Love these guys. Always pleasant & polite. Food is banging & very reasonably priced. My favourite shop in Hounslow ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Yesterday i went there , with my wife, Very worst employee, and they don't know how to treat the customer and do service,.. we left from there.. with hungry..

Takeaway service is too bad because food was not well cooked and I ordered chicken wing’s that was burnt and I also ordered previously but now the taste was totally different I really disappointed 🥺

Chicken biryani was average, needs better blend of spices and more flavour. Chicken 65 was better but little dry (probably cooked sometime before in the day) but okay

This place offers a variety of food options at reasonable prices and for a joint of its kind,it has a wide range of tasty vegetarian options which other restaurants like it cannot offer. You can have a feast in under £20 and relish the taste.

food item preparation time actually triple the estimated time and also delivery courier very slow to deliver from restaurant to destination with frequent stops. not good service this time!

I recently placed an order from Curry Express in Hounslow, consisting of a chicken biryani and a large portion of chicken 65. The meal was not only exceptional in taste but also offered excellent value for money. The combination of the rich, aromatic flavors of the biryani with the perfectly seasoned and crispy chicken 65 created an unforgettable dining experience. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and look forward to returning frequently.

Tried veg Manchurian and schezwan rice. They both tasted horrible.

Chicken biryani is delicious, only 3.50 Lamb biryani also amazing, 6 Really good flavors, and authentic Hyderabadi taste and fluffy rice. I don't recommend Amritsari fish, it's too dry

the butter chicken gravy was very sour. please do not give sour gravy. chicken fried rice was ok and naan too ok. delivery was on time.

staff needs to learn more about customer service. I asked for biryani they packed in take away box and I asked I want to eat in. Lazy staff only gave a plate and I had to move them from box to plate. Food quality is gone down too.

I was meeting my friend at Hounslow and was hungry. We were looking at restaurants with halal sign and this one said Hyderabadi and my Hyderabadi friend said lesgooooooo. We wentnin, less waiting time and the seating was excellent. The staff made and served the food with utmost care and professionalism. The food was tasting way too good. Evident by the tarka stain on my hand. Had a fantastic time. My Hyderabadi friend has declared it to be the best food he has tasted in London until now.

I order from here on Uber Eats I think it comes up as Biryani House on there, owner takes special requests/food intolerances in to account all the time, one of the best paneer biryanis I have had! Excellent service and quality is always 10/10.

Loved the biriyani as always however the customer service so bad. 2 stars for biriyani but for last few times too much attitude from the people front. They are like don’t want to give any good vibe to customers. I know the owner he is a decent guy but I would say have a word with the people who serve. They can be his relatives or share owners but they are bare rude. This is not good for business though.

I ordered a takeout from this restaurant using one of the delivery services on Saturday evening. I was initially dissatisfied because of the extremely small portions received. The two meat dishes ordered, were mostly sauce, which was very watery and had very few pieces of actual meat. However, this was a good thing in hindsight because, 3 days later, I am writing this review sat on the toilet with pain in my stomach still, which started immediately after eating their food. Had there been more food to eat, I might never get off this toilet. This place needs to be reported to the Food standards agency.

One of the worst takeaway I have ever come across, honestly very unprofessional, with poor cleanliness standards, and rude treatment to customers. Moreover, the food is unhygienic, as evidenced by the food poisoning experienced by all of us. I strongly advise against visiting this Indian takeaway. I have reported this matter to the council, and this takeaway must be shut down for selling unhealthy food to customers, resulting in illness. Please avoid this takeaway entirely to prevent experiencing the same suffering we recently endured due to food poisoning.

I am a regular customer of Curry express but Vey disappointed today with Gongura Lamb because it has full of gravy with no lamb in it. Also chicken tikka’s all 4 pieces are tiny.

Absolutely disgusting haleem. Even chicken Biryani is horrible. I got dihrrrea afrer eating half haleem and rest of it I had to throw away, waste of my £6. Their food is going down and they have zero hygiene. They don't wear gloves while serving. My God its my last time ever eating from here, what a disappointment after eating from there for years. Hope no one tastes their haleem. Please don't eat it else you will get dihrrrea or as someone mentioned in the reviews food poisoning from one of the foods.

