I love this restaurant and used to go there often. We went there for my daughter's birthday, He was making bread in front of me and it looked like he was removing something. I checked later and it was mold. and they served moldy bread to my child after removing the mold and baking it. I will never go to this restaurant again. I can't believe it all. My little girl ate mold for the first time. I really regret giving it to her without knowing it.

Very welcoming and friendly staff - lots of families eating out with their children , as well as couples - lovely food .Lots to choose from on menu - if you like Turkish food then you'll like this food too.

Group of 10ppl, we only went in as the sign outside said £7.99 for lunch offer. we ate and when we asked for the bill, the waiter started charging us £8.99, the 2nd person paying asked why this price, was told it was because you ate in, a few of us who heard him looked confused, when the last 4 people were about to pay, we asked again why we paying this, he then said Service charge, we said isn't that optional, he didn't answer and looked angry I said I opt out and so did my other work colleagues as he had already charged 6ppl extra pound each on their bill. We said the sign outside does not say anything about service charge or eat in charge, again he ignored us and carried on with the passing machine. Once i paid the £7.99 plus my drink on my card, he brought a calculator to show me how my charges just to piss me off because i refused to pay the service charge, and then handed me 10p change while we exchanged our issues with him he embarrassed me infront of my work colleagues, we all left feeling bad, unpleasant experience about how we were misinformed and how rude the waiter was.

We ate grilled and mashed chicken and soup. Since last night, I have been poisoned. I'm dying. I have no doubt that the fried chicken was left in the fridge for at least six days. The chicken was dry like straw, the soup was spicy and full of pepper, but without salt, so we couldn't eat it. The salad was stale and old. People, don't go to the beef restaurant, eat food from your job, it is healthier, garbage in the true sense of the word, their food, Dad, close this restaurant, people can't find money, eat garbage, get poisoned, why are you playing at 4, 5 in the morning because of me Poisoning from your junk food in my hospital I complain about you and I warn everyone I know not to be poisoned like me

The worst food I’ve ever tasted.. kebabs where super salty.. the presentation of the food was lovely but the taste was awful… The toilets where nasty and dirty.. over priced.. would not recommend at all!!

I am a big fan of this restaurant. I have been coming since 2014 , but unfortunately, the lamb kobide is going down hill its either too salty or a bit bitter these days .The barg and lamb shish are not fresh 😕.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Saturday dinner at this restaurant. The atmosphere was friendly and homey, and the staff was exceptionally polite and friendly. The food was truly amazing! I was served a plate of art that tasted like heaven. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you love Middle Eastern cuisine, particularly Persian.

Went with a work Christmas night out. Food was nice, set price and menu for the night it was. Fresh bread made and brought to the table hot.

Excellent all round. Perfect unobtrusive service. Lovely chicken kebab and lamb shanks. You probably won't need a starter unless you are Adam Moran. Really nice ice cream to follow and a bottle of Merlot for £22. We will be going again next time we are in town.

Excellent food and service. We hadn't intended to come here for dinner but are so glad we did and would certainly eat here again. Would thoroughly recommend Boof. The ice cream with rose and pistachios was delicious according to my guests.

Read both positive and negative reviews and thought we’d give BOOF a chance . A party of 8 for a celebratory birthday early evening meal . Waited over a hour for the food to arrive , when mentioned to the server about the length of time we had waited , it suddenly materialised. The first two orders were stone cold . When the server was told , she took them away as in disbelief. They came back “nuked” in the micro wave within an inch of their lives , with the rest of parties order . The two orders that initially arrived cold , were disgusting and quite frankly inedible , don’t bother ordering the burgers , chicken or beef . The rest of the parties food looked / tasted quite nice but nothing special and again not particularly appetising or hot. The service seemed amateurish. We were initially going to order desserts but didn’t bother . Then came the bill, £186.00 , for ONLY 7 main courses and a service charge of £16.00 . Quite honestly an evening meal with high expectations that sadly disappointed in every sense . Sorry won’t be returning or recommending ,

Second time visiting Boof first time on a Friday evening and this time on a Saturday evening around 20:30. There were no issues getting a table as a walk in the restaurant was not empty but not super busy. A few reservations arrived while we were there. Service was very swift for both drinks and food. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful when asking about items on the menu. Portions are substantial andntake away containers are available if you don't finish.

Not my cup of tea. Cheaper than other Persia restaurants but quality cheap too.

I tried Boof, the Persian restaurant in Ealing. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was excellent. However, the ambiance was a bit boring.

We were just about to sit when one of the waiters asked us about where we are from and our nationality I was wondering if they ask all their customers about their nationality!! Very racist and rude. Don't recommend them.

We spotted this restaurant as we were staying nearby. Very warm welcome and we were offered a lovely table by the window. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and guided us through starters and mains. The food was delicious and very good portions. Lovely bottle of wine to wash it all down with. A superb experience and we would definitely return.

Our meals were beautifully presented, I had joojeh (boneless chicken cubes) kebab main meal comes also with a generous side salad. I have attached a photo of my mother’s vegetarian bean and herb stew which she devoured. I’ve been here several times in the last 5 years and always enjoy our time here with polite and patient staff

Over price, Standard burgers and they don’t come with salad. Tables are small and it’s always packed and no one to clean the tables.

