One of my regular places. Food quality is usually very good, and sometimes, very very good!

Visited one of the most popular restaurants for Thai food enthusiasts. We savoured Hot & Sour vegetable soup, Salt & Pepper Prawns, Vegetarian Red Curry, and Green Curry accompanied by Thai Jasmine rice. We noticed that while Green Curry is typically spicy, this time both the Red and Green curries were on the sweeter side. It might be a good idea to inquire about spicier options if you prefer a more intense flavour.

One of the finest Thai restaurants in the area if not the best. Amazing food and variety of dishes is incredible ! Personal favourites were veg green curry, red curry, chow mein veg and the pad Thai! The service is incredible and the flavours are authentic! I shall keep visiting!

The noodles were overcooked and had no flavour at all. The squid was undercooked and the presentation was very poor. Batter was soggy. The first time I’ve ordered and it will be the last.

The food was average. The pad Thai was pretty tasteless. I wouldn't order from this restaurant again.

The food is always very good here! The Waiter was Fidgeting & Clumsy. He kept dropping things and plates on the floor!! All the Doors were opened during Lunchtime despite the Temperature being over 32”C!! Cost-Cutting on Air-Conditioning!! It’s Never Been Cheap!

I order food from this restaurant , available for delivery with uber eats, I didn't realise that was 5 miles .away from where I live. But I received my food didn't wait too long, the food was yummy. Thank you very much , I will order again

Don't pay attention to allergies when specifically told. Food is tasteless bland and overpriced. Will never eat here again

I took a client there last week and the service was fantastic. The owner was present and very accommodating.

Chicken was very dry and I know it was my dish has loads of peppercorns and some even still on the stem.

Delicious food & brilliant service.. recommended place .. 5*

This is our 3rd visit to Tiger Lily over the past 2 years. On this occasion the restaurant opened at 12 and our reservation was for 12.30. When we entered the restaurant there was a birthday party who were not being assisted and were doing all their own set up with the staff nowhere in sight. We finally found someone who said we can take a seat and gestured vaguely to the right side. Another family came in behind us and sat on that table. There was no staff and no service. We immediately left the restaurant and no staff member even noticed. Extremely poor service. The previous 2 times we have been the service has been similar but the reason we kept trying is that this is a 5 min walk from our house. However we will definitely never go back again.

Ordered a takeaway collection from here at short notice. All food was delicious especially the Thai green curry and the massaman curry. Will definitely be ordering again.

We came here on a date night to celebrate our anniversary. The food was amazing, staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. Thank you for an amazing service. We will be coming back ☺️

Wonderful place. Perhaps my 5th visit. One of the best Thai food places outside Thailand.

This is one of the best low key Thai restaurant I have been to. It’s a nice atmosphere and our waiter Samak was excellent very friendly and good customer skills. Very pleased with the service

Good experience. We came here 10 years ago. The experience since then had improved a lot, so has the food. Nice and pleasant space inside, decent crowd too. All round good experience.

We love going to the restaurant. The food tastes wow. I would only argue about the portion sizes. They are very small. The ambience, the staff is all good.

Terrible food. We ordered take away crispy duck, beef in black bean sauce and Sichuan chicken. The sauce for the beef and chicken was the same and was just watery. Not even close to the real recipes. I'm a chef so I know. Complained and the manager was so rude, he said sorry that's how we make it, we cannot do anything. They brought the duck shredded with no crispy skin and bones. It smelled horrible too, definietly not aromatic. Perhaps they took it out of the freezer and shredded it after microwaving it. It was truly the MOST horrible fopd with extremely poor customer service. Honestly, havent had a more horrible experience. As a reader please compare the pictures with the real recipes on Google and you'll understand.

We have been here a few times, always lovely food and the decor is great too.

I just had the most incredible meal hereIt was like stepping into a different country with their authentic flavors and dishes. Every bite was bursting with amazing taste and freshness. You could really tell that the ingredients were top-notch and carefully selected. Highly recommend this place if you're craving a truly authentic and delicious dining experience!

Wonderful evening, good food and service !

This restaurant was buzzing on a Tuesday evening. The food and portion sizes were generous and excellent, and the staff were friendly. We will definitely go back.

My family and I didn't go to the physical store, however, my mom went there with her friends and loved the whole experience and the food. We planned to order food from Tiger Lilly and we pre-ordered food 6 hours before the time delivery started which was at 17.20, we ordered food at 11.30. It was a bummer that they started delivery late but we were so excited, everyone had a light breakfast, no lunch, so that we could enjoy an early dinner of this really amazing food my mom liked. It was really frustrating to get a cancellation text for such a big order, after waiting hours for it. Zero phone calls to let us know they wouldn't be able to deliver the food to us. Really frustrating.

