the waiter and waitress were polite and attentive, the restaurant’s owner was friendly and accommodated all my needs such as choice of foods , drinks , the portion sizes were enough to fill you up and great prices. The food was very well cooked, fresh and delicious. My guests were very happy, my party went very well . I highly recommend this restaurant for parties , family meal or just enjoying a filling night out.

The worst experience ever😡food super cold and 2 hours late.... every time I called them they lies to us saying we tired to call you.... 7 MIN your order be there..... and finally after 2 hours the driver comes with cold food , he was extremely rude and telling me to fu** off !!!! I’m really disappointed about this horrible service 😡 I will not recommend to anyone.

What a place! Food is 10/10 And you add the value for money on top of that and you easily have a top tier restaurant. Parking is a bit of a pain near by but that's not the restaurants fault.

Easily takes my number one spot for best Persian food in London - I've frequented Behesht, Mahdi, Zeytun, Molana and a number of other spots around London for the best part of 30 years. Only discovered Eram last year, went for the second time last weekend, wondering if it had been a fluke the first time.. whether they had accidentally pulled off the best mixed grill i've ever had. Answer is no, this place has the best Koubideh and shishlik I've ever had 2 out of 2 times. Their high rating of 4.8 out of 5 is well deserved. Have been telling all my friends about them - give me free food bruh lol

As an eat in restaurant it's great. Delivery on the other hand is terrible. I ordered through uber eats but eram use their own drivers. I dont know what these drivers were doing but my food took over 1hr and a half to arrive. When I called them, the clerk just said "sorry we havent had time for delivery" very disappointing...

I have been getting Persian takeaways from this area for many years and i always went to another restaurant 50m down the road but I decided to try this restaurant and i am glad that i did as i was not disappointed. I tried The Chelo Joojeh Kabab and Chelo kobideh which both were of a good quality, although Kobideh was good but the meat could be a bit better if i am going to give them a 5*. The rice and Kababs were placed in the container very nicely and enough quality.I really hope that they continue to provide such a service in the future.They served me promptly and were very polite, well done.
