Persian Palace in Ealing

Persian Palace in West Ealing is an absolute gem. I recently visited and had the best kebab I've ever tasted—succulent, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Every bite seemed to taste even better than the last. The welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, and generous portions made the experience even more enjoyable. I'd highly recommend Persian Palace to anyone craving authentic Persian cuisine. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Ive ordered from here previously and theyve been good mostly. But my order today was horrible and shocked they thought it was ok to send it out to a customer. I ordered 4 momtaz and every single one had the soggiest mushy rice. It was watery and soaked into the meat and tomatoe. The tray was just a big mush of soggy rice and meat. We didnt eat it as it looked and tasted very unappetising.

Used to be very good. Doesnt look like they invest any money to keep the place clean and tidy as the toilets truly are disgusting. Not been updated since i first went to Persian Palace 7 years ago. Prices gone up and they even charge extra for the grilled tomato! Better options available on this road so I wouldn’t recommend this place sorry.

Persian palace food is so good they give you alot aswell and it’s way better compared to Molana it tastes nicer and the portion sizes are way bigger aswell.

Used to come here all time , probably won’t be going back . I asked for some yogurt to have with my ash (soup ) as I didn’t want the stuff the normally put in . I was charged £7 just for a very small bowl of plain yogurt ! Seems abit much , especially when it’s accompanying a soup that I have ordered and your replacing it from the what you usually would give anyway . Which is a yogurt equivalent!

The food’s quality is extremely low and there is no clear indication of ingredients on the menu.

Food was amazing. Got the Lamb Koobideh with Naan. Really enjoyed it. Bit expensive but the food was worth it. Service could be more attentive. Parking available at a nearby car park which is free in the evening and has plenty of spots.

We ordered koobideh, however it was not like koobideh. It is actually made only and only by meat (combination of beef and lamb), chopped onion, black pepper, salt and nothing else. The thing they are making is not koobideh. I think they need to change their chef. They add and mix many ingridients which makes it horrible to eat. Unfortunately, many persian restaurants do not respect this and mislead customers with fake koobideh.

Food is fantastic - great portions Great service also

I ordered a takeaway chaloo kebab koobideh, but it was completely burned. While in the car at night, I tried to eat it, but it was so bitter that I couldn’t continue. The next day, in better light, I could clearly see just how burned it was. What bothers me most is why anyone would even consider serving food like this to customers. It made me wonder—was this done intentionally?

Top notch. Can’t go wrong! The only request is chargrilled tomatoes, we miss the days you’d serve with the platter!

It was utterly bizzare experience. Burn breads and challo kebab was not cooked well. Taste wasn’t that good either.

They told us on phone food £15.5 charged us £1 extra per food. On top they charged 10% service fee came with friends usually when use to come with family they would’ve charged the same items we had for £60-70 but today £95

The food was exquisit! I ordered from you first time but I will defo be returning for more.

The food arrived very quickly, but I think that’s why it wasn’t properly thawed. It just tasted like water with a bit of stale herbs, and the meat had a really bad flavor. At the very least, it could have been warmed up properly. As for the olives, it felt like they were just sent as a sample.

Amazing food, and I can't wait to go there again. The ambience and people working there are awesome. And the food is amazing and very, very filling. Ask them for specials and info on what's best, and they're really spot on.

Their koobideh is the best! Big portions across their whole menu, serving very tender meat. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to eat at a Persian restaurant

These guys make the best rice I've ever had. Now I'm experimenting at home in a misguided attempt to recreate it. The meat is crazy juicy and full of flavour. And our waitress was so attentive and had a great sense of humour. We were well looked after. Top marks.

The place was 😒 nothing special at all. Back in the days it used to be a lovely place but now it's just 🤢 especially the salad it's like a two year old made it 🙈 it's so embarrassing 🤦‍♀️ And they've got staff just standing there watching you eat or whatever you're doing it's really uncomfortable 😒 I don't think I'll be going back there again 🙅‍♀️ Oh, and their tea it's like drinking hot water no flavor at all 🍵

It was a great experience I really recommend this food, I'm Persian and it was real Persian food

The soup was lovely. The rice (zereshk polo) was pretty good but the chicken which came with zereshk-polo wasn't great and had a strong smell which can only be when the chicken is not fresh, which is very odd for Persian Palace.

The chicken was overcooked and the rice was not what I have requested. I requested of additional sugar to my berries in the rice, however it was very sour , because it was not added any additional sugar .the chicken taste really really bad.

Really tasty food. Good quantity. Some parking nearby. The place gets busy so at time service can be a little slow.

The food wasn't necessarily bad but different in taste and texture from the Reading branch, the last one is far better than London branch. The lady who served us was really sweet, however, there was a guy who was bringing us the order and things weren't coming in the right order; the ice-cream is factory made not home-made, etc. The lady was really trying to make up for the fact we had a different, better experience in Reading, which we appreciated it. Overall they have a lovely staff, the food is ok but don't expect something spectacular as the Persian food can be.

HAIR IN FOOD... Ordered through Deliveroo and found hair in the food. Of course Deliveroo wouldn't do anything and said to just post a public review. Nothing as well from Persian Palace.

Cannot thank Mo and his team for excellent catering service for my daughter’s religious wedding ceremony. Mo was reassuring all would be great on the day and it was! Mohsen and his colleague on the day provided excellent service and my guests thoroughly enjoyed the food. All the more better because very competitive price per head! Top quality Persian food with good service

Visited at 7 on a Saturday, not so busy, plenty of staff. Had the platter for 4, which was excellent. Food beautifully cooked and.delicious. would definitely dine again!

