I recently visited this fantastic Thai restaurant that truly impressed me. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with beautiful decor that captured the essence of Thailand. I started with the Tom Yum soup, which was perfectly spicy and aromatic, setting the tone for the meal. I have visited numerous times and it is a local favourite! The food is great but make sure to make a reservation before you go as on weekends you end up waiting for a table.

I visit the restaurant last week with my friend .The manager let us to wait to be seated ,while restaurant was empty .The starter was excellent as we ordered prawn on toast but main course was bland and lack of authentic Thai flavours that was definitely not Thai food at all .The lightening was too dim making it hard to read menu and I found staff was amazing except manager himself wasn't friendly or smiley Surely I won't visit thisvrestaurant again total waste of money .

We have been coming to Tiger Lilly’s for over 10years now and never have we had reason to complain. The service, the ambience and the food has always been wonderful. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys good Thai food.

Food was good , large portions. 2 dishes were cold but on request it was immediately warmed and gave us some discount in the end. Service was good , friendly staff.

Had the set meal for 2. Would be nice to have a choice of dishes as we are not too keen on seafood. Also, steak dish “weeping tiger”, meat is always tough and on this occasion I complained and they kindly offered an alternative dish.

Another magnificent Thai restaurant. Located close to Osterley Park. The food was delicious, perfect, the service was excellent. Food recommend : Beef Thai Green Curry. Good for sharing. The portion probably for 2 persons for each dish. Toilets are clean and tidy (located at the basement floor).

Visited one of the most popular restaurants for Thai food enthusiasts. We savoured Hot & Sour vegetable soup, Salt & Pepper Prawns, Vegetarian Red Curry, and Green Curry accompanied by Thai Jasmine rice. We noticed that while Green Curry is typically spicy, this time both the Red and Green curries were on the sweeter side. It might be a good idea to inquire about spicier options if you prefer a more intense flavour.

One of the finest Thai restaurants in the area if not the best. Amazing food and variety of dishes is incredible ! Personal favourites were veg green curry, red curry, chow mein veg and the pad Thai! The service is incredible and the flavours are authentic! I shall keep visiting!

The noodles were overcooked and had no flavour at all. The squid was undercooked and the presentation was very poor. Batter was soggy. The first time I’ve ordered and it will be the last.

The food is always very good here! The Waiter was Fidgeting & Clumsy. He kept dropping things and plates on the floor!! All the Doors were opened during Lunchtime despite the Temperature being over 32”C!! Cost-Cutting on Air-Conditioning!! It’s Never Been Cheap!

I took a client there last week and the service was fantastic. The owner was present and very accommodating.

Chicken was very dry and I know it was my dish has loads of peppercorns and some even still on the stem.

This is our 3rd visit to Tiger Lily over the past 2 years. On this occasion the restaurant opened at 12 and our reservation was for 12.30. When we entered the restaurant there was a birthday party who were not being assisted and were doing all their own set up with the staff nowhere in sight. We finally found someone who said we can take a seat and gestured vaguely to the right side. Another family came in behind us and sat on that table. There was no staff and no service. We immediately left the restaurant and no staff member even noticed. Extremely poor service. The previous 2 times we have been the service has been similar but the reason we kept trying is that this is a 5 min walk from our house. However we will definitely never go back again.

Ordered a takeaway collection from here at short notice. All food was delicious especially the Thai green curry and the massaman curry. Will definitely be ordering again.

Good experience. We came here 10 years ago. The experience since then had improved a lot, so has the food. Nice and pleasant space inside, decent crowd too. All round good experience.

We love going to the restaurant. The food tastes wow. I would only argue about the portion sizes. They are very small. The ambience, the staff is all good.

Terrible food. We ordered take away crispy duck, beef in black bean sauce and Sichuan chicken. The sauce for the beef and chicken was the same and was just watery. Not even close to the real recipes. I'm a chef so I know. Complained and the manager was so rude, he said sorry that's how we make it, we cannot do anything. They brought the duck shredded with no crispy skin and bones. It smelled horrible too, definietly not aromatic. Perhaps they took it out of the freezer and shredded it after microwaving it. It was truly the MOST horrible fopd with extremely poor customer service. Honestly, havent had a more horrible experience. As a reader please compare the pictures with the real recipes on Google and you'll understand.

I just had the most incredible meal hereIt was like stepping into a different country with their authentic flavors and dishes. Every bite was bursting with amazing taste and freshness. My family and I didn't go to the physical store, however, my mom went there with her friends and loved the whole experience and the food. We planned to order food from Tiger Lilly and we pre-ordered food 6 hours before the time delivery started which was at 17.20, we ordered food at 11.30. It was a bummer that they started delivery late but we were so excited, everyone had a light breakfast, no lunch, so that we could enjoy an early dinner of this really amazing food my mom liked. It was really frustrating to get a cancellation text for such a big order, after waiting hours for it. Zero phone calls to let us know they wouldn't be able to deliver the food to us. Really frustrating.

Saddly, this restaurant does not use fish sauce in their cooking at all...Hardly authentic as their website claims then. The basic ingredients of Thai dressings are balancing the flavours of fish sauce, lime and sugar. Can make more authentic Thai food at home! Shame as the menu had some nice sounding dishes. Low rating is for the food as the waiting staff were nice.

This restaurant's website claims to serve authentic Thai cuisine, which is impossible seeing that they have banned Fish Sauce from the kitchen because their customers don't like it or have allergies to it! The Som Tam, Pad Thai and Larb definitely needed it.Their menu is probably good for vegans though, but "authentic " it is not!!

The staff are so welcoming ,warm and friendly. It was my friends birthday and the special thing about Tiger Lily is they play the birthday song when delivering the cake! Booked for mother's day and the restaurant wasn't too busy. After a bit of a wait to order food, it came promptly and in order. My mum's first time having Thai food which was delicious and authentic. She's already thinking about her next visit!

Had a lovely meal here .service was quick with friendly staff and the food was sooooo good .We went for the set menu for 2 and took food home with us .Not the cheapest place we have eaten but you get what you pay for and we were happy with the price as the quality of food and overall experience were spot on 👌we will be going back .

Service was a little slow to begin with to take our food order. 2 out of the 3 servers were great. The other had moderate service. The food was served with great speed and hot and was beautiful. The pudding was slightly over frozen but once thawed slightly was gorgeous.

This is a restaurant we go to quite often. It’s a lovely, quaint restaurant serving delicious Thai food. Service is excellent.

Customer service is very swift and waiters and waitresses are very attentive. Food was nice but very expensive and portions are not very generous at all which is disappointing.

My birthday dinner with my best friend, restaurant service was spectacular and on point , manager Moyez was great at hospitality.

Travelled down from Scotland with my wife as we were being treated for a meal by my elder brother to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The restaurant was 80% full. Shown straight to our table. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Answered any questions that we had. Ordered 3 starters to share & 3 mains with rice & noodles. Starters arrived within 15 minutes and were all excellent. Mains arrived 10 minutes after the starter dishes were cleared away. Again, all the dishes were excellent. Great food, excellent atmosphere & the staff were very friendly whilst providing really excellent service. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is one of my favourites. The pancake with the duck tastes just amazing. The sesame prawn on toast makes my mouth water at the thought. The size of the restaurant is good and it doesn’t feel like everything is cramped in together like other restaurants. The atmosphere feels amazing and the staff are really friendly. Hope to go again soon.
