One of the best in our area. Kids loved it.

My family and I didn't go to the physical store, however, my mom went there with her friends and loved the whole experience and the food. We planned to order food from Tiger Lilly and we pre-ordered food 6 hours before the time delivery started which was at 17.20, we ordered food at 11.30. It was a bummer that they started delivery late but we were so excited, everyone had a light breakfast, no lunch, so that we could enjoy an early dinner of this really amazing food my mom liked. It was really frustrating to get a cancellation text for such a big order, after waiting hours for it. Zero phone calls to let us know they wouldn't be able to deliver the food to us. Really frustrating.

Saddly, this restaurant does not use fish sauce in their cooking at all...Hardly authentic as their website claims then. The basic ingredients of Thai dressings are balancing the flavours of fish sauce, lime and sugar. Can make more authentic Thai food at home! Shame as the menu had some nice sounding dishes. Low rating is for the food as the waiting staff were nice.

This restaurant's website claims to serve authentic Thai cuisine, which is impossible seeing that they have banned Fish Sauce from the kitchen because their customers don't like it or have allergies to it! The Som Tam, Pad Thai and Larb definitely needed it.Their menu is probably good for vegans though, but "authentic " it is not!!

Had a lovely meal here .service was quick with friendly staff and the food was sooooo good .We went for the set menu for 2 and took food home with us .Not the cheapest place we have eaten but you get what you pay for and we were happy with the price as the quality of food and overall experience were spot on 👌we will be going back .

Travelled down from Scotland with my wife as we were being treated for a meal by my elder brother to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The restaurant was 80% full. Shown straight to our table. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Answered any questions that we had. Ordered 3 starters to share & 3 mains with rice & noodles. Starters arrived within 15 minutes and were all excellent. Mains arrived 10 minutes after the starter dishes were cleared away. Again, all the dishes were excellent. Great food, excellent atmosphere & the staff were very friendly whilst providing really excellent service. Highly recommend.

My birthday dinner with my best friend, restaurant service was spectacular and on point , manager Moyez was great at hospitality.

This restaurant is one of my favourites. The pancake with the duck tastes just amazing. The sesame prawn on toast makes my mouth water at the thought. The size of the restaurant is good and it doesn’t feel like everything is cramped in together like other restaurants. The atmosphere feels amazing and the staff are really friendly. Hope to go again soon.

Came here for dinner with my husband and we ordered chicken Kar pao, Pad Thai prawn and chicken green curry. We asked our server to make them as traditional as possible and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious.

First visited this restaurant to celebrate our one month anniversary after being married. Having visited during dinnertime in the middle of the week if was very nice and quiet with a great atmosphere. The inside of the restaurant is very nicely set out and not too contested.The staff were very friendly and accommodating. As we are vegetarian and have specific dietary requirements they could cook us lots of dishes. The food itself was extremely tasty and not just like usual thai restaurant dishes were each dishes has pretty much the same flavor. Each dish here certainly has a unique flavor to each. Would definitely come here again in the future.

This Thai restaurant has great service and is fast. The air conditioning made it nice and cool in there and the decorations were beautiful. The standout dish was the Thai green curry which was beyond expectations with so much flavour. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Thai food.

I have been to this place a couple of times and loved it. HOwever my last visit was hugely disappointing How many prawns would you expect in a prawn thaii . Well 4 at this place. Not great even tho they were nice and well cooked. No veg and the Noodles were gloopy. Sad. i love my pad thai and the first time I had it at this place it was good hence my repeat order. My sons beef curry was good he said but the serving was half what it should be. Sadly I won't be going there again and giving recommended it previously I will actively suggest elsewhere. Sorry guys, the service was great but that's it.

Lovely atmosphere inside and attentive staff. I obviously didn’t read the lunch timings on their website carefully: the kitchen closes at 2:00 & restaurant closes at 2:30 (reopening at 5:30 for dinner) - note to self for next time as I will definitely be going...

Great food. The starters were perhaps a bit small but their crispy duck pancakes are our favourite and this time yet again they hit the spot 🤤 Stir fry dishes, and pad Thai was really good too. Service was a bit rushed, but most of our food arrived on time. We'll definitely be going back again.