I have order a dal curry and naan take away when i reached home i open the naan packet and it was very cold one also someone bit it .. i was wondered bcs of the way they serve food. Also they charged me £2 for this naan

Hey Everyone! Visited Curry Express a long back in the month of ramadan where they were running with iftari special combo which was quite good and was sufficient for 1 person under £6. The owner force to pay cash when actually the customer wasnts to pay by card. Needs to focus on their hygienic and there will be unneccessary music running with very loud voice. Would not reccommend this place with kids and families. Horrible Experience 🤢🤮

We are curry lovers this was not a masala ( more like a madras) was too hot and so was the garlic bread ( how is garlic bread too spicy ? ) even the suspicious white sauce sauce that accompanied it did not help ( yes we tried it 😂 )

The food was probably the worst I’ve had in years. I love Indian food and I’ve never tasted such oily and badly cooked food previously. I’m never the one to add a review, but this warrants it. The lamb and egg curry (two separate dishes) had exactly the same oily consistency and had to been thrown into the bin! It looks like the eggs and the lamb were thrown into the same pre made oily curry and just dished out! Never again!

Customer service I experienced was profoundly disappointing. This poor level of service has not only inconvenienced me, but has severely impacted my perception on Curry Express. As a Customer we expect some respect in the shop.

Worst customer service ever…we went in a group of 5 and ordered 3 biryani, 5 naans and 2 curries…they gave all naans in single plate and when I asked for extra plate…they refused and rude to me …

I ordered garlic butter naan and ended up getting plain naan. Also the chicken manchurian is suppose to be boneless and the one I got is full of bones. I picked chicken curry last time but this was in person couldn’t provide a feedback but the curry had gone stale and it was ice cold! Food is mostly very good but was extremely disappointed to have served my guests with it. I hope Curry express will take this seriously and ensure the brand name is not lost. I was shocked to know that it was stale

Quality has gone down very low. Don't get take aways late night. They give you left over briyani masala mixing with boiled rice. Worst lamb briyani in Hounslow. Even eating in people are not treated well. There are much better options few feet's way. Don't serve cold food to people who get take away... Never coming back again...

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. HERE IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. 1. Rude and arrogant staff and owners. 2. Stale food, the chicken is extremely rubbery and im sure it isnt even fresh. 3. No seperate veg and nonveg kitchen. I got chicken pieces when I ordered paneer 65. Unacceptable. 4. I have seen rats in the seating area. 5. Again, id like to emphasise on RUDE and careless staff. Never ever go here. In the sameine, there is ‘Hyderabadi Biryani’ , or ‘Tuk Tuk’. Both these places are of the same price range and 100 times better than Curry Express. I REPEAT , NEVER EVER GO HERE, ELSE YOU WILL FALL SICK.

We ordered Chicken Biriyani and Amritsar Fish Fry. Honestly speaking the food quantity was enough but the taste was not good.. not good..

Chicken was not cooked properly and was not edible. Had to throw all of it away.

Shame they have poor hygiene you do get better Biryani's at neighbouring restaurant for similar price. Their biryani used to be good but really lacking in home cooked flavour now

Horrible!! I would not recommend!! They dont even deserve 1 star rating! My partner ordered chicken curry to take away and we both got food poisoning from it. When I called the shop to report it the man on the phone was not very concerned and his "sorry" did not even sound genuine! The food hygiene at this place definitely needs to be checked and i will be reporting this to the food standards agency.

You get white people spicy and you get brown people spicy. This is definitely brown people spicy. Really nice though!

One of the staff member is absolutely rude for not getting cash, however, they do accept card though he is rude. Better train the staff with good customer service skills because being rude with the customer is unacceptable.

I don’t recommend this place to anybody. We have ordered the food from this place few times and we got food poisoning with vomiting my child and myself we ended up in hospital today. The food inspection should check this restaurant hygiene. I am very disappointed and never going to come back here again. I will be reporting this incident aswell.

The food I ordered wasn’t great. The chicken was terrible it only had bones I’m not sure what meat it actually was, besides, the gravy didn’t have any taste to it, no salt. The fried rice was ok overall but also didn’t have any salt in it. Food was delivered with care and delivered on time.