Saddly, this restaurant does not use fish sauce in their cooking at all...Hardly authentic as their website claims then. The basic ingredients of Thai dressings are balancing the flavours of fish sauce, lime and sugar. Can make more authentic Thai food at home! Shame as the menu had some nice sounding dishes. Low rating is for the food as the waiting staff were nice.

This restaurant's website claims to serve authentic Thai cuisine, which is impossible seeing that they have banned Fish Sauce from the kitchen because their customers don't like it or have allergies to it! The Som Tam, Pad Thai and Larb definitely needed it.Their menu is probably good for vegans though, but "authentic " it is not!!

An upmarket thai restaurant away from central London. Plenty of parking, excellent thai cuisine by a very experienced thai chef Mr Chu. 👌

The staff are so welcoming ,warm and friendly. It was my friends birthday and the special thing about Tiger Lily is they play the birthday song when delivering the cake! Always a fun atmosphere from everyone there . The food was delicious 😋....we will be back. Thank you making a birthday evening extra special

Highly recommend the set menu as you get to try a few different dishes . Food and service were both great and fairly priced we will be eating there again .

Had a lovely meal here .service was quick with friendly staff and the food was sooooo good .We went for the set menu for 2 and took food home with us .Not the cheapest place we have eaten but you get what you pay for and we were happy with the price as the quality of food and overall experience were spot on 👌we will be going back .

Booked for mother's day and the restaurant wasn't too busy. After a bit of a wait to order food, it came promptly and in order. My mum's first time having Thai food which was delicious and authentic. She's already thinking about her next visit!

Went for a date night with my boyfriend forva lovely dinner we have never been here before but have been wanting to go for ages. I absolutely love thau food and this did not disappoint at all. Lovely food and amazing service from the staff

Service was a little slow to begin with to take our food order. 2 out of the 3 servers were great. The other had moderate service. The food was served with great speed and hot and was beautiful. The pudding was slightly over frozen but once thawed slightly was gorgeous.

This is a restaurant we go to quite often. It’s a lovely, quaint restaurant serving delicious Thai food. Service is excellent.

Customer service is very swift and waiters and waitresses are very attentive. Food was nice but very expensive and portions are not very generous at all which is disappointing.

My birthday dinner with my best friend, restaurant service was spectacular and on point , manager Moyez was great at hospitality.

Travelled down from Scotland with my wife as we were being treated for a meal by my elder brother to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The restaurant was 80% full. Shown straight to our table. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Answered any questions that we had. Ordered 3 starters to share & 3 mains with rice & noodles. Starters arrived within 15 minutes and were all excellent. Mains arrived 10 minutes after the starter dishes were cleared away. Again, all the dishes were excellent. Great food, excellent atmosphere & the staff were very friendly whilst providing really excellent service. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is one of my favourites. The pancake with the duck tastes just amazing. The sesame prawn on toast makes my mouth water at the thought. The size of the restaurant is good and it doesn’t feel like everything is cramped in together like other restaurants. The atmosphere feels amazing and the staff are really friendly. Hope to go again soon.

Whole food was spilled all over the carrier bag when we call restaurant manager was shouting at us and didn’t let us talk as we ordered from Just eat not directly from restaurant and on top off everything something hard was in the green Thai chicken or the rice I brake my tooth

Came here for dinner with my husband and we ordered chicken Kar pao, Pad Thai prawn and chicken green curry. We asked our server to make them as traditional as possible and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious.

First visited this restaurant to celebrate our one month anniversary after being married. Having visited during dinnertime in the middle of the week if was very nice and quiet with a great atmosphere. The inside of the restaurant is very nicely set out and not too contested.The staff were very friendly and accommodating. As we are vegetarian and have specific dietary requirements they could cook us lots of dishes. The food itself was extremely tasty and not just like usual thai restaurant dishes were each dishes has pretty much the same flavor. Each dish here certainly has a unique flavor to each. Would definitely come here again in the future.

Mains are excellent for vegetarians with lovely curries. Vegetarian starters are disappointing however

Very clean and specious restaurant nice decoration too. Starters were good but mains was very avg. for Thai food. it felt like eating Indian curry. Choice of desert were disappointing hence 3 stars.

This Thai restaurant has great service and is fast. The air conditioning made it nice and cool in there and the decorations were beautiful. The standout dish was the Thai green curry which was beyond expectations with so much flavour. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Thai food.

Horrible food / very bland the Thai staff swearing at customers in the back thinking I don’t speak Thai I lived there for 3 years worst restaurant in Hounslow don’t go there they literally microwave food and serve it what a joke I wasted £60 and left hungry!