Good food….. service was standard…. Well decorated too…. Sauces might as well have been water with colouring: when your not cheap why water down your sauces extremely! A small group spending near £400 expected better!

I really enjoyed my meal and the staff were incredibly accommodating of our 2 year old and made her feel really special while we were there.

We are local to this restaurant and we have been a customer for many years but it seems that it is now an undo Chinese restaurant and not an authentic Thai restaurant. The food is very bland and has no flavours , if anything it tastes more like an Indian restaurant serving a fusion food . It’s not Thai for sure If anyone else agree with me please comment on my review

The food is good. But when ever you order for delivery they always forget to put something or the other. Best to go and collect or eat at the restaurant. Worst service when it comes to delivery. They feel its OK to say can you pick up next time. Like seriously!!! Happened on 3 occasions. Sort yourselves out team Tiger Lilly. Please.

Good food and reasonably priced. The ambience is cosy as well. Only improvement they need is in the service time as when it gets very busy, it takes a while for someone to attend.

You get to eat some lovely Thai food at Tiger Lilly. The Ambience, hospitality, decor and the food is really good. The chicken satay is really tasty and even the chicken Tom yum soup is delicious 🤤. The crispy veggies was coated a little too much with the batter but it had the right taste and blend. Green curry was perfect with a lot of veggies and chicken and the spice level was perfect. Highly recommend to try the green curry. The mango pot was too delicious 😋 👌

A great local Thai place that should be on your list of restaurants. I mainly order takeaways from here and the food is always delicious and it’s usually ready within 20 minutes. It is slightly more pricey than some other local places, but the food justifies this. No prizes for guessing I happily recommend this place. Some of the food, especially the Weeping Tiger, can be quite hot so if you have trouble with spicy food then ask them to make it mild. I particular like their green curry with chicken and prawn special fried rice. The menu says they can also adapt a number of dishes if you are gluten free.

What an absolutely wonderful restaurant. The staff are so friendly, we had a lovely lady called Gaew who was chatty and always smiling and just so nice . The food is really good . Very impressed.

If you are looking to try Thai sea food I highly recommend tiger lily. Me and my wife they have got food delicious dish style. If you are near osterley try out.

Honestly, I had one of the worst dining experiences at an asian restaurant. The food is NOTHING like authentic Thai food. Terrible food, terrible service and the waiting times for food was appalling. The overpriced ‘Thai’ food was not worth it after the nearly 1.5 hours wait for the main dishes. The food was below par at best and resembled food you could quite easily make at home make at home. However, the starters were the best part. The service was also very bad. I understand it was quite busy but it does not take upwards of an hour for your mains to arrive once ordered. A bit of honesty would have also been nice as when I asked how long the food would take to come, the waiter said “soon” and then came 10-15 minutes later after already waiting more than 1 hour. If i could rate Tiger Lily a 0 star I would. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money. Eat somewhere else.

A large roomy Thai restaurant a 5min walk from Osterley Park. Visited with a large group and was served swiftly and efficiently. The food was very good, so no complaints.

We family of 6 had to wait to be seated, no menus no crockery, waited for that too. Food once ordered came quick but we're disappointed by the quality. Desert they didn't have what was on the menu. Tiger Lilly is Our favourite restaurant of all time. The food is out standing but that’s not all we come for. The staff are the most loveliest people we have ever met, we come for a quiet meal sometimes but we also have family celebration...

Very bad food, the vegetable chow mein had no colour to it and it had water at the bottom of the container and it tasted of fish oil! The Thai green curry had uncooked pieces of tofu and no colour to it . The spring rolls were all soggy and again tasted of fish ! The sweetcorn cakes were stale. I even ordered at 530 when the restaurant opened I am not sure how this order was not fresh and cooked right . Maybe it was cooked in the same oil as the prawn crackers or fish oil. Terrible food , this restaurant was recommended by a friend and I ordered for the first time , I will not be ordering again..

Highly recommended!! Great food, especially because I'm a vegetarian and find it difficult to find restaurants with decent tasting food.

Would have given this place 5 stars as the food was 5 star, cooked perfectly with Thai flavours from the starters to dessert. And the venue itself was decent, spacious and clean. But sadly the customer service is very poor that it brings shame to the restaurant hence 4 stars.