I have now visited boof restaurant twice I had the lunch time special which was lamb kebab rice and salad which was well presented on the plate for me the minced lamb kebab is the best I have eaten .

we ordered 3 Zershk pulo were too funny taste no fresh at all the chicken was too small and i ordered salad didn’t come. took 40 minutes to food came .

We had a pre wedding party for our son around 100 guest they all been satisfied and happy with the food and hospitality and again I did visits yesterday for dinner me and my husband the food was mouth watering and very tasty the team very helpful and the best hospitality service I ever had and again we decided to book our daughter pre wedding party as no where better than Boof a big thanks 🙏 for the whole team and the best team

We went last week for a lunch. The restaurant was almost empty and we waited 45 minutes for the food. The quality of food was nothing special.

I’m sorry but the only person who clearly understands what customer service stands for is the gentleman that works there only. Other than him I don’t think anyone understand what service even stands for. I believe he might be from Afghanistan but he was the only lovely one and the reason why we even stayed tbh. Other than that the atmosphere is not great at all. The food also wasn’t nice at all. Nothing like what the picture is advertised. I felt like the meat was really old and likewise with the side dishes. I went here around 8 Years ago and I decided to give it another try which is gone worst. I wouldn’t recommend this place if anyone asks neither will I visit such a pity that it has potentials but is ruined.

Zero service and food. I went to this restaurant two weeks ago, the kebab was uncooked and without salt. When I returned home, I was upset and the pickled cabbage smelled moldy.

I take away chello kabab kobideh. I never had such a bad experience of this dish. Kabab was redish colour , look like adding tomatoes paste, very fulfy that show too much adding of softness adative and my guest has tip of bone in his mouth.

Didn't even look at the menu, asked for a big dish for a hungry vegetarian as my friends were having big meat platters, I was very impressed and more than satisfied with the results, thanks Boof, you did me proud, a great evening.

The quality of food needs to be significantly better

The staff was warm but the delays were not appreciated... Just took tooo much time to upgrade the hookah and the bring the drinks.

Absolutely fantastic customer service!. I went here with my mum for dinner and the staff were so friendly and responsive. The thing I most liked about the whole experience was that we were checked upon every 5 minutes to ensure that we were okay. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to the locals as you will not be disappointed. Fantastic customer service and I’ll definitely be back.

Was sooo astonished at how tasty the kofta was!!! Exceptionally worth it and highly recommend. Portion sizes were friendly and veeeeery large. I would however, focus on cleaning the bathrooms as they were not in a great condition.

The flavours were strange. The lamb chops were hard and dry. Nice venue, shame that food isn't very good. Will definitely won't be going back neither recommend this place.

Not busy and service slow and poor. When asked to remove servjce charge was challenged by waiter.

Usually I enjoy this place but they have no idea about how to deal with allergies!!! I told the waiter my son is allergic to egg and asked if the chicken burger containes egg. He checked with the chef who said the chicken contains no egg. So I said fine, please could we have it plain with just cheese and ketchup. 1st burger . Came out with all the sauces including one that contained mayo, so egg and none of my requests. Waiter took it back and said you never asked about the rest of the burger containing egg, just the chicken!! No apology. 2nd burger was no sauce and all the veg! I just added the ketchup myself. My son then began to have an allergic reaction. Turned out the brioche bun was not suitable for someone with an egg allergy. The chef came out and when I told him he LAUGHED and suggested my son could eat the flat bread with his burger instead!!!! Still no apology!! Amazing that they think my sons life is a joke!!!! He of course didn't have any more of the burger, which they tried to charge me for. £14 for a kids meal!! I refused to pay for his meal.

I had never visited this restaurant before and nor had I booked in advance but I was made to feel welcome immediately. After some indecision on my part I chose the lamb kebab. The meal with rice, salad and some delicious sauces was very enjoyable although the lamb could have been a little bit more tender. It was, in my view,. good value. I didn’t realise, until I’d started eating, that no bread came with the meal but when I asked for it, some really delicious, thin bread which had been baked on the premises was delivered. The restaurant has a good selection of drinks and I can recommend the Merlot. The service was courteous and professional. The restaurant was not full – maybe because it was a Bank Holiday - but there was a high demand for takeaway while I was there. If you’re in the neighbourhood I would recommend.

They make fresh Taftoon breads which is hot and tasty. They serve starters along with equal portion of salad. Service is bit slow.

We ordered online, and the order was delivered 1,5h later! I had to call to ask why our food was delayed and they were very rude and also ended the call while I was talking.

Great tasting food and nice atmosphere to be around. I ordered the Boof special kebab with there special rice and it was a treat. The kebab was moist and soft which melts in your mouth. The lamb chops were as they should be from a Persian restaurant and the chicken...well that was ok. Waiters were freindly catering to all my requests and the price was good too. I would visit again.

Very poor. First time I tried it here after passing a few times. They had a mix grill lunch special for £8 so I thought I would give it a go. Really was a portion of chips and salad. Three tiny bits of meat. Won’t be going there again.
