Horrible, gave me the toilets. Legit lost all appetite to eat. Avoid this place 100%. Handed me my food like this. Never again

Unless you have cash, don’t expect to get any food. What a waste of time. I went in hoping for a decent meal, but the experience was terrible from the start. The guy working there, who looked to be in his mid-40s, spoke to me like he was doing me a favor by even acknowledging me. His attitude was incredibly rude, and it felt like they just didn’t care about customer service at all. I’m not sure if the owner is aware of how this place is being run, but hiring someone with that kind of attitude is a quick way to lose business. There are plenty of better spots around where they actually treat you with respect. I’d highly recommend going somewhere else.

I had the worst experience ordering from Curry Express via Uber Eats, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place! From start to finish, everything about my order was a disaster. 1. Disgusting, Inedible Food – The moment I opened the package, I was hit with a strong, awful smell. The food was clearly not fresh, and it was so bad that no human could eat it. It felt like they had used old, spoiled ingredients, and the flavors were completely off. 2. Horrible Packaging & Leaked Food – The food arrived in a messy, leaking package, making everything inside the bag greasy and unappetizing. If a restaurant cannot even pack food properly, it speaks volumes about their hygiene standards! 3. Extremely Late Delivery – The delivery took way longer than expected, and by the time I received my order, the food was cold and disgusting. Clearly, they do not care about customer satisfaction at all. 4. Unhygienic & Low-Quality Standards – Based on my experience, I highly doubt this restaurant follows basic hygiene or quality control. The smell, the taste, and the overall presentation of the food were beyond unacceptable. Final Verdict: I highly discourage anyone from ordering from or visiting Curry Express. If you value your health and money, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. There are many better options out there—this restaurant does not deserve a single star. Uber Eats should remove them from the platform!

I ordered food through Uber Eats recently, and I am highly disappointed with the quality. The Chicken Biryani I received was spoiled. When I opened it, a very strong, unpleasant smell hit me. Although the food visually looked fine, the smell was unbearable. Anyone eating this food could definitely risk food poisoning. It’s alarming how the food was delivered in this condition. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with my order. The last time, I ordered Mutton Biryani, but instead, I received Chicken Biryani. I called to report it, but the customer service wasn’t helpful. It seems that most of the staff is unprofessional and uneducated about handling customer complaints properly. I’m really upset by the poor service and food quality. I would not recommend anyone to order from here, as it’s not just inconvenient but potentially unsafe.

The order has left from the restaurant but the driver has not delivered the order and updated delivery. This is heights of being ridiculous. And there is no customer service is nothing but unorganised no human to answer disputes like this.

Totally amazed with the food. No words to express the quality of the food I had. Wish I could go and personally thanks the chef and management for the lovely food I had. Every single item was beyond my expectations. It was my first time ordering from here but now I will be their regular customer. Personally I would recommend this restaurant to other people as well.

Restaurant missed my gulag jammun when call the restaurant Mr Kalith apologise and said to call the restaurant when I make my next order and will fix it for me, that was so wonderful of him thank you Sir. Chilli chicken was bit dry and less spicy and less tasty than which I normally get bit disappointed maybe they are too busy. Well apart from that food was fantastic I am their regular customer I have been ordering for months. Also thank you driver you are so professional and friendly.

I just went to buy chicken curry and the guy in the cashier , a beard guy was so rude and he said that he needs only the cash and i told him i can pay with the cards but he refused it. So guys please keep an eye on that beard guy in-front of the cashier who serves food. Must carry the cash guys😂

Great work! The staff is extremely friendly and respects the customers with a warm welcome. It's more of a takeaway, but if you eat in, you might tend to like the food rather than takeaway. One reason is that the food will be fresh and hot, and the quantity is good with eat-in.

I recently ordered butter chicken from Curry Express, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. As someone familiar with authentic Indian cuisine, I found their dish to be far from the mark. The so-called "butter chicken" was nothing more than a regular dal, lacking the rich, creamy, and flavorful profile that defines this iconic dish. The oil and butter used were excessive and felt low-quality, leaving the dish greasy and unappetizing. The flavors were bland and uninspiring, making it a waste of money. For a dish as popular as butter chicken, I expected much more effort in preparation and authenticity, but this fell flat on all fronts. Overall, Curry Express missed the mark completely. If you’re looking for genuine Indian food, I would not recommend this place. Their version of butter chicken is disappointing, poorly executed, and a far cry from what it should be. A 2-star rating is generous, and I hope they consider improving the quality and authenticity of their food.

Ordered Delivery. Food arrived without utensils and no paper orbplastic plates. Called back and they called me "boss", and yes I can eat it with my hands. Have no idea what the food tastes like.

Every time we visit London we come to this place. My children love it. The portions are large, food is good and prices are low. Staff is very friendly. Tables could be cleaned better and it is a bit cold inside.

Driver was asking me to come out from house to collect the delivery from outside my gate , first he was telling that house number not visibility which is clear and lighter than he was not bother to open the gate . Food wasn’t warm had to heated in microwave

I am a long time customer who usually order the South Indian Cuisine and happy with that from curry express . However, today I tried 2 different North Indian curries but both were way below standard and tasted identical except for the Color !

Ordered food via Just Eat but the delivery status said order delivered. I don't understand how an order can be delivered when we need to provide pin code generated via Just Eat app. I called up Curry Express and they said it is taken by driver, driver can be their own also. Then I repeated the same order on Uber Eats and the restaurant cancelled my order for unknown reason. In short I got cheated in the process and the food was never delivered and they were not helpful at all.

I asked for chilli chicken but they send me chicken 65, also requested for spoons and tissues but was never supplied. Biriyani quantity was good but taste was not that good, should improve. They gave me onion raita and mirchi ka salan on top, upon request thank you over all not bad.

I was meeting my friend at Hounslow and was hungry. We were looking at restaurants with halal sign and this one said Hyderabadi and my Hyderabadi friend said lesgooooooo. We wentnin, less waiting time and the seating was excellent. The staff made and served the food with utmost care and professionalism. The food was tasting way too good. Evident by the tarka stain on my hand. Had a fantastic time. My Hyderabadi friend has declared it to be the best food he has tasted in London until now.

I order from here on Uber Eats I think it comes up as Biryani House on there, owner takes special requests/food intolerances in to account all the time, one of the best paneer biryanis I have had! Excellent service and quality is always 10/10.

Loved the biriyani as always however the customer service so bad. 2 stars for biriyani but for last few times too much attitude from the people front. They are like don’t want to give any good vibe to customers. I know the owner he is a decent guy but I would say have a word with the people who serve. They can be his relatives or share owners but they are bare rude. This is not good for business though.

I ordered a takeout from this restaurant using one of the delivery services on Saturday evening. I was initially dissatisfied because of the extremely small portions received. The two meat dishes ordered, were mostly sauce, which was very watery and had very few pieces of actual meat. However, this was a good thing in hindsight because, 3 days later, I am writing this review sat on the toilet with pain in my stomach still, which started immediately after eating their food. Had there been more food to eat, I might never get off this toilet. This place needs to be reported to the Food standards agency.

One of the worst takeaway I have ever come across, honestly very unprofessional, with poor cleanliness standards, and rude treatment to customers. Moreover, the food is unhygienic, as evidenced by the food poisoning experienced by all of us. I strongly advise against visiting this Indian takeaway. I have reported this matter to the council, and this takeaway must be shut down for selling unhealthy food to customers, resulting in illness. Please avoid this takeaway entirely to prevent experiencing the same suffering we recently endured due to food poisoning.