The ONLY restaurant where 'optional service charge' is mandatory. I hadn't been here for a few years but Its not how i remember it. Oh And ITEM CHECK YOUR BILL. Now the only reason we chose NOT to pay service is because....they made several mistakes. In particular, when taking our order, which was straight forward. Oh and persian bread for starter dips is chargable 🤔 so how do you eat the dip? (Never ordered the dip before but hey its bread) With that in mind we said bring the dip with the £75 platter for 4 and we were told can have 4 rice or 3 rice and 1 bread. So we went with the latter. We also asked for some salad with the platter. They gave a slightly marinated mix of cucumber and tomato's....in a WHAT I CAN ONLY DESCRIBE AS A SMALL MUFFIN SIZE BOWL. Like the kind of little bowls you get onions in at an old style Indian restaurant when you order popadums. It was basic at best AND we only realised it was chargable when we got the bill. In fact they CHARGED £8 FOR IT!!! It's an absolute joke. Anyways. The dip never came, the platter did. It looks big and it is. But is it value. I'm not sure. We ate. We asked for the bill. Magically THERE WERE several ITEMS WE HAD NEVER ASKED FOR OR ORDERED added to the bill Mistakes happen and its ok. But then to be rude/arrogant about takign the incorrect items off is cheek. I also find it cheeky to tell customers 'the owner has said optional service charge is mandatory in THIS restaurant' is just plain rude. It's a customers choice whether to pay service in any establishment whether its written on a menu or not. Hence why its called optional. There is no requirement to pay service. I ADD A SIMPLE PHOTO FROM GOOGLE FOR THE OWNERS EDUCATION, or at least the miserable waiter behind the desk to understand. Especially where several mistakes were made and the service was basic at best. On to the food. It's was delicious as always. I'm not sure £75 for the platter is worth it given its just that and nothing accompanying it but rice. And there are many other options that are better service. There is ONE across the road and there are Turkish places that offer similar fare locally. It's a shame because the food was good. Will I be back. Perhaps, but it won't be for the platter or the service.

I ordered the noodles, it was very old, very good, it tasted like anything except the noodles We ordered noodles. I have never had noodles this bad in my life. It was very old. It was really awful.

Excellent service at Persian Palace. The restaurant has a beautiful charm due to its unique interior design. The Food is outstanding and an amazing ambience to enjoy the food. I would definitely recommend Chellow Kebab Kobideh with rice , lamb chops along with Zereshk Polov.

The satff on duty were very friendly with me, even though I had never been there before!, I didn't reathat the restaurant was still closed and not due to open for another 40 mins, yet, they still made a cup of tea and what's more didn't charge me! Highly recommend if you are around West Ealing.

Came here for lunch, massive portions and decent prices. Food is delicious & authentic. The minced lamb kebab is just gorgeousssss

The kebab’s are very good, but i’d stay away any of their starters or sides, for example we ordered two salad Shiraz at £8 each and they came in smallest portions imaginable. I honestly don’t know how they’ve priced it at £8 since it’s basically two to three ingredients (tomato, cucumber and onions) i felt absolutely ripped off having paid £16 (plus 10% service charge) for it. The restaurant is kinda dark, kinda crammed and has very small but related clean toilets. The staff are not friendly, they’re not rude either but do little effort to make you feel welcomed. Had to ask for literally everything from sauce to tab water. Zero initiative or service. Overall, if you go there, expect to have delicious food but not the atmosphere or service. Also be smart what you order as your bill can suddenly look inflated but you’ll wonder what did you order for it to be as high as it ended up being.

The starters were very mediocre don’t recommend however their mains are great! The potions are very generous so 1 main could easily feed 2 people

The food did not taste that good and it was not worth the price.I recommend that you do not try their kebab(it isn’t good).The menu was also confusing and it did not have good variety either . I recommend you go to some other restaurant.

It is over priced You have tiny bit of meat and plenty of rice and Salad.

Great place to visit with nice decor. Portions were generous and food seasoned well so suitable for kids as not spicy (if you prefer a kick they have chilli sauce handy) Would happily visit again if in the area.

***HARAM*****HARAM*****HARAM*** These guys are NOT HALAL they are zoroastrians (fire worshippers) look at their logo then type in zoroastrians their, i asked them if they are halal certified by any board they said no then i asked simply please can you inform me where you get your meat from just to see if their suppliers are halal, however they became aggressive over the phone and would not give this detail up, i would not trust unless they become halal certified especially

The best restaurant I have ever been to

Ordered the minced kebab. Tasted like it was cooked from frozen and the meat was most definitely out of date. Just spent 15 minutes vomiting. Absolutely rancid. The sabzi was reheated, lamb tasted like it was cooked from frozen. Bland. Tasteless. Do not order

Excellent fresh food, we dine in and also order take away from here and are never disappointed.

Honestly me and my family come here regularly but i went today for lunch with my mum and we were charged an extra £7. the tea on the menu is £0.90 we were charged £5 for two teas a complete SCAM. Make sure you check your receipt and ask for price because they make up their own prices thats not on the menu. Will never go here again!

An unmissable spot for truly authentic Persian cuisine. Persian Palace dominates every competing restaurant nearby for Persian cuisine We ordered the classic koobideh kebab and their special chicken stew with barberry rice, along with mirza ghasemi to share - all between four people!

Very nice food, highly recommend it.

Lovely food however I’ve noticed the taste few times the salad olivah seems to be too tangy which is a shame.

The food was supposed to be ready at 19:10. I went to collect it and had to wait 30 minutes. Don't bother ordering for collection here, better to go to Molana.
